Different envelope size printing

Is there any way to change envelope sizes when printing directly on them?

I've never used Shiprush for first class #10 envelopes. When I do a test print for "Letter Post", the print area is fairly small. As if there are 1.5" margins on each side.

I realize Shiprush seems to be designed more for parcels, but this functionality would be great. Way back when we used Endicia(not Shiprush), this was possible, including ability to just print stamps.

Web ShipRush - Pinnacle Cart API Issue

Hello,

I am having and issue configuring my Pinnacle Cart Web Store with Web ShipRush. I'm sure I have my store URL and API credentials correct however, I continue to receive the following error message :

Error: Error converting value "Plugin is not active or authentication failed" to type 'Merchant.PinnacleCart.PinnacleCartOrde r[]'. Path '', line 1, position 47.

Any advise or help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Unable To Print Labels API Error

USPS server returned error:
API Authorization failure. User 006ZFIRM3103 is not authorized to use API DeliveryConfirmationV3. [80040B1A]

Read the thread on USPS stating that on February 24 they are retiring V3 and you need V4 updated. How do we update the software?

No USPS rates showing

Trying to ship this morning, and SR is not showing any USPS rates (after waiting a while for rates to refresh). Is rating system down?

I've seen other users indicating that they got the following message over the weekend:

API Authorization failure. User 006ZFIRM3103 is not authorized to use API DeliveryConfirmationV3. [80040B1A]

Can anyone from ShipRush comment on when this might be resolved?

Label Date Shows Future Date

Normally, we label and ship on the same day. Tonight, Sunday, we have a bunch of orders ready to go for tomorrow. I printed one label just to make sure it would set ship date to tomorrow. To my surprise, it printed 3/6/2018 on the label(today is 3/4/2018). Any idea why this would happen?

I'm worried if I print all these labels, and try to ship tomorrow, the post office may reject them because of being mailed before the date listed.

Any ideas?

Printing SCAN forms for two separate shipments

On occasion, we have the need to send two separate batches of shipments to the USPS. One in the morning and one in the afternoon.

This morning, we printed out a SCAN form for the morning labels we printed. Later, we printed a bunch more labels, but had no idea how to do a SCAN form for this. We sent these without one.

Is there any way to accomplish this? Waiting until the afternoon to ship ALL the packages won't work. It's no big deal not to include SCAN form with the afternoon shipments. But, if possible, we'd like to.

Single mode to Terminal Services Mode

Is it possible to change a Standalone installation to a Terminal Services (RDP) one? Or does ShipRush FedEx and ShipRush UPS PRO need to be un-installed and re-installed?

Hi,
I want to update the Payment field (sender, third party, recepient) when i create a new order in the web store.
I could't find the element to use in the xsd or documentation.
Is it "ShipmentChgType" of the tshipment type?
Are there any constants for this?

FedEx Mailview v2

I printed some MailView packages today and noticed the tracking number posted back with Carrier as "Other". It should be FedEx in the carrier field on ebay. The tracking number works on fedex.com.

Need to change MAPPING from Amazon Account

The actual SKU that is listed on Amazon products doesn't sync up with the SKU we use. I contacted Amazon and they said that the SKU can not be changed without completely deleting the product and re-creating it.

I can't do that as it will erase all previous sales data and plummet the sales rankings of these products that we've taken years to establish.

I CAN change the "Manufacturer Part Number". I would like to see if there is any way to MAP to this field in Amazon instead of the SKU field so we can make changes to reflect our actual Part Numbers (SKU's) used and not these randomly created ones.

I did a rate check this morning for a shipment and it showed the price for UPS at 14.84; I printed the label and it shows the actual price as being $19.62

I probably would have chosen USPS had I known the price; can you investigate why the difference in quote?

when will I be able to void shipments with the shiprush software?

I feel like it hasn't worked in a long time and it is very time-consuming to log into endicia. When is this expected to work?

Shipment to Guam

Shipment to Guam via first class parcel returns the following error. It is a simple address with a name, PO box, city, State, and zip code.

My.SR Shipping returned an error: . Postage Server returned error: Must have at least one shipping content block EELPFC has an invalid format, it must contain a proper AES Number, AESDOWN with valid information, or an appropriate Federal Trade Regulation Number.

2018 UPS Rate files

I've downloaded 2018 Rates, but there does not appear to be an updated file for UPS Next Day Air, Early AM delivery. As far as I can tell it is basing the rate on Next Day Air (NDA) rates and adding a flat fee on top of the charge, but in our case we have negotiated rates for NDA but not NDA Early so it's misquoting NDA Early. Ideas? Running ShipRush 11.0.7.9946 if that matters.

Emails sent even when label voided

When we use Shiprush web I notice that once a label prints the tracking email goes to the customer immediately. So if there is a label printed in error the customer ends up getting two emails, one for the incorrect label printed and one for the corrected one that we reprint. How can I avoid sending the customer two tracking emails with different tracking numbers?
On the desktop version our tracking emails are set up so they get held in Outlook outbox. That way if there is an incorrect label printed we can delete the incorrect label's tracking email before it goes out. I don't see how I can do that with web version. Is there a way?

Can't connect to QB data file after upgrades - path issues?

On a new PC, we installed (upgraded from QB 2015) QB 2018 Enterprise and installed (upgraded to) most recent SR v12. Had to Run as Administrator to complete install.

With QB18 open, can't open SR12 - we get the error message that it can't connect to the QB database.

If we run Standalone, SR attempts to run the install wizard again.

If we cancel that, SR 12 is up and running in Standalone.

If we attempt a Blank Shipment, or if we attempt Help\About ShipRush, we get error that SR can't create "UPSSurcharges.xml" in the "..\ShipRush\v9..." path (because it doesn't exist on the new PC).

So I'm guessing that restoring the State backup overrode the default path statement somewhere. Not sure if fixing that is going to solve my problem connecting to the QB data file, however.

During install, provisioned with company and account information.

Performed a DBMgr State back up from old machine:
ShipRush version : 10.2.6.7087
Program directory : C:\Program Files (x86)\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush v10\
Rates Directory : c:\program files (x86)\z-firm llc\shiprush v9\UPSRates
Shared Settings : c:\users\public\documents\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush\
Private Settings : c:\users\public\documents\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush\

Restored State backup to new install. When we're able to get SR running, we can pull up prior shipments, so database appears to be intact.

Copied over MENU files, and they appear in the new version on the new machine.

Inserted &5, &6, and &7 codes into field prompts of Invoice template to capture Invoice data.

fedex mailview weight errors

When we ship a package in Fedex Mailview V2, if the commodity weight is LESS than the total weight, we get a message saying the Commodity weight is greater than the shipment weight. This problem just started happening today.

with a different account ("From" Field) diffrenet than the default, but I can't find the correct element name in the XSD.
