I've done all the steps. Simply not connecting... I get this:

The URL provided does not seem to connect to an ecommerce system (or perhaps the web store is not configured properly). Please check the URL and configuration for this web store. (ERROR: 33836B)

In our integration, we are passing the "ship From" information for the label to ShipRush, but this is not necessarily the "real" ship from which should be used for rate calculation. Is there another place we can populate the zip code to be used for rate calculation and still show a different zip in the ship from on the label?

Running ShipRush Fedex SQL and Stamps.com SQL at the same time

If I run both ShipRush Fedex SQL and Stamps.com SQL at the same time is there any for me to modify the SQL query so the correct application opens based on a database field holding the shipping method?

Hello,

I learned today that right-clicking on a webstore and selecting delete will remove whatever store was highlighted, not the store you right-clicked on.

I have readded our flagship webstore but now it is at the bottom of the list instead of the top. We have so many stores that you can't even see it without scrolling. This store used to be at the top. Can I move it back to the top by editing a text file somewhere?

How to move ship rush from one computer to the next (different location)

Hello,

I moved out of my home based business, and I now run my business from home, and from my office. My home computer needs to stay because I am back and fourth.

I am wondering if there is any quick way to move shiprush and all of the same settings, etc from my home computer to my office computer and save all of the sold/shipped customer information.

I tried the copying the backup file, and when I put in in the new computer, it only pulls up the past 4ish days and the rest is all broken up.

I am getting errors this morning. It will process 1 label, not upload the tracking number, and then crash.

Orders not removed after being shipped

My orders are being pulled in to ShipRush just fine from ZenCart, but after I click on them and successfully ship them out, they do not mark as ship and disappear. They are still listed and the orders don't update in ZenCart either. I'm having trouble locating the problem here, as the store appears to be healthy and connecting fine. It's either ShipRush or ZenCart I guess, any ideas?

ShipRush not pulling in correct address from ebay

Good Morning All,

We have items we sell on ebay, where if they are international should be sent to a domestic address (in the US) then ebay ships it from there as they take care of the international shipping. However, we have been pulling in the orders and shipping it to the international address as it is not pulling in the domestic address as it should be.

Can any one shed some light on this, or have experienced this before, what is the fix?

Paid orders not being Marked as Shipped automatically

When we click the Ship button for a paid order, it isn't automatically being marked as shipped. This only happens to about 20% of the items, the rest are automatically being marked as shipped. We then have to manually mark the item as shipped when we check later on. Any solution to this to make it all automatic?

SQL and XML

Currently i run shiprush in SQL mode with Microsoft RMS.

I have a VB program that I use to scan receipts and verify order accuracy before launching shiprush. Right now I just leave the SR search window open and my programmer put a "ship" button on the VB program that pastes the order number into SR with a carriage return. Though not a high-tech method it works well most of the time. The times it does not work properly are what concern me as it has lead to incorrect shipment or duplicates.

My question is as follows: Would it be possible to have my VB program drop a file into an XML monitored folder with just the order number. At that point, have SR grab the order number and use the current select query to process the shipment?

I tried the scanner method, after configuring the scanner, it is no longer usable with my order accuracy program.

Any insight or direction would be appreciated.

Amazon orders stuck in My.ShipRush but won't download to OrderManager

Hello,

We have 8 orders that are late on Amazon. I have verified that they are in My.ShipRush too.

I had my employee Reset Refresh Timers, wait 20 minutes, and then refresh but the orders did not appear.
I then had my employee Re-download Recent Orders but that did not help either.

Here are 3 of the 8 orders.

Printing Return Labels

I'm a very new user but I'm having problems printing return labels.

I have set the option to "Print Return Label" on all shipments, but it doesn't do it!

I am using the Bulk Shipment, does that not print return labels?

Email shipping labels (with bar code) to customers

Good afternoon.

We have a store location that we just opened and we would like to have the shipping labels email to the new location for them to print and package for pickup. We use Gmail for all of our communication.

Is there a way for this to be setup? We have tried to copy and paste the label and email but the bar code gets corrupted.

estimated cost vs. estimated togal on shipment confirmation

We are new to ShipRush and are working with our customer in setting up and using Ship Rush.

We have an issue that we clearly see with UPS - we have a shipment marked as residential, the estimated cost comes at $10.68 - which is correct and but when we click on ship - the shipment confirmation comes back at $7.88.

I notice that in the ShipRush window - if i unmark the Residential box - the estimate cost is $7.88,

so it seems like the issue is when i click on Ship, it drops the residential flag.

I have seem as well in the FedEx Ship Rush window - the residential flag does not always seem to hold.

I been trying to print a shipping label for a few hours, and keep receiving the following error message:

Service Temporarily Unavailable (503) -
'https://gateway.fedex.com:443/web-services/ship'

How do I determine if this truly is an issue on FedEx's side, and not an issue with the program or my account? (I have never experienced this before).
