FedEx Shiprush is giving this error. Please help as it is stopping us from processing shipments.

I keep getting this error message:
Received content of invalid Content-Type setting: text/html - SOAP expects "text/xml"

SOAP expects "text/xml" - Is anyone going to update us about this problem?

It seems everyone is having this issue. Can someone from Z-Firm please update us as to the problem and possibly an ETA on the fix? Can not ship.

FedEx Shippers: As you may be aware the FedEx servers are currently down and you cannot ship.

FedEx is currently working on this. We here at ShipRush do not have an ETA.

Newbie question, which version of ShipRush to download?

I'm using Fedex to ship and Quickbooks to bookkeep. Which version of ShipRush should I download? Or are they all the same thing?

FWIW, my current ecommerce cart is unsupported by ShipRush, but am soon planning to switch to either PrestaShop or BigCommerce.

Multiple Webstores - Custom Packing lists

I have both and Ebay and Amazon account that I need to ship from. The setup process was a breeze and everything looks good - expect that I cant customize the packing slip template individually for each store. Amazon has different return/shipping procedures than ebay, and I need to add this information a packing slip for amazon orders, but not for ebay orders.

If there a function that I am not seeing? If not - I recommend implementing this feature for customers with multiple webstores. I may not be able to use shiprush due to this.

Bulk Shipping with Multiple Profiles

I have SR configured with several different profiles for our various locations and shipping accounts.

When I start a bulk shipment does it always go to the default profile or ???

Hi Sysops,

Found the following in another post:
If during a shipment, you will need to set at least one Goods\Commodities in the Export Documents area, as outlined in the helpfile:

In the Export Documents area, several elements are required. Use the Add button for EACH item that is in the box. If shipping a hat, phone and pair of shoes there would be a separate line item for each of those - a total of three lines. On EACH line fill out this information:
* Description should be detailed for that item (for the phone, specify the make and model)
* Weight is the weight of that single item
* Units is how the item is measured. 'Each' is the normal selection here
* Quantity - How many of this item are in the shipment
* Unit Price - how much each unit is worth (e.g. if shipping two phones, that are $100 each, this would be $100)
* Amount - the total cost for all those items in the box - this should be Quantity x Unit Price
* Commodity Code - For exports from the U.S. this is the Schedule B code. This is not required, but is helpful to get your shipment through customs reliably.


Please Note: * Units is how the item is measured. 'Each' is the normal selection here
On the Export document of ShipRush FedEx v9.6.0.51813 Units choices are KGS and LBS. My customer needs to show it as Each (FedEx requirement) - are we doing something incorrect?

Error with Act

I just tried updating my Shiprish Fedex to the latest version hoping it would fix a public folder issue I am having. Now I cannot connect to the my Act Database. I tried running as administrator and it still will not work. It keeps saying Act is not open, but it is. I tried uninstalling and resinstalling the last working version I had and it still will not work. It also keeps saying Shiprush for FedEx Act 2005/2006 and I have Act 2012.

Amazon orders are there in My.ShipRush but won't download to OrderManager

This is the first time problem about downloading from my.shiprush to shiprush order manager.
I have about 80 amazon orders from "my.shiprush.com" not downloading to desktop shiprush order manager for the date between 5/28/03 - 5/29/03. No matters how many times I refresh or click the "Re-Download recent orders" from the desktop order manager, it will not simply download to order manager for some of orders from 5/28/03-5/29/03. It's downloading orders for today's date 5/30/13 with no problems. It's about 80 qty past orders from my.shiprush.com that is not downloading to order manager. My order manager usually download orders from my.shiprush with no problems before. My order manager was setup as refresh for "Past Week Orders".

How can I download those past orders from my.shiprush.com to my order manager.
version: ShipRush version : 9.6.0.54410

Using SR with SQL for Microsoft RMS. Use a custom VB program for processing my orders. It simply pastes the order number to SR search window.

Here is my issue. My current version of SR keeps the previously shipped packages information in the search screen after the package is processed. Previous versions did not do this.

Due to my wonky method of pasting order numbers directly to SR I have had issues with the paste operation popping up the previous shipment instead of the correct one. Easy mistake when processing 200+ packages a day. Previously if there was a problem with the paste, nothing would happen.

My question is this... Is there a way to suppress the previous shipment from showing up in the search window? Or can i download an older version that does not do this?

Basically I am in need of a quick fix as I am taking a vacation and want to eliminate as many potential issues for my help.

We would like to see the payment type and if the shipment service is residential on the doctab. Any suggestions on how I can get that information on the doctab would be very much appreciated

What is the value of the Carrier input value for ShipRush USPS with no postage?

For example, with Stamps.com, it is:

For Endicia, it used to be:

nntp://ship?Carrier=Endicia...

Also -- where can I get the latest documentation for the plugin?

ShipRush and Volusion having problems marking orders as shipped

ShipRush is pulling the orders down from my volusion store without any problems, it is when we process the orders and mark as shipped in shiprush. Shiprush is not communicating back to my volusion store letting it know the orders have been shipped.
Any ideas why? Do I need to repair my database? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Shiprush Amazon Orders Not All Displayed

Recently not all Amazon.com orders are displayed in the 'paid' list. I keep refreshing but quite a few still not showing up.

It happened after I installed shiprush on another PC in the house. Not sure whether it was related. I already deleted shiprush from my other PC, but the problem was not solved.

I will appreciate any help.

Is it possible to have the shipping labels include if the address is Residential, the ship payment type (Sender, Recipent, Third Party, etc) , if signature is required?

In our test enviornment - test labels i see this information - but in live environments they do not appear..

FTP Error seting ip ShipRush for stamps.com on Opencart

I'm trying to set up Shiprush on my Opencart website and the install wizard returns the following error "The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found" after attempting to FTP the module info to my Opencart store website. I saw the same issue reported on another thread with a Magento store, but I did not see any resolution.

Import Shipment into blank form

I am trying to import an address from a website to the FedEx ShipRush blank form:



My URL opens the ShipRush FedEx order manager. I see a dialog that says collecting order / shipment info. I cannot find this order anywhere. If there was an error, where is the log?

Here is my URL, decoded:

Can't Enter Ounces?

We use QuickBooks shiprush for Fedex but it's frustrating because we can only enter pounds not ounces. So most of the time when we enter orders we are getting over charged for shipping because we have round up.
