Fedex return call tag missing options

I'm getting an error message when trying to do a FedEx return call tag to a commercial address (via Ground service). When trying to process call tag, system responds:

Message from the FedEx Server: Business close time does not contain a time between 08:00am and 06:00pm [ship:3943] Invalid pickup time for Express FedEx Tag. Please modify your Ready Time and Latest Pickup Time based on what is available for your pickup location. To determine the appropriate time frame for your location, please call the FedEx Customer Service team at 1-800-463-3339. (Native: Invalid ready date time for commercial pickup [ship:3939])

I'm not seeing any option on the My.Shiprush site allowing me to enter business hours for the call tag pickup. Not sure if maybe this option was overlooked during development?

SQL datebase update logs

Hey all, new to the forum here. I am experiencing a problem with our update statement in ShipRush that writes the shipping info to our SQL database (search query works fine), we have been using the same update statement for several years now but it stopped working after a recent update to our database. We are simply trying to update a notes table in our database, very simply procedure but it does not seem to be working. I have taken the update statement and injected the appropriate values in for what would be otherwise injected by ShipRush and ran it against the SQL database and it creates the note in our database with no issues, so I know that the update statement works just fine, I have also tested the database connection in ShipRush, which connects to the database just fine. I am really looking for direction on where I might be able to find some logs that might give me an indication as to why the update statement is either not being executed or what the specific error is that is preventing it from updating the database. If someone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

I keep getting this when trying to activate UPS PRO
301: Interrupted.. Unable to POST to "https://onlinetools.ups.com/ups.app/xml/License" (Windows)

My Fed Ex program went great.... Any ideas??????

The reason I am doing a fresh install is that I purchased a new PC for shipping and am trying to get everything installed and ready.

1. Is there a way to get the email notification checkbox to default checked?
2. Is there a way to get the box size to default from the eBay auction as well as weights?
3. When we select first class mail can we get the input selection to not allow pounds and only allow ounces?
4. The number of items shipped that displays on the "Ready to ship" page label requires a page refresh to update; can this update be triggered when something is shipped so that it is always accurate?
5. I'm not sure this has anything at all to do with your software but none the less an annoying issue I have so was hoping maybe someone had a suggestion: every single day I have to reboot my laptop or my Zerbra ZP 450 will not print labels. I haven't tested the printer outside of shiprush ftr so I'm not suggesting it has anything to do with shiprush... was just hoping for a suggestion :)

ShipRush Web printing problems

We are moving over from the desktop versions to ShipRush Web...so far we are very happy and it looks to fit into our work flow perfectly.
One question/problem:
It seems that we need to re-boot the computer everyday in order to print labels from ShipRush web. The connection between the computer and the printer seems to be lost overnight. When we are done shipping for the day, we close the shipping day and log off of ShipRush web. Next morning, when we log in, the labels do not print until we close all programs and go through a full re-boot.
Any settings that we might be missing? All other web based programs can "find" the local printers or network printers without a re-boot. The ZP505 is operating normally from the Windows Control Panel - printing a test page with no problem before we re-boot. Just ShipRush web looses it's printer connection.

Does shiprush work on Macs?

Does shiprush work on Macs? I have been using SR for my business for about 5 years or so, and find it indispensible. But I'm ditching my PC and getting a Mac, and I don't see any downloads for Mac. I saw a question on the forums about this from 2009, wherein Mac wasn't supported, but I didn't think that would be the case this many years later. Is Mac still unsupported? Even with my.shiprush online? Thanks!

Good Afternoon,

We use UPic to insure our packages. Per their recommendation they would like us to enter the insurable value into the first reference field. We do not wish to do this since this dollar amount will print on the label. What field can we enter a dollar amount that will not print on the label and will appear in an exported report for recording purposes?

What would cause the Zfirm service to not install? I did a reinstall of ShipRush, rebooted server and the service was gone, so I reinstalled again, rebooted and the service isn't installing.

ShipRush no longer connects with Sage 50 after Sage 50 2017 Upgrade

My company just installed the Sage 50 2017 upgrade, and now no one can use ShipRush to pull the shipping information needed from Sage 50.

The first error occurs in Sage 50 telling me Sage 50 is already running

Then ShipRush continues to try and pull the customer info and eventually shows this error

I have tried everything I can think of to rectify the situation
Uninstall ShipRush - Reboot - Uninstall Sage 50 - Reboot - Install Sage 50 - Reboot - Install ShipRush - Reboot
Change ShipRush to use DDE - didn't work
Tried to change the CM - didn't work

Also if I try to create a shipment without an invoice ShipRush immediately tells me it can't read the current customer.

Both Sage 50 and ShipRush run off of a server and are used by multiple people.

Any help is greatly appreciated, and if anymore information is needed it shall be provided.

UPS Fees in ShipRush

We are using ShipRush Web.

Prior to converting to ShipRush we used UPS Worldship. In the Worldship program we could see a breakdown of the shipment fees. I am unable to find any type of breakdown within ShipRush. All I can see is the total cost of the shipment. Would like to see shipping, residential surcharge fee, oversize fee, etc.

Need to ship however we can't because phone support is closed at the moment.

Moved ShipRush to new PC, not reading CSV file for database

After creating the ODBC file source, I go to contact manager and set it up. Under Getting Contact Info, I setup the database to point to the CSV file, and it tests correctly. Then I close and run the program, I get the search box, which then returns Microsoft JET engine cannot find the object identified.

Logo missing from some shipping labels

Our logo doesn't seem to be printing on all of our shipping labels, only some of them. I've double checked that the logo is uploaded correctly and it is. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get the logo to reappear to all of our shipping labels? Thanks!

I just found out fedex will no longer give us the opertunity to use shiprush with fedex for free and now will will have to fork ou thte cash to use this tool. It should be free, I would think thereis a alternative to this what about paypal do they offer this free since my transaction pass through them?

Missing Orders

About once every other week, we will have one or two orders that are completed and paid in full but they don't get through to ShipRush. Any ideas of why this could be happening? We double check all of the orders so we don't end up missing it, I'm just curious why it wouldn't go through automatically with the rest of the orders. Any thoughts?

For anyone who works with FedEx and USPS, does anyone actually package the boxes first with the product, then weigh them, then compare this to the dimensional weight? I feel like this would take a long time for every single order, since we get over 200 orders in our busy season. We're trying to find a new way of decreasing our shipping costs without having to physically weigh every single package and then compare it to the dim weight. Right now we package the products and use the calculated weight to compare costs. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
