Please advise

Hi, we use ship rush with Great Plains and when we go to ship an invoice, a screen pops up asking us to chose an contact. the options are the current invoice, or the two previous shipments. Any normal person would know just to chose the current invoice and confirm the ship to address is correct but our shiping department is failing to chose the correct contact resulting in mis-ships. Can we get rid of that option, remove the recent history from that step?

Anyone any idea what's causing the message in the subject line. We just had to reinstall on Win 8.1 with the RMS interface and set the default shipping confirmation to "signature required" but when we try to process any shipment with that selected we get the message in the subject line.

Is it possible to import past orders?

It seems like the orders are being pulled from the past few days only. Is there a way to pull a further history?

We recently spoke with Big Commerce about their platform and I specifically asked if they were integrated with ShipRush. The answer was yes, and they stated we would need to install the shiprush app. I reviewed their apps however shiprush is nowhere to be be found. Does shiprush integrate in another manner?

Shiprush not setting correct PO Zipcode on Amazon orders

We are having a problem with Shiprush online. Our location zip code and our post office zip code where our packages are dropped off are different. This has never been a problem until recently. Our post office zip code has been properly set in the system, it has also been properly set in endicia. It prints the labels correctly for both ebay and Volusion. However, on Amazon orders, it does not set the correct PO zip code. For some reason on amazon orders it defaults back to our location zip for the ship from zip code. This is causing an issue with the postal service. Why are the Amazon orders not printing correctly. I have confirmed the PO Zip code settings but for some reason amazon orders (and amazon orders only) are overriding the programmed info.

EOD issue

We have a issue where EOD appears not to work. A couple of our standalone stations will get the error "unable to process end of day request." along with the warning to stop using shiprush and contact support. When I check the logs I do see where it had communication issues trying to upload but then it looks like it does transmit the pld. If we view shipment and go to the end of day paperwork when can do reprint and then the EOD paperwork does print. This is only appears to happen on 2 of our 4 standalone stations so I don't believe it is firewall or antivirus related, although I have tried to open things up for www.upslinkvendor.ups.com on the firewall just in case. Any idea of what I can do to narrow down the exact cause?

Reprint Label not working -- it's reprinting a Packing list instead

Hi,
I have a Smartpost shipment where the label was created but did not print. I also printed a packing slip for that order. Now when I hit the reprint button for the label, I keep getting the download of the Pdf packing slip. I tried the reprint button on the righthand menu while the order is open, and also the reprint button that shows in each listing in the full list of shipped orders. Both will only reprint the packing slip. What am I doing wrong?

Save Third Party Shipping Accounts

Is there a way to save Third Party Shipping Accounts in my.shiprush to a list, so they don't have to be cut and pasted every time I need to use one?

Shiprush USPS V2 is not generating a scan form

Shiprush USPS V2 is NOT printing a scan form with the close shipping day as it should. In addition there appears to be no way to manually print one in the event one is not printed. At least with Endicia we could go back in and print one manually from endicia's website. What's going on here?

Need a way to change how the order status updates

We have been using SR web for a few weeks now with our 3DCart store and one thing we would like to see is a way to specify how the order is updated once the labels are created. Currently, any time we create a label it changes the order status in 3DCart to "shipped". This really is not correct since printing a shipping label and physically shipping an order are not the same thing. We are currently using a work around where we open the order and physically change the status to IN PROCESS after creating the shipment in SR Web.

Is there any way to change the way SR updates the orders? I would propose that changing the order to "IN PROCESS" makes the most sense. In 3DCart this would be order_status=2, whereas a shipped order has order_status=4. Better yet - how about making this a user-selectable option?

Shiprush V2 Endicia Discount postage rates are different than V1

I just upgraded and my old Endicia account is still active. In the last several days, I have seen numerous examples where Priority and International rates differ between V1 and V2 accounts. The most glaring one was a 11 lb shipment from KS to LasVegas where V1 rates were $25.67 and V2 were $9.70

V2 is always lower, but usually by only a dollar or two. My understanding was that the rates would be the same? Why am I seeing this difference?

we are testing out the integration on the barcodes. How do we manually enter the barcode key to test intergration while we wait for the barcode scanner to get here. Also, this will be benfitial if the scanner ever brakes so we can manully enter the barcode key to continue business with our automation.

No more Pay on Use Returns?

Hi,

Just noticed that the new SR USPS postage (v2) does have the ability to do return labels, but not the Pay On Use type. We use this feature a LOT with Endicia since sometimes the customer decides that they do not want to return the item after all, and we don't have to keep up with requesting a return label refund later on.

This way, we're only charged for the return labels that we use.

Any ideas on if/when this feature will become available? As far as I know, both Stamps and Endicia offered this feature.

Integration with KnowTia Oasis

I'm trying to move ShipRush 9 to a new PC. Everything works except for the integration with KnowTia Oasis.

I've found a OasisShipRush.exe file that seems to be the connector, but I can't get it to run on a new system. Does anybody have a download for this, or any ideas how I can get this to work?

Error message when trying to print return labels

This happens often and most of the time if I close down SR and reopen a return label will print.
But today it just happened over and over when trying to print up a PDF return label.
I get a pop up box with this type of error message.


Unable to print label: Couldn't delete "c:\users\public\documents\z-firm llc\shiprush\labels\9401910200864325597014.pdf" (32). Reprint the label from shipping history when the problem is fixed.

Any idea what this means or how to fix?

Only getting test labels

I switched over to Shiprush discount postage on desktop and also set up Shiprush web. When I try to print shipping labels this morning in the desktop version all I get are test labels. I've looked everywhere in settings, both on desktop and web, to make sure there are no boxes checked for "test labels". So don't know what else to check to make the labels on my Zebra printer print correctly. I'm obviously missing something somewhere. Any suggestions?

I was forced to upgrade to 11.2 this morning, it would not take any license key. Now its no longer Endicia so how do i get my $400 that I just put on the account out yesterday? :( Hey at least you didn't do this on a monday :P

Return Labels

Now that I upgraded to 11.2 discount postage I no longer see a way to print up return labels like I used to when I had Endicia. Is this no longer going to be available?
