Is there a way to ship from countries other than USA? The country drop down for the From Address is grayed out.

Posting Orders with no post back url
Hi,
I was looking through the kit given to me, I see information on how to use the post in service for new orders but I would like to grab the tracking number using GetShipments. Unfortunately I cannot find any information on it, would it be possible to get some guidance on this? thanks

FedEx new communication requirements
I got this from FedEx today I just want to verify that ShipRush for FedEx V9 is compliant.
FedEx proactively enables, promotes and elevates secure automation transaction technology and communication protocol standards. As part of our commitment to ensuring strong encryption standards within SSL/TLS and code-signing certificates, on January 30, 2016, FedEx will be updating our encryption and communication protocol requirements. These new enhancements include the upgrade of our certificates to SHA-256 and only supporting TLS protocol connections; as well as, the disablement of SSLv3 protocol.
Our updated requirements reflect the new and more secure industry standards of SHA-256 (SHA-2) encryption and TLS protocol, which are in line with a broader industry shift in how browsers and websites encrypt traffic to protect the contents of online communications.

Call tag question
Had to issue a call tag for a shipment earlier in the week. So I cloned the shipment and reversed the ship to and ship from. Realized that it was originally shipped from the main office and needed returned to the warehouse. So I changed the return to address to the warehouse before issuing the call tag. However the package arrived at the main office.
Wondering if this is an issue? Or should I not clone the shipment to do a call tag but re-type in all the information with the correct return to address if it is different than the original shipment?

Error when trying to ship in my.shiprush.com
I was shipping just fine this morning and then all of a sudden all my orders that need to be shipped are now saying "Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds." I can not ship any of my orders. I have tried to log out and log back in, but that hasn't helped.

Presets not working?
We have box dimension presets loaded and have been using them just fine, until recently. When clicking on the preset, the window pops up, saying "Preset applied", but nothing is changing on the shipment screen.

Need to set up account
How do you get a hold of someone with a pulse? Even an intermittant pulse will work. Want to reinstate my account using Stamps.com. Need help to get this done so we can start selling this weekend. Hope CS is alive and well. Seems like everyone there started the holiday early this year.

Problem downloading CC orders more than a few days old
We've had this problem in the past and it is happening again. If we have credit card orders that are from more than a few days old, they will not transfer into Shiprush order manager once the orders are captured.
I've tried all the usual things to trouble shoot, but nothing works. So we end up having to type blank labels.
Can you offer some suggestions?

Weigh button for bulk shipping
Awhile back, I had asked about the possibility of being able to have scale weight override any default weight that was already associated with an order WHEN adding an item to bulk shipping.
I noticed that you can now do this by changing settings to have the scale weight override but only when you do an individual order. We ship at least 20 orders per day and use bulk shipping. Is there any way to have this apply to bulk shipping?
My old case number was 48064.

Repeated time out error
I keep getting the following error. I have tried relaunching the program and rebooting the PC. I've checked my internet connection, but it's fine. Sometimes the error pops up after a minute or so, but other times it's hung up for 5+ minutes before the error shows up. Sometimes it will error 3-4 times before printing, sometimes once. It's very frustrating as it's now taking all day to ship orders that used to take 3-4 hours. This problem started about a week ago.

Unable to print/PDF USPS return labels
I'm having problems using the Endicia Pay on Use return labels, specifically printing, or saving to PDF. The normal pop-up window comes up, but instead of showing the label, I get a page showing:

I have a following error message.
Endicia server returned error: Unable to retrieve Domestic label number: A database error has occured in UpdateLabelNumberTable (8115).
Arithmetic overflow error converting IDENTITY to data type int. Error encountered (Log ID: 48185) [11301]
Please give an advice.

Invalid Security Token Error message
I use ShipRush USPS and apply my own postage (my ebay customers are stamp collectors and they love real stamps on their packages). Today when I tried to run the program I got an error message that said Invalid Security Token XXXXXXXX Token Disabled [0015]. Any ideas what I need to do to fix this?

%Marketplace% replaced token was replaced with "MyShipRush"
A customer of mine today received a tracking email that says "MyShipRush" anywhere we used the above referenced token instead of it saying eBay.
Please advise.
When I click the test button the email looks fine. I'm not sure how long this has been going on or how often as I don't see the emails or look at that even...
