Error connecting to WooCommerce webstore

(Today, 08:33 AM) Error: Unexpected response from the Web Store at https://*************.com/*****/ShippingZWoo.php. Unable to convert response to orders. ERROR: There is an error in XML document (1, 738). Instance validation error: '' is not a valid value for TUOMW.

USPS Express Labels Not Printing Correctly

Hi there,

I have Googled and found some users had similar issues previously, but I cannot find a solution. I have re-installed ShipRush in effort to solve the problem - no luck.

Our USPS Express labels do not print correctly. Even with changing margins, etc, the data gets cut off. It's like the entire data file doesn't print. I initially thought it was a margin issue but this is not the case.

Priority labels are fine.

Any solutions?

As we continue using Endicia, we didn't update ShipRush and have been using ShipRush V8 43677.

We are now thinking about making a brand new server machine. What are the windows systems that ShipRush V8 43677 supports?

Getting this trying to ship a package to Colombia:

FedEx server returned: "International Importer of Record - Invalid Postal Code Format
Invalid Recipient Postal Code Format". [ship:3050,ship:3423]

Customer address is correct. What format is Shiprush looking for?

Getting this error when trying to rate quote with UPS, but no error when when quoting with USPS. It only happens on one computer. On the other computer rate quotes work fine. On the computer that has the problem, when I uncheck "Validate address" for UPS it doesn't give me the problem, so it seems to be related to address validation for UPS. Tried different browsers and also in private mode on that computer and it still gives the error.

Groupon Goods integration

ShipRush, we love your software ;) and would be thrilled to see you support the Groupon Goods platform. Is this in the works? :confused:

As a workaround we use the Excel template to handle these orders. Groupon has 3 distinct fields Order ID, Line Item and SKU that create some inefficiencies when using with ShipRush for sorting and pick/packing. Another huge perk is if you could create a Groupon Packing slip. Groupon requires their packing slip to be branded a certain way. We have seen a few other services that can make an almost exact copy of that packing slip which Groupon will approve.

The Groupon Goods interface only lets you sort by Order ID so having the functionality in the ShipRush software would cut our pick/pack time for these by alot!

Printing help

I am trying to setup a new laptop and at the same time I'm switching to this version from the desktop version.

I use a Zebra LP2844 thermal printer for all shipping labels / packing lists.

I installed the print drivers and the printer seems to be working just fine; however when I setup the iCloud print and select thermal printer it doesn't print anything. If I change it to Laser then it will print a label though I did have to mess with the margins a bit. When I ship an order I can get a nice clean looking shipping label printed (4x6 thermal) using the laser setting (which just seems odd to have to do), however I can't get a packing list to print using either thermal or laser settings.

Can you help?

UPS Rate question

It's displaying the rack rate; I'm assuming my discount will still be applied when I'm invoiced and that I'd need to tell shiprush my discount in order to get a more accurate rate quote; is that correct?

ShipRush is asking for an updated license # but the link to get it takes me to the site but I am not seeing the license number to cut and paste. Where is it on your new site? Paul

SCAN form

We recently moved and the new local PO is being insistent on having a SCAN form each day.

I have never been able to get this to work from ShipRush (currently on v.11.08.7313) -- even back when we were still using Stamps.com. I just get the "The SCAN form was unable to print. Please log into Endicia.com to reprint the SCAN form" message.

When I log into Endicia, I am able to create and print it just fine, but it's a real annoyance not to be able to do it in ShipRush.

SR not reporting correct Estimated Delivery Dates

Hello,
Using ShipRush version : 11.0.8.7313
WIN7 Professional 64bit

We have always had an issue when selecting Available Services, SR responds something to the affect "the date you have set is incorrect"
The fix is close SR and restart it.
Today, we have an issue where the Available Services shows Estimated Delivery dates for May and February and Service not available for SmartPost.

On a different PC the is identical to the one with a problem, the same shipping address and version of SR works fine.

I've unplugged my Zebra ZP 500 Plus printer twice & also restarted my computer. Still can print a label & holding the button down doesn't work. Test labels also won't print

Moving local database to shared location - SR v9

What is the correct procedure for moving the database to a shared folder on a file server? I tried moving the /database folder from the client PC and then changing the setting within the ShipRush client to point to its new location. When restarted, ShipRush seemed to generate a lot of additional files in the new shared folder and did not retain the program settings. It seems I didn't move everything that was needed or did something else wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not receiving tracking number from ShipRush

We've successfully integrated our system with ShipRush and order entries are now being created in ShipRush upon entering our system.

However, we do not receive tracking number from ShipRush and are advised to refer to REST API documentation for further troubleshooting:

We received the REST API from your support but the documentation didn't help much. We still can't identify the root cause of the issue.

Can you please provide the IP address from which ShipRush is sending the tracking number to our server? We suspect the IP address might have been blocked by our hosting provider (Cloudflare).

Another possible issue could be PostbackUrl. Can you please confirm if you've received a PostbackUrl from us correctly?

Having issues on MyShiprush, and standalone SR software. Unable to get any rate quotes. Can manually select carrier/shipment type, but since rating is down, no final prices displaying on receipt.

Receiving error when trying to ship FedEx Ground

I keep receiving the following error when trying to ship FedEx Ground. I used it yesterday and it worked fine. I have restarted my computer as well to try and see if that would help but it did not.

FedEx server returned: "Ground Shipping is not authorized for this User
FedEx Note: Information may have been defaulted to process this request.". [ship:2242,ship:1003]

I am trying to run EOD from UPS and getting an error message. I am using ShipRush V9 and below is my the error message from the shiprushserver log.
