I am pretty new to ShipRush online, but I am having problems figuring out how to print a Scan form for our USPS pick up. When I click "Close Shipping Day", it only closes out FedEx's shipping day and does nothing to produce a SCAN form. Am I just doing something wrong? I couldn't quite figure it out with the help tab, so I figured I'd try here.

where is ShipRushDBManager?
I get an error DBISAM Engine Error #8961. In searching the forum it tells me to run ShipRushDBManager for v6 to clear the error. However, I don't have that file on my ShipRush install. I'm running version 11.0.7.9946 for Fedex. Is it something that I now can get to through ShipRush? Or somewhere I can download it from?

walmart store error
Hi,
I'm trying to add a Walmart store to my shiprush account and i keep getting errors either i get one saying that my account information is incorrect or that its a SYSTEM_ERROR 500 how do i fix this? i know the account information is correct and have even regenerated the special key multiple times.

fedex smartpost error
When I ship smartpost under a acount, it alway give me a error message that 'USPS_DELIVERY_CONFIRMATION" was added to smartpost specail services. I don't know why and don't how to correct it

Nonstandard Container Rules
For FedEx Ground shipments 70 pounds and under if I select the Nonstandard Container option a $10.50 fee is added to the Estimated Rate. For shipments over 70 pounds the Nonstandard Container option does not change the rate. I am not using any dimensions in the rate. What are the exact requirement (weight or dimension) where the Nonstandard charge applies? I know it's only valid for Ground shipments

UPS Standard To Mexico
I am unable to get a rate for a shipment from the US to Mexico using UPS Standard. ShipRush shows the rate as <not available> . UPS Standard should be available to both Canada and Mexico. On the UPS Website I get an estiamted rate to Mexcio using UPS Standard.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object - RATE FAILED
Started getting this today when checking rates. I can get the Fedex rates to show by turning off address validation but cannot get any USPS rates. Is there something that I can do to fix this.

ShipRush + Woocommerce Variable Product Packing Slip Issues
Hello, I'm having an issue with the product name displayed on packing slips pulled from our Woocommerce store. I have narrowed the issue down to variable products. For example:

Variation Description (field): MARK + SARA Kit - Team Wendy - FDE
On the Shiprush packing slip, the Description field is reading: MARK + SARA Kit~mark helmet type:mark-helmet-...
Basically, it inputs attribute mumbo jumbo instead of the set variation description. Looks bad for customers and makes picking more difficult in the warehouse.
Am I missing something, or is this a bug that needs to be resolved?
FWIW, I am on WP 4.5.4 and Woocommerce 2.5.5. However, we've experienced this for several previous versions as well, just finally getting around to addressing it and we are trying to shift our packing slip process over to ShipRush.

Address check deleting important info in address line
We've noticed that when the address check is used on SR Web, it will sometimes delete important info from the address lines. Usually, there would be a "box" or "Unit" number after the street address, indicating where the item was to be forwarded to, at that address location. I've had 1 case in particular where the address was actually a post office, and the box or unit number was deleted from the address, causing issues once the item arrived at the location. Others are usually freight forwarder locations, which would need the customer number on the label to let them know routing information once they receive the package.
We don't want to disable address check/correction, since it does catch things like missing apartment numbers and such, but it would be nice if the program would at least let us know what it is correcting it to, and allow us to confirm, before actually making changes. This will give us a heads up if it's going to intentionally delete items from the address that may actually be important.

Not able to connect to Walmart Store
Walmart implemented its Free Value Shipping on 11/15/2016. It seems at about that time my shiprush account has started having issues connecting to my Walmart Store. I have tried changing the credentials. Does anyone know what is causing this issue. Here is what I see...

Intl CN22 forms not printing correctly on a Zebra
I have an LP2844 Zebra printer that I've been using with ShipRush for many years now (like 5?). I've swapped computers a few times, but have been using the printer and computer in question for about 4 months now. The other night, I printed label for a small international parcel (first class, CN22 form). The label came out totally wonky; turned sideways from the normal rotation, and it had a huge margin to boot, so only about 1/3 of the label was actually printed on. I tried it again, and it printed something similar, but moved over a bit (less margin). Then a third time, and it would move it again, and this time left a big blank space in the middle of the label, where there should have been information.
Figuring something had happened with my settings somehow, I went into printer settings to reset the label. Much to my surprise, the test label came out just as it should. Correct size, correct orientation, correct margins, nothing missing. So I went back and reprinted the actual label, and the same thing happened again. Wrong rotation, wrong margins, the label changing from print to print, etc.
Can someone please help me figure out what's going on? I really need to be able to print international labels reliably. Thanks!

Smart Post transit times
We've noticed that the transit times have changed from days in transit to actual dates delivered by, and that's fine. We did notice though, that the delivery time-frame showing for FedEx smart post seems to show dates that are likely incorrect. We're wondering how the system is calculating Smart Post times, and if the system may need to be changed. We're typically showing either the same time frame, or less than FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, which would be theoretically impossible, since it has to go by Ground first, then handed off to USPS, adding 1-2 more days to the time.
Our shipping staff is aware of approximate times on SP, but some other shippers, or companies using the ShipRush, may not be as aware, and select the wrong service type, and have unexpected delays.

Unable to read from scale
Starting this morning, SR Web is unable to communicate with the scales. We've tried restarting PC, closing/restarting SR desktop tools, and tried on multiple PC's with no luck.
All we get when testing the scale is the following:

Reboot Required Every Morning
When we print labels at the start of the day, the program reports that the labels were printed but they actually do no print. We are forced to reboot the computer before printing will work again. Is there a configuration or other thing that we can do to eliminate the need to reboot the computer.

Shipment Information Not Copying to Clipboard
There were no problems at all with my.shiprush before last Friday (12/2/16) Since that day we have had a few problems come up that we have been able to fix. The only problem remaining that I can't figure out is that the system used to copy the tracking number and shipment cost to the clipboard which made it very easy for us to paste this info into our accounting software. Now we have to physically copy the tracking number by dragging over it and right clicking. I would very much appreciate any help you can give me on this situation so we can speed up our order entry back to where it was. Thank you.

Shipping Multiple boxes to our clients
We may ship two, three, or four boxes to a customer when fulfilling an order. For Box 1 we would like to use the present XYZ and autopopulate LxWxH, when adding another box (i.e Box 2) we would like to use present LMN and autopopulate LxWxH, add another box (Box 3) use present HIJ and autopopulate LxWxH.
The problem is the system doesn't work this way. Everytime we add a box and click a preset it overwrites Box 1 defaults. We would like to add a box, click a present and have the information populate that box only and not overwrite the previous boxes.
Please advise.

Smartpost - postage due
This is a first,
I just received a photocopy of a label with .57 cents postage due by the USPS for a package sent via Smartpost.
Package was delivered 11/17/2016. Not sure what to do as the postman just dropped off the mail and left and I found this note in the mail.
I just put the package on the scale and ship - not sure how it could be wrong. Customer never contacted me - thought as least I would get a complaint about receiving a package with postage due?
There seems to be an address correction - thought that was free?

Quickbooks Packing List
We are using your Quickbooks Online Integration and wanted to print a Packing list.
We were able to print your standard packing list with the information in it without an issue. However we really want the Purchase Order Number supplied by the customer to print out on the packing slip, since they don't care about our invoice number. I was able to edit the standard packing list without issue in your template section and apply it to our packing list to be printed, However I cannot find any fields in the template editor that correspond to the Purchase Order number for the Order. Is it possible to add this?
Another option would be is their an easy way to just get the actual quickbooks packing slip printed when the user clicks packing slip in the my.shiprush site.
The users that are handling the shipping don't have access to Quickbooks so we would like an easy way for them to print the packing slips.
