Shiprush Client performance problem

Hello,
I had to move our installation of the Shiprush server to a 2008 Terminal server, now the client performance is really slow to load. On the older machine, it would take 2-3 seconds to pull up the customer information screen so they can confirm the data that it imported. With it installed on the TS, it takes 8-12 seconds minimum to pull up the same window. I have checked what I know on the TS firewall, but not too sure where else to check to see where the hiccup is! Even purged the database / rebuild--check to see if it would spruce it up with no avail. What else could be causing the issue?

Hey folks,

I'm running ShipRush Endicia and I need to ship some large packages from the west coast up to Alaska. When I click on my handy "Available Services" button to get some quotes, I'm seeing some strange things.

Priority Mail (3 day) @ $76.00
Parcel Select (7 dayish) @ $58.00

Express Mail (2 day) @ $41.00 ?

So my question to you is... do I trust this quote? If I use it will Endicia come after me at some point for extra postage if it is found to be (as it seems) too good to be true? Considering that the retail price for Express Shipping for a parcel this size is quoted at almost $200, I'm inclined to not take the risk.

Any thoughts?

ShipRush updates shipping charge calculated in Nitrosell (RMS)

We run RMS 2.0 with Nitrosell for our website and currently running ShipRush v11.0.8.4014. In the Program Settings, there is an option to Update POS Order with ShipRush-calculated shipping charges. When I unclick it, it sets the shipping charge to zero which is not what I wanted. Is there a way to retain the shipping charge already paid up front by the customer when the web order was placed?

Multiple web store question

I know I can add a 2nd eBay store to shiprush, however does it fully support having a 2nd company's information for that webstore? Seemingly I can have the companies "ship from" information be different, however I'm not seeing where I can supply a 2nd email address to send emails from. Is this possible and if not; what would be the best solution to accommodate this right now?

Can someone help with this?
I'm getting this error (check image) after I installed ShipRush 11 (with great plains integration). The form is open and is configured to connect to our server via shared folder. Nevertheless, when selecting the shipping type to open ShipRush this error pops up. There are other workstations that are working fine. What configuration am I missing?

Major problem after switching email address.

I changed my email on the my.shiprush page. The old email was outdated and I have a new one. After I did this, everything seemed fine. I opened my Shiprush Discount Postage software and I got an "invalid token" error of some sort. I restarted the software and everything seemed to work normally. I shipped out a bunch of packages. Come to find out, none of those shipments were transferred to my stores.

This morning, I'm getting a bunch of msg's from people asking why they haven't received a shipping notification. Long story short, this has caused a BUNCH of orders to show as unshipped. I believe I've corrected the problem the email first caused. I had to reset my access. But, is there any way to get those orders that I shipped earlier in the week, to transfer over to may webstores? Otherwise, I have to go through manually, via my web hosts control panel, and enter the tracking numbers. It almost screwed me on Amazon, but I think I got that all covered.

Please help!

This is an ongoing problem. Last time was Dec 2015. Here is the last response from you

For us to engage this further, please let us know when you see the issue again. Provide an example order # that did not import into My.ShipRush so we can chase the issue on the backend.

So it has happened again. The order came in five days ago and we just captured the funds this morning. It will not come over to Shiprush web or the desktop app. Tried all the usual steps that are always recommended. But we always end up having to type up blank labels. This time I'm holding up the shipment so you can have a look.

The order number from our Xcart store is 21727 from 4/20. Let me know what other info you need to troubleshoot this.

Hi,

I need to have the customer's PO number referenced on the label and packing list for Amazon orders where the customer used a PO#. This is a requirement for Pro sellers and we just want to make sure we're following the rules. We would still need the Amazon order ID# referenced, as it currently is.

I see where to set up the shipment defaults for our Amazon store, but not sure what selection I should choose for what would be a PO field.

Don't know how to make account so that it is "ready to use"

Second day trying to get this running again, feeling frustrated.

International customs forms not printing

Our customs forms have been printing fine until today. Now they are not printing on our printer. Checked all settings in SR, did a test to make sure form would print. But when we pull up an international order the customs form will not print from the Shiprush order manager. Any idea what could be causing this?

Printing Return Label Caused Amazon Confirm Date Change

I am sick because of what happened.

I have been under Amazon review for two months, due to a late shipment problem two months ago. Everything has gone great and it should be over soon. On Saturday, I received a return request from a customer. I printed a return label for them. This caused Shiprush to send Amazon a new confirmed date to Amazon! This now gave me a late shipment mark. I've been told that everything must be spotless during review period or I'll get permanently suspended.

I am feeling literally sick because of this. Is there anything that I can do to change that date back? This is a major problem for anyone printing return labels for Amazon orders.

I have been trying to print labels for the past 30 min and get this message:

The FedEx servers are not able to handle requests at the moment. Please try again in a minute or two.

(FedEx server returned: "General Failure". [ship:1000])


Just making sure this is a general problem, or just me?

I'm getting this error message when I try and get the rates for shipping. We use both FedEx and USPS. USPS seems to work but not FedEx. I can pull rates directly from our FedEx account but not through My.ShipRush. All the computers that we use are doing the same thing.

I cant print labels. Keep getting this error message. : Service Temporarily Unavailable (503) - 'https://gateway.fedex.com:443/web-services/rate'

Sucks that ship rush in on West Coast and they don't open for another 2 hrs. Sure wastes a day waiting on them to open.

Browser Plugin does not work in WIN10

we use shiprush 11 and Browser Plugin to print labels. it work well before.
after we upgrade to win10, it does not work now.

when we visit nntp://ship? like before in IE. it can't call out Shiprush UI to print label at all.
would you help to solve it?

shiprush Stand alone works well. i can print label without Browser Plugin.

Settings and Rate Quote not working

We're getting errors when either clicking on "Settings" section of the site, or when we try to do a rate quote. If we select a specific service type, and click "rate" that does work, but a general query across all services by clicking the magnifying glass does not work at all.

Hi, I'm getting a message saying "Unable to print label: Cannot print raster label. Label image appears to be damaged. Reprint the label from shipping history when the problem is fixed."

I already voided the first label this happened to, however it has now happened a 2nd time (no successful attempts today).

Please advise how to proceed!

There is a data center problem affecting these features in ShipRush Web:

- Packing lists
- QuickBooks Desktop connection via QuickBooks Web Connector
- Search and Filters

The problem is being actively worked on by network engineers and we hope it will be solved soon.
