How can I make shipping addresses on the label in uppercase? It's showing like 123 Main Dr. but I want to change it like 123 MAIN DR. Thank you.

Invalid address

We have a customer we ship to in Three Springs, PA 17264. Shiprush gives us a message that this is an "invalid city/state/zip". Out of desperation, I tried changing it to "3 Springs, PA 17264". That works, but it's ugly (and incorrect according to the locals).

Dual Users - Desktop Version - Manual Updates not displaying on second PC

We are using Desktop Version of Shiprush 11.2.10.16.37. Have it downloaded on two PCs ( PC-A and PC-B). We have an issue when you manually mark an item Shipped or Canceled on PC-A, it will not change status on PC-B or (visa versa). Understanding that the refresh button would need to be checked to see the change in status but it does not change, it still displays in a ready to ship view.

This scenario comes into play with items that we may drop ship from another source, or customer may have canceled. Finding we are duplicating work.

Is there a way to correct this?

Shipping for next day orders

On a few occasions I get a lot of FedEx orders late in the afternoon. If I have time I like to put FedEx labels on them and mark the shipping date for tomorrow. However when I run the end of day reports for the following day the packages do not show up, but will be on yesterdays report if I reprint it. I use the shipping report to count the packages sent each day and this really messes up the reporting

Using Shiprush Discount Postage (website)

I recently had a package returned due to insufficient address.

The address in Bonanza is:
Name withheld
2151 LeJeune Road Suite 150
Coral Gables, FL 33134

The address as it is in Paypal is:
Name withheld
2151 LeJeune Road
Suite 150
Coral Gables, FL 33134

The address as printed by Shiprush is:
Name withheld
2151 S LE JEUNE RD
MIAMI FL 33134-4200
US


Notice that the label address is missing the "Suite 150"! Also it changed from "Coral Gables" to "Miami".

The post office returned the package, It cost me $15 to resend this item since it was not the customers fault.

I hope this can be corrected ASAP.

Rates Are Higher Than Rack Rates On UPS.com

When I rate the following shipment on UPS.com I get a Ground rate of $10.90. When I rate and process the exact same shipment in ShipRush I get a Ground rate of $16.53. Why would rack UPS.com rates be cheaper than account specific rates using ShpRush? I did notice that ShipRush is saying this ship to address is residential, which is incorrect. This ship to is a business, and it rates that way on UPS.com. Even if you remove the residential fee of $3.40, the rate using ShipRush is still $2.23 higher versus UPS.com rack rates.

Suggestion: Method to clear address book in ShipRush Web

Hi friends. Just a quick suggestion to consider for ShipRush Web:

I had an address book with ~7,500 contacts active in ShipRush. I imported a CSV hoping to update the contacts, but I made a mistake and many were duplicated. I now have 11,000 or so contacts, most of which are duplicates.

It would be great to have either 1) the ability to completely clear the contacts table, or 2) functionality to remove entries by CSV upload. I spoke with ShipRush support and learned that there is no way to effectively start over on contacts, so right now I am deleting contacts 100 at a time through the software. It takes a really, really long time.

Support for clearing out contacts would be of great help to enterprise users who need to be able to make mass contact changes and entry removals. Thanks!

Shipping method doesn't change

More irritating than anything. I have default set up as Home Delivery. If I do an address verification and it removes the check mark off residential , I think it should also update the method of delivery to ground but it doesn't and being old and forgetful I don't change it. Then I have to delete the order and redo it to make it ground

I try to call GetShipmentsRequest via Shiprush SDK with following Code.

Unable to access database lock path dblock\

Hello, I'm using Shiprush desktop V11.2. And I got the following error message after my computer was shut down by a blackout. "Unable to access database lock path "dblock\". If you just upgraded ShipRush please restart it. If your database on the other computer consider using UNC path instead of drive letter." Please advise. Thank you.

First shipment takes forever

We use both Shiprush USPS standalone and in Quickbooks. The first time we use each one for USPS shipments each day, it takes about a minute for the label to print. What gives?

ShipRush v11.2 - Missing TrackUrl in postback data

Hello,

I have a client just upgraded to ShipRush Discount Postage v11.2 from ShipRush Endicia. As part of daily process, shipment data will be posted back to an external website (after clicking "Ship" button on ShipRush).

Currently the receiving end shows that most of the fields are available except the TrackingUrl - it is always empty.
This behavior does not happen on either ShipRush FedEx or previous ShipRush Endicia version.

Could you please let me know how to fix this issue in order to have TrackingUrl available on the post-back data set? Is there any change in the field name or position of the field in compare with previous version? Any help would be appreciated!

Connection issue between the scale PS90 and Shiprush

Hi all,

I am having issue connecting PS90 scale with Shiprush. The scale is connected (not sure if it is properly connected) but the reading is not passed to Shiprush.

The scale is connected to the local machine (192.168.104.204) and the Shiprush program is running on the server (198.179.201.28). The connection is through Remote desktop.
Since the connection was lost around two weeks ago I am assuming the server and the scale was talking before.

1) The port configuration is opened on the remote desktop. The port access is checked so the server should be able to detect the scale.

2) On the UPS Shiprush program Setting -> Shipping settings -> Scales -> Test.
It shows "Unable to test the scale "Mettler Toledo PS90 (2FFairbanksPlugIn.dll) Scale not found on this port. Please correct the port setting" as shown on the below picture:


If I test the scale connection I can see the COM3 port in the configuration but the test is still failing.
Test error message: "Scale not found on this port. Please correct the port setting."

Is there any way I can get the scale connected again so the reading of the scale will passing to Shiprush when shipping? Did I miss something?

International shipping

We just switched over to Discount Postage from Endicia this week and I'm having trouble getting our international shipping settings right.

In the old version we had it set up so that the short form (CN22, I think) would print on our zebra label printer, while the multi-page (CP72?) printed on our laser printer. Can we still do that?

Some pages unresponsive and hanging

Hi everyone. As I type this, some sections of ShipRush Web are unresponsive and hanging. Intermittently, I can log in but can't reach an account settings page, or can't reach a printer settings page, and so on. It's been this way for nearly 30 minutes.

How often does this type of thing occur? How reliable is Shiprush Web? I'm currently training people on Shiprush Web using our UPS account, as we've not yet added our USPS Mail account that prints over $5,000 a month in Priority and Express postage. I don't want to move all of our postage printing to a new platform only to experience downtime similar that which we're experiencing right now.

SDK and Client Returning Different Rates

When shipping a 2-pound package to the following address the ShipRush Client returns a rate without the residential charge added. When using the SDK the address is coming back as residential resulting in a higher rate. Shouldn't SDK and the client return the same rate and residential indicator?
