Emailing upon webstore error

Hello,

Is there a feature that will automatically email us when one of our webstores has a error? Sometimes we don't notice that a store hasn't been pulling in orders for a few days, which causes problems with customers and metrics. Thanks for your help.

API Call Limits

We've noticed that the Live API has a limit on how many calls can be made per minute (this limit isn't imposed on the Sandbox).
Is there a way to increase the amount of calls / minute?
Also is this limitation per customer / token or per client session?

Error Message When Launching - Database Issue

I get this message when launching the Shiprush Program. I've never had an issue before this morning. SOS? :(:confused::(

"Unable to access database lock path "dblock\". If you just upgraded ShipRush please restart it. If your database on the other computer consider using UNC path instead of drive letter."

Two Factor Authentication Reset or Turned Off

Shipment defaults

i can not set shipment defaults
service :usps first class
but shipping can not deal with it automatically，still was "standard"

Unable to print to local Zebra from RDS

We have been able to print to our local Zebra printer from the desktop we are remoted in to. But, only a sample text file located on the remote machine's desktop. We want to print labels from NAV running on the remote computer. I have made the Easyprint change in group policy on the remote computer (http://www.zfirm.com/Knowledge_Bases.../SRXA-0464.txt). After making that change we received an error: Access Violation at address 222E7D5D in module Zrush1.ocx read address 0049414E. Any suggestions? Thanks

New version of ShipRush for discount postage breaks the application

Hi,

We have a problem with the new version of ShipRush. It causing our shipping application(Shipper) to just quit and close. Below are all the steps:
- First, the application(shipper) pulls in order information
- Next, that information is sent to ShipRush desktop application for processing
- The error happens when you try and print the label with the tracking information
- Normally at this point, ShipRush sends the tracking information to Shipper which then uploads that information to the store
- Now when you click print it quits the Shipper application. This never happens.
- The integration worked perfectly fine until the new version

I checked all the logs from our application and even looked at windows error reporting but nothing was recorded.

Change Postal Code

Hello,

We have experienced some issues with our local post office lately so we are hand delivering our packages to a different post office in another postal code. They would like us to change our postal code to theirs (44001) so that they get the credit for shipping our packages, but we don't want to change the ship from address in case we get a return delivery. Is it correct that we just go to 'Settings', then 'Shipment Defaults', and change the 'Ship From: Postal Code' to the 44001? Not sure if it is supposed to show up on the shipping label or not, but it isn't appearing on it. Can you please tell me if we did this correctly? Thank you so much.

Major error in new rates

There is a major flaw in the new rates - the issue is with Parcels....the price does not change whether it's 1-lb or 45-lbs - all parcels are the same price no matter the weight or zip code. We are in Pennsylvania and I tested numerous boxes going to California - the price for 1-lb was $7.53 and the price for 45-lb was $7.53.

The rates for Flat Rate Envelope, Padded Envelope, Medium Flat Rate Box, and Large Flat Rate Box are correct.

We just upgraded to Sage50 2018. Shiprush isn't retrieving customer shipping info - it gives an error message "Unable to read the customer".

Ebay ExternalNumber

Hi,

I am new to ShipRush and trying to integrate the ebay store. Here is the issue that I am trying to figure out:

1. The order number by default is the Item ID
2. If you check the box "Use eBay Order Number as Order Number" in the Ebay Store settings, then the order number is the sequential number that Ebay provides
3. The ExternalNumber format consists of three blocks a) the Buyer ID b) Item ID c) Transaction ID. I would like to use this transaction ID (the third block of External Number which maps to the PayPal Transaction ID on eBay sales)

Can this be parsed? Or is there a variable like %ExternalNumberWord3% that can be used?

Setting UPS Pro rates directory path v11

Upgraded a system but the path to the rates directory still says its looking in the old UPS v n directory. I found the path in the UPSClientSettings.ini and changed to the current v11 directory and restarted service, but UPS Pro Help About still says its using the rates in the old directory.

Amazom fulfillment issue

One of our customers does Amazon fulfillment. Amazon has a UPS account that our customer has used as third party for fulfillment shipments. However, our customer would like shipping performance reporting from Amazon. Amazon said the following"they have been working on our shipping performance and it seems they need the tracking numbers with their prefix to provide a proper feedback on our performance." Since the account is dedicated to our customer I suggested they set it up in UPS Pro and we can map Amazon shipments to that account. When our customer asked for the UPS invoice information required to set up the account in UPS Pro they were notified the information is unavailable, but were sent an e-mail authorizing use of the account. I can forward the e-mail if you need it. How can I
1. Set up the Amazon account for use by amazon shipments without the invoice information?
2. or Provide a separate set of UPS Tracking numbers with the Amazon 3rd party account embedded as positions 3 through 7 of the tracking number assigned?
We are SDK users but I posted this under UPS as it is a UPS Pro Account setup issue.

Hi,

I'm using the ShipRush ShoppingCart Integration Kit, and trying to set up a custom store in Shiprush called "Rose Express".

I've gone through the custom development readme text file, and am stuck on "Step 4: Configure Your Module in My.ShipRush".

The simulator works https://roseexpress.com/ShippingZSimulator.php

But my actual PHP script https://roseexpress.com/ShippingZRoseExpress.php based on ShippingZZencart.php, gives me an error in the webstore wizard.

The URL provided does not seem to connect to an ecommerce system (or perhaps the web store is not configured properly). Please check the URL and configuration for this web store. ERROR 33836A: (Shipping API not found at https://roseexpress.com/ShippingZRoseExpress.php).

When I directly access the above address in a web browser, I get this XML:

Is there a way of passing the token to the script so I can see if there is an error?

Delivery Notifications - ShipRush USPS

Hi, under our Fedex shipping account I see the following options in the "Email" settings section:

  • Shipment
  • Tendered
  • Delivery
  • Exception

However, under our ShiprRush USPS account, I only see a "shipment" notification option. Is there a way to add more notification options for USPS, similar to what we see for Fedex?
