Scan form not generating

Hi,
Starting three or four days ago, we have been unable to generate a scan form on my.shiprush. After we click "Close Shipping Day", we receive a message saying: "Close Day successful! No documents were generated." This is happening despite numerous shipment being processed.
Can anyone help?

Scan forms not printing

We've noticed that the past couple days, the USPS Scan Forms are not printing when we "Close Shipping Day", like they normally used to. Upon clicking the button, the site seems to be "thinking" but then nothing else happens, no popup, only a message stating "Close day successful! There were no documents to print". If we go to our Endicia account manually, on the Endicia site, the report show up though, for that currently day.

So apparently, it's generating the scan form, but then not printing or showing it on screen.

Internal Server Error

We're getting the "Internal Server Error" message when trying to print a FedEx label. Rates are working, and USPS is working, but FedEx is not printing, only showing the message.

I have a customer that ships from the US to international locations, and they also ship from international locations into the US. Does ShipRush allow me to create shipments that originate from international locations?

label printer

test page on zp505 would print from test page. but when i try and print a label it gives me an error saying that thermal printer (name) cant be found.

strange international shipping issue

Have a customer in Canada that we are seeing a problem with. We have ETD set up in the shiprush config but not all the labels are showing ETD on them. I have not been able to find anything common on the ones that don't. Seems to happen on both fedex international ground and express. Shipping to same customer, same address. On 10-3 we had 4 shipments to this customer. Two were express that had no ETD on label. Two were ground that did. But looking back further there have been both ground and express with and without ETD. There are times the driver scans a package label and his device will tell him he needs to pull paperwork. On these particular shipments the two that did print with ETD on the label had that message when he scanned them. The two without did not but since it did not say ETD on the label he wanted printed paperwork for those too. I looked at a few Canada shipments from another customer and those did have ETD on the label. So might just be this one customer. Are there logs I can look at to try and narrow down what is happening?

Issue with an Address / software

Endicia / ShipRush has no issue with the address, Validation comes back fine but when it Prints it cuts of the #3 of the unit, which we didn't catch - so package went undelivered and is now being returned, we are shipping out a replacement and happened to catch the # 3 was dropped

My Question, if there is a Length limitation why do we not get an error forcing us to move the unit 3 to a second line of the address?

Thermal Label Printing from and RDS host

I have a small site using our ERP system parked on an RDS server up on Amazon AWS. They are able to print from our application and the laser printer/8.5x11 forms from Shiprush UPS Pro but the thermal eltron/zebra labels are very inconsistent. They fail to print most of the time.

I have not had the user put the eltron in debug mode as of yet but I did have her set the queue on the local PC to start printing after all the data is spooled. This did not make any difference in behavior.

Any tips or suggestions on handling this would be greatly appreciated.

Automation Rules

We have automation rules set to "Require Signature" for items where declared value is more or equal to $250. We just noticed an order that went out Friday for $575 that left with no signature required. The actions are set to "Set Signature Confirmation" to "Indirect Signature Required" or "Signature Required". I assumed this would set it correctly for either USPS or FedEx.

Is there something we need to change in the settings maybe to make sure the automation works correctly? We just know that occasionally, someone may slip up and forget to change the shipment to signature required, so we added the automation to play it safe.

Can't save account config

My Shiprush UPS can't save config, it will popup the attach information. The program runing on administrator account, have full access to the folder.
Everytime when I turn to shiprush for UPS, it will request me to agree the agreements, select printers, after that the config file will show on the folder, but when I close shiprush, error message pop up, and the config file get deleted automatically

I have shiprush for fedex install in same computer, everything works fine

second account activation pending

I have SHIPRUSH FOR UPS BASIC install on 3 computers, 2 of them is ok to add second ups account
but one computer, always show the second accont 'Activation is pending'

I have try run the 'End of days', not working,
try delete all account and re -add the accounts, not working,
try delete all account and re -add the accounts in differenct sequence: I add the second account first, account activated, then I add the original first account(working originally) , account activation is pending

Looks like my installation always put the second account into pending status. Can you help for that?

Addresses with Apartment or Suite #'s

Good Evening,

We are having a continuous problem with Address Validation in Shiprush web for addresses that have an apartment or suite number. We run our address validation on strict however even when we reduce it to basic we still are unable to confirm the addresses. We have contacted the many customers and they have verified the address. When this occurs we have to pull up Fedex Ship Manager and ship with in that program.

What can we do to fix this?

Shiprush web history

Hi,

We use both Shiprush web and SR standalone for shipping. The standalone is still used due to an integration issue on one of our websites that SR Web doesn't work with. Up until recently, we were able to see ALL orders shipped in our SR web screen, regardless if they were shipped in SR Web, or SR standalone.

Is this a setting that needs to be changed, or something we're doing wrong here? We like having all shipments viewable on SR Web, so we can process return labels and such much easier if needed.

Combine 2 orders to one shipment

Ok, on SR Desktop, this was a breeze, but we're having difficulty on SR Web combining 2 or more orders from the same customer into one shipment.

Example: Customer orders 2 different items, on 2 different Ebay orders going to same address. On desktop software, we could just check both orders, and click "Combine" to make one shipment, then enter in all our specifics (weight, dims, etc) then print our label.

On SR Web, there is an option to "Combine to 1 Shipment" but it seems to want to go ahead and try to print label immediately, without allowing us to enter weight/dims, and pick carrier of our choice.

I figure we're just doing something wrong on our end. Is there a specific process to combining 2 orders into 1 shipment?

Couple of Questions - v11

We have used the FedEx version for years and are now moving to UPS. I'm in the process of integrating with our software (Stone Edge) and am having a little difficulty.

1) When previewing the shipment in SR before printing, I am not seeing all UPS services when clicking the Available Services button. I am only seeing three. I can't figure out why this is the case. I was able to print a label using a service not listed as available without issue, but could not see what it would cost beforehand.

2) I need to know what code should be sent to SR to represent a SurePost package (ie - Ground is 6, Express Saver is 38) so I can properly add this service to available ship methods in StoneEdge.

Account activation is pending

I am trying to add an additional UPS account to ShipRush. I have 3 accounts that are working fine, but the 4th account that I am trying to activate is stuck at Account activation is pending.

I processed a test shipment on the main account, voided the shipment and tried running end of day. I have the following error in ShipRushServer.log:
10/19/2016 6:42:00 AM 11.0.8.3356 ERROR Send Mail transaction failed: Error 50510 (details: Unknown user [5001])

Default shipping addresses keep getting blown out

I've set the shipping addresses on my 2 webstores (same address different company names) multiple times now and they keep disappearing. Am I missing a save option somewhere? I really want my second company name on it's own orders...
