eBay Same Day Shipping

Good Afternoon,

We have updated our eBay listings to Same Day Shipping if the order is received by 1PM central time. When viewing the orders in eBay the order displays the proper "Ship by Date" however this date is not being transferred over to shiprush. All the orders in Shiprush display a ship date of the day the order was placed. I will submit screenshots however I do not want them to appear on the forum.

Please advise.

Reset 2-Factor Authentication

I need to setup 2-Factor authentication for ShipRush on my new phone. There is no way to transfer the seed values, so I will need to reset 2-factor authentication for ShipRush and get a new barcode. How do I go about doing this?

Shopify - Bundles - Custom/Meta Fields

We are using Shopify and sell a lot of bundles with 3-8 products. When picking and packing orders we would like ShipRush to tell us which products to pull/pack. Currently, the Shopify sku appears in the shipping information however that is not sufficient. Is there a way for Shiprush to access a custom field or meta field in Shopify that will contain a string of characters containing the items in the bundle?

Not Receiving Tracking Numbers After Shipment

Hi, I'm posting orders/shipments into ship rush web via the custom post-in method ShipTransaction (shipment + order) xml document to your web service (https://api.my.shiprush.com/Integrat....svc/add/order). We can import the orders fine and learned that printing in batches of 10 or less work best. We have a callback url set which ship rush web posts the updated shipment xml to. We have noticed recently that 25% of the shipment xml received is missing the tracking info from the //Request/ShipTransaction/Shipment/Package node. Does anyone know why this happens and how we can prevent something like this from happening (race condition)? The labels print with the tracking number so we know we are able to reach the carrier's service as well. If there isn't a proper fix/explanation for this, is there a way to manually resend the shipment/tracking info to our callback url?

call tag service codes

When a call tag is generated for 3 attempts the service code in the tracking number is 78. When a call tag is generated for 1 attempt the service code is 26 which is ?. UPS says that the service code for 3 attempts is 26 and for 1 attempt is 78. V11.0 of SR.

Good Morning,

Trying to research the help files for insurance/declared value and I am unable to determine what is current and what is obsolete. I would like something that is built into ShipRush Web and requires little to no effort to insure our packages. We ship USPS, FedEx and FedEx Freight.

Where do I find information about this topic and the associated fees so I may compare to what we are currently paying.

Please advise.

Speed Lag on UPS

Normally our response time to UPS via the SDK is anywhere from 6 - 8 seconds. Today we are running from 11 - 15 seconds. Our internet is running fine and we rebooted also. Anyone else seeing a lag today?

My shiprush ups basic is crashed. I try to reinstall it into my system, but two issue here
1>it did not ask me to install basic or pro
2> when it comes to activate a ups account, after i input correct invoice information, system give me error message as "cannot initial ups communication API error#80049d6d"

Creating shipment not working (sandbox)

Hello,

Basically my project should be creating a FedEx shipment and getting back the tracking number.
I'm trying to test it in the sandbox environment, but with no success so far.

I created a custom web store in the sandbox environment and got the unique URL for the POST request.
I added USPS as the default shipper for this web store,
created the shipment transaction request XML (according to the documentation example) and sent the complete POST request.
The response from the server was 200 OK but no shipment was actually created, and no postback to requestb.in.

So what did I miss ?
Is it possible to test the complete process in the sandbox ?
Can I get the tracking number with a Get request from my side, not by a postback initiated by shiprush ?

Declared Value Exceeds Cusoms Value - No Error

Not sure if this is a bug in the program, a difference in UPS vs. Fedex, or something else.

Version 11.0.9.4926 - Shiprush for Fedex and UPS Basic, using link to Goldmine.

On Fedex shipments, if the "Declared Value" exceeds the "Customs Value", it throws an error consistently.

On UPS shipments, it does not appear to care if the "Declared Value" exceeds the "Customs Value". It would seem like the same logic should apply.
Is this by design? Mistake? Something else going on?




p.s. - Just got beat on by a customer we were shipping collect on their account. Person entering it made a typo and entered a declared value of $7500 instead of $75.00, so customer got hit with an extra $200 worth of insurance they didn't want/need! So it would be a helpful check against screwups if nothing else.

getting some endicia errors this morning

can't print. at first shiprush could not see my endicia balance and I could not ship. Now I think shiprush saw my postage balance (which I took as improvement). Now I'm getting this error when trying to print a label.
Endicia server returned error: The user does not have permission to make this call. Error encountered (Log ID: 34911) [12200]

I hope it will go away soon. I will try again soon.

I don't know if this is related but my computer rebooted overnight to do some updates to windows 10.

End of Day USPS

Our USPS driver has to scan all our priority packages each day during the pick up. Is there a way to close out the USPS day which would print an end of day barcode she could scan that would encompass all of our shipments?

Where do we find a list of custom fields we may use in the clipboard? This is so custom data will copy to the clipboard after a shipment has been processed and pasted elsewhere.

Ebay tracking not populating

Just noticed we are showing some intermittent orders on Ebay where the item is showing "shipped", but no tracking number is showing up on the order details after shipping on ShipRush Web. I'm seeing about 13 orders with no tracking in my "Paid and shipped" section of Ebay, going back to Dec 18 (stopped looking after that, there may be more). In all the cases, if I try to manually add the tracking number to the order that I'm showing in Shiprush, Ebay shows an error of "The tracking number is already associated with a different transaction." I've checked, and it's not on any other transaction that I can see.

It's like it sent the tracking number, but didn't populate on the order details for some reason.

Anyone else seen this issue, or is this a known defect?

Reprint label to different printer

Please help!

Somehow, my printer got switched for domestic parcels from my Zebra to laser/inkjet. It printed to my zebra, but it was all off center and you cant read anything.

Is there ANY WAY to take these 40 shipments labels and reprint them, correctly, to the zebra? I've changed the domestic parcel settings, and new labels print correctly, but choosing "reprint label" for the 40 orders still prints as if it's printing to inkjet template.

Please help. This is a lot of orders to Amazon and it will be a pain to have to void and re-do because tracking already shows on amazon.
