All of a sudden on Wednesday we got his error message and our orders from xcart
stopped downloading into shiprush.
The URL provided does not seem to connect to an ecommerce system (or perhaps the web store is not configured properly). Please check the URL and configuration for this web store. (ERROR: 33836B)
My web host is trying to apply a fix but is asking the following.
Which ip address(es) is Shiprush attempting to connect to our server from?
Can someone answer this for me?
Also is there any other help you can offer to steer us in the right direction.
