61 char limit on PostbackUrl for post-in orders

There is a 61 character limit on PostbackUrl for post-in orders. This seems like an unusually low limit. Could it be increased?

To reproduce post-in an order with
<PostbackUrl>https://subdomain.maindomain/incoming/shiprush_results/1234567890ABC</PostbackUrl>

View the order and exported the ZPK file. The xml now has
<PostbackUrl>https://subdomain.maindomain/incoming/shiprush_results/12345</PostbackUrl>

"Order No.: 867269979741" is printed on every FIMS2 label

Steps to reproduce:
- Create any shipment with carrier FIMS2
- Enter a number in the "Reference" field. Enter a number in the "PO" field.
- Hit ship.
- The label prints with the correct Reference number next to "Sender's Ref".
- The text "Order No.: 867269979741" prints after the Reference number.

Note:
- If we save and examine the ZPK file, "867269979741" does not appear in the file.
- "Order No.: 867269979741" is printed on labels for hand entered and post-in orders,
- "Order No.: 867269979741" is printed for Premium Fims and for Fims over 4.4 pounds.

Accented characters on Zebra label printer GK420d

We would like to be able to print accented characters for shipping labels on the Zebra label printer.

When any accented character is entered, it shows up properly on the screen. But, when the label is printed the character shows up as a two unrelated symbols/characters.

We're using a Zebra GK420d with factory default settings. Looking at the text sent to the printer, it seems like the accented character gets "mangled" before being sent to the printer.

Examples include common accented characters like ? and ?.

Is there a way we can print these characters to the labels?

EOD Not Printing

One of the main users of SR for UPS Pro is having trouble with the EOD printing. She performs the EOD and gets the message that the upload was complete, but the EOD label won't print. Her labels for both USP and USPS both print without issue when entering for shipments.

If I go into SR on my computer and do a reprint to the same label printer, it prints.

It is a Zebra ZP450 if that matters. And we are all on v11.2.

International / Stamp Printing wrong again on LP2844

This has worked perfect for weeks and now out of the blue this morning its printing stamps / international small sideways again on the label. I tried to do a update it did not fix it.

SCAN form includes return labels

I'm not sure if this is an issue with SR, or with USPS's. When we generate our SCAN form at the end of day (by clicking Close Shipping Day button), our SCAN form generates, like it should, but it's including the return labels that we may have sent customers also. What then is happening is that the return label immediately will then show generated at the recipients location, then after our drive scans the SCAN form, we're getting "Picked Up" showing at our location. We are also then unable to Void the label, if needed, since it already shows "Picked up", even though it actually has not.

So, is there a way to exclude the return labels that were generated that day from coming up in the SCAN form? These shouldn't show up anyway, since they would never be picked up from our location, but rather from the recipient.

Also, any word on Pay On Use returns feature? We lost that when switching over to SR Postage and it's a must have feature for us.

I have been getting errors for the last 30 minutes trying to run shiprush. Errors Fedex server returned: Remote EJB Method.... etc

Hi,

I use Shiprush for USPS and it works great. I wanted to ship certain heavier orders with FedEx as well since FedEx Ground is cheaper than Priority mail. I set it up and it works great - but now I can't open USPS Shiprush.

I went and logged into my.shiprush and I can't find anyplace at all to resolve this. Where would I setup a discount postage account in my.shiprush? I went to the shipping carriers menu and it is blank. I searched the knowledgebase and this error doesn't show up. I'm lost and have a lot to ship via USPS today. :(

Fedex shipment 3rd party billing

We are experiencing some 3rd party billing shipments returning the message
In Ship Rush we see the message:
FedEx server returned: "Account not found". [ship:8138]
Using our application and the SDK we see:
FedEx server returned:
ShippingChargesPayment Payor - The payors countryCode ios invalid Receipient/Third party account validation failed. Receipient/Third party account not authorized for round billing.
ship:2499, ship:2498,shiop:6538
The selected service is FedEx Ground

Using the same ship to information service and 3rd party account in FedEx Ship Manager the shipment processed correctly

Shipping Notification Email Format

I use my.shiprush.com and ShipRush Discount Postage for USPS. When I set ShipRush to send the email notification I only have 2 options for the format: Default (Email) and Modern (Email). I would like to include all of the information in the modern template (itemized receipt with tracking number), but the format is terrible - instead of SKU, Description, Qty, Price and Amount being across a row, they are all grouped one on top of the next in the center of the table. Is there any way to alter the format or to choose another template?

Personalizing Labels

Hello,

There appears to be some available space on the USPS label below the tracking number to put a short message.

The short message that I am initially thinking about is "Package 1 of 4", or when printing labels with my Endicia account, I used "Your Cornice Store Order has arrived!".

One suggestion was using a reference, but I can't find much documentation on this subject for labels like, what reference is printed where.

In my research, there was a suggestion to create a new shipping Template. In Templates under User Settings, I could only find Email Templates and Packing List Templates - no Shipping templates.

So, how do I add a variable short message to my shipping labels?

Adding a secondary FedEx account

We've recently added another FedEx shipping account to SR Web. The account settings are the same as our default FX account. Everything seems to work, with the exception of LTL. I'm getting an error of "Message from the FedEx Server: The account number entered for FEDEX_FREIGHT could not be validated". I can rate the shipment logged into our FedEx account online, so our LTL should be set up correctly on the FedEx side. I'm also not seeing a meter number showing in the "Advanced" section of settings for the new account.

Anything we may be missing?

New postage provider?

We noticed this morning that the USPS labels had changed when printing. Did the postage provider change from EasyPost to Pitney Bowes? Just making sure.

Ship Rush Browser Plugin Question

We are using the browser plugin in our lightweight web app. When we call the plugin with the order id how do we sent authentication? Do we need a token? Or is it basic auth which we need to tokenize? I can't seem to find any docs on the browser plugin.

Below is what my dev has started with but it's not actually logging anything or getting a 200 with the get request.

(obviousuly I just pasted the relevant info)

Will IPA ever be available as a shipping option in ShipRush? Right now I use Shiprush SQL with the latest version of shiprush. I have to use another service to print my IPA labels and would love to consolidate to save some money and to have better integration with my existing system.

two different postback documents for the same USPS shipment

When we post-in an order and ship it by USPS we get two different XML documents back. The first one has the Tracking Number and the second one doesn't.

I attached files of the first and second postback documents. I masked account numbers, etc.

Are they supposed to be different? What is the purpose of each document?

NOTE: When we ship with FIMS2, we get two documents that are almost the same. These are two differences between the documents are the <ReadyTimeType> and <EMail> in the Address of ShipperAddress

WooCommerce 3.0.x Support?

Hi, I updated my woocommerce store to 3.0 and my intergration with shiprush doesn't work properly.

Orders get downloaded but once the order is shipped shiprush doesn't upload tracking back to my store and doesn't mark the order as completed.

Before I updated my woocommerce plugin everything worked good.

Are there any plans for updates to support woocommerce 3.0?
