Multiple boxes to one address, no place to put weight for USPS if medium flat is...

When shipping multiple packages to one address, if you choose medium flat rate for box 1, then for box 2 you can't put in a weight. We've worked around it by making the first package the one with the weight.

Just thought we'd report the bug.

Signature and Date not printing on International CN22 form

We have our International Defaults for ShipRush Discounted Postage and USPS set with a Customs Signer. Neither the Signer nor the Date are printing on CN22. We're having to manually write those. This is on My.ShipRush. I see now I should post this there.

Small International Printing Incorrect

Using a Zebra 2844 to print small international, the test print works perfect but when you print a actual label it prints vertical instead of horizontal. Also it does not seem that the margin adjustments work on any of them.

Issues Updating to v11.2

We had ShipRush Pro for UPS installed on a server that we are retiring. I didn't feel the need to move the database to the new server, but rather wanted to start new. We didn't need any tracking information since the tracking information is passed into our Act software.

I had v11 installed on the server, but not commissioned fully with UPS because I got busy with other projects. Today, I found that version 11.2 was available and was going to proceed with the project. Version 11.2 installed without any issues and I updated the rate files to the 2017 files.

I tested a shipment and end of day, then voided the test shipment. All worked fine.

Next I tried to install v11.2 on my workstation. The installation failed in commissioning with UPS. It installed like it was installing on a server by installing the zfirmv11 service.

One of the errors was that the UPS Pro Commissioning Error: Unable to init UPS communication API...

I tried following a KB article I found (SRUA-0279), but the file it references is not in the directory indicated.

So how do I get this straightened out so our users can ship tomorrow? Why did the update on my workstation install the Zfirm service? If I stop the Zfirm service, the installer restarts it. If I stop it after that step, before commissioning, commissioning fails saying that the zfirm service is not running.

HELP PLEASE as it seems that several issues are occurring.

Account balance error message

I'm getting the following error message when I try to ship: My.SR Shipping returned an error: . Sorry, the balance in shipping account xxxxxxxx is low. Please add funds and keep on shipping!
My balance shows $86.45. What do I need to do?

Shiprush 11.2 label problem...

I have label set to 4x6 on Zebra driver.. the label is shifted to the right about a 1/4 of inch.. I have rebooted tried offset setttings.. loaded software on another computer with another Zebra and still same results it is shifted to right exact the same results ... when you do a test print from shiprush it prints fine no offset problem...

Also under the settings the offsets do not seem to do anything.. a changed them with to like 30 and 50 with no effect...

the packing slip prints without an offset.. it is only the postal label prints both first class and priority..

Just upgraded today.. no shift label problems on the endicia shiprush..

From address seems to print incorrectly.

My from Address is:
Company Name
Shipping Dept.

But the labels are printing:
Shipping Dept
Company Name

This seems backwards of how it used to be and seemed to switch around the time I whacked endicia.

I obviously know the workaround but would prefer this just be changed on your end, thoughts?

shiprush 11.2 First Class Letter does not orientate correctly

On the first class Letter it should come out horizontal instead of vertical.. When you do a test print when first class letter is selected in test prints a priority mail label which is portrait (vertical)

I created my new V2 discount postage account on Shiprush web about a week ago, and the old Endicia account is also still active on shiprush web. We actually shipped from Shiprush web through both accounts up until Friday, but we primarily use ShipRush destop
Waited til after hours Friday to update to discount postage 11.2 desktop.

I followed the proper steps to update to V2 (including a purge) on a Windows 2012 server that acts as our shiprush server. I got the error message "unable to call My.Shiprush.151:401 Unauthorized. Unable to post to "https://api/my.shiprush.com...."

The database seems to update OK, and I had to make a couple of attempts to get the new serial number to stick 3HW7Q-ND2CU-HWFPA-MEVM2-Z4H8G-KZZZZ-ZZZZZ-26Q1Z-ZZ but kept getting this error message.

I could not remember if there was a spot hot enter the serial number in an .ini file, and I could not remember the location to look.

I quit messing with the server, and tried to do the upgrade on one of the workstations. Got the same error message. The above screenshot is from the work station.

At that point, my hard drive screams away for a long, long time and a ctrl-alt-delete does not kill Shiprush. I have to hard power down the PC.

So my problem- We start shipping production on monday morning 8AM est time.

Anybody have thoughts? I though I did all this right. We are pretty familiar with Shiprush. 4 workstations, and been using SR since 2009.

Shiprush 11.2 ETA on small international labels

Hi small international labels are still printing the wrong direction so we are having to print to a sheet of paper and tape them. Do you have a ETA on when whes will be corrected? We are running the newest version which has seemed to fix most the bugs but this one still exist.

CN22 Signature Missing

Ver. 11.2.9.9235

On a CN22 (haven't done a CP72 yet so it could be an issue there as well), the data from the signature field does not print on the label:

Also, there doesn't seem to be a place in this version to globally set the value for the signature as there was in previous versions.

Changing the order of the shipping accounts list

We've been using ShipRush Web for a few weeks now and for the most part it has been excellent. One thing we have found however is that the 'SHIP FROM' address selection dropdown list can be quite unwieldy if you have many shipping accounts or ship from addresses.

We make extensive use of drop shipping so we have over twenty individual FedEx accounts, each with multiple ship from addresses. The problem we are running into is that when we are creating a shipment and have to select a ship from address from the drop down list, we are presented with a very long, random list of addresses that is difficult to search. We have their titles coded, but there is no way to present them in any particular order. It looks like they are listed in the order in which they were created.

If there were a way to change the ordering of this list or otherwise streamline it, then it would be much easier to find the correct ship from address quickly.

I could say the same for the shipping accounts list in the settings, but this is less of an issue since they aren't being accessed as frequently.

ShipRush FedEx v11.2 automatically starting Discount Postage

Hi Sysops.

We have a customer that uses ShipRush with IQ reseller. They were informed that they had to install the latest ShipRush v11.2 for FedEx and UPS. However, every time they start a shipment which calls ShipRush FedEx via .ocx file it automatically brings up a Welcome to ShipRush Discount Postage Screen (attached) and if you select next it bring up an Application Help File not found (also attached). This customer only has FedEx and UPS installed and the Postage Screen makes me think it is related to USPS?

Any suggestions gladly taken.

Eltron Zebra TLP 2844 Not Printing with Win 10 after self repair

My printer has been working fine on Win 10 for some time. Then Windows did a self repair type of thing, and got rid of most of my applications.
The printer will print a test label from within shiprush. Choosing with without the Z as printer name.
BUT, it will not print the label when I actually ship the item.
I cannot get it to print a test page within the windows printers and devices area.
Been 4 days, please help.

Label Customizations?

Just wondering if the new 11.2 software is going to restore the ability for some customization like the "rubber stamp" feature and especially the ability to relocate or rotate the reference field?

It seems like each time ShipRush changes the postage provider the labels get "uglier" (and the addressee text smaller).

New to ShipRush - label printing problems

I am new to ShipRush just this week. I have a FedEx account set up which is working/Printing just fine to my Zebra 500 label printer. However, the Discount Postage does not print correctly. I can get a test label to print without any problems. When I actually enter a shipment and hit print postage, at first it would not print anything at all. After restarting my computer, it will now print the label, but it has "test label" printed across the front of the label, so I can't use it. I am also unable to Void the label.

My first impression is that this would be very helpful software if I could get it to work properly.
