We ship via 2 carriers. USPS for smaller packages and FedEx for larger. Let's say I already have FedEx shiprush installed but when I try to install USPS edition, the FedEx verision doesn't work anymore. How can I make so that I have both versions running?

I just replaced an old XP machine with a new Windows 7 machine. After connecting the printer and installing Shiprush, I am not having any luck getting FedEx labels to print properly. They are starting about halfway down and then spanning to the next label. As far as I can tell, I've properly specified the media size of 4" wide by 6.75" long (I'm using the doc-tab labels). I also installed Dazzle, which we use for postage printing and that software seems to be printing properly (although not very dark).
Anyone have any suggestions?

We have a Drupal7 site integrated with ShipRush, and need some help with configuration / settings.
Currently all Commerce orders, whether payment status is pending (such as "pay by check") or paid (such as credit card authorization is complete) appear in ShipRush under "Waiting on Payment." No orders ever appear under "Ready to Ship."
So, we can't tell if the order is actually paid and ready to ship.
Shouldn't unpaid/pending orders appear under "Waiting on Payment," and paid orders appear under "Ready to Ship?" Or is there some other way to tell if the customer has paid yet?

Thanks the almighty, ShipRush is wonderful...
But I have a problem with Voiding Shipments.. because I use the post-back to add the tracking numbers to our database so the customer can see.. but when they void they have to go to view shipments and void from there... the problem is that the user/shipper forgets to delete the tracking record from the database..
what can I do to automate this, so when i void a shipment, my db should get updated as well. Like the post-back when shipping? or any other method??
Please help.. anything you can suggest

Hello,
We have some customers's shipping addresses with West-European special characters, for example "?vre" (Swedish).
ShipRush displays these characters fine, but the label printed turned them all into question marks? Have you got similar reports and looked into it?

I configured Shiprush on 3 separate computers to all share the same database on the cloud.
I can go in with 1 computer, do shipments, close/wait, and other computers will see all the activity.
But if more than one computer goes into shiprush at the same time, it's a mess. The shipments can show up on one computer's "shipped" list and not on another computer's list. An order that was shipped goes back to the "Paid" list and we double ship.
It's a mess! Does shiprush simply not share well? Is this an issue with a 'cloud' database vs a true 'server' database? I'm using Dropbox.
At this point ShipRush is a genuine 1-user system for me.

I am trying to ship to an APO address but keep getting the following message
<<Endicia server returned error: Unable to validate Ship To address.
Dial-A-Zip error: Address is too ambiguous. Error encountered (Log ID: 41116) [3021]>>
I went to the USPS website and verified the address. It is correct.
I have turned off address verification and it still gives me the error.
How do I print postage for this address?

I'm currently using Shiprush for Endicia to ship my Amazon orders, however I see now that Amazon has a new partnership with Shiprush and is allowing sellers to take advantage of their discounted rates. My question is, would I still need to pay Endicia the $29 / month if I switch to Amazon / Shiprush postage?

I had ShipRush working okay with WooCommerce on my website. Recently, I've found that ShipRush is no longer able to connect (ERROR: 33836B).
What I've done to try to fix the issue:
Downloaded the most recent PHP files (ShipRush_Plugin_for_WooCommerce_Build_4084849_Nov 21)
Uploaded the PHP files via FTP to the home directory of my website.
Generated a new 31 character access token. Generated new consumer key and consumer secret via the API tools of my WooCommerce installation.
Edited the ShippingZSettings.php to include the newly created access token, key and secret.
Deleted the old store and then created a new one. https://mysitename.net and the new access token.
Still, ShipRush cannot connect to my site (ERROR: 33836B).
Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong? How can I troubleshoot further?

I tried to do a SmartPost return label and receive the below:
Service is not available for the destination or data to get all services is insufficient.
I did a clone of the original label then just reverse the addresses and it automatically selected SmartPost Return for the label type.

I tried refunding a shipment and it stated the following:
RC INVALID_REFUND_RECORD transaction 3645642576 is ineligible for e-refund. I could not have tried for a refund by 10/25/15 as it was sent to Canada on 10/21/15 and only just yesterday was returned to us.
How can I go about getting a refund?

I have a few different accounts that I use. In version 10 the tracking numbers where a lot different for each account. My first shipments today with 11 the tracking numbers are the nearly the same for each account. Yesterday my main account tracking numbers started with 3468... and now they start with 7817...
A problem or just part of the upgrade?

Getting the following error - even though I got a license renewed massage:
unable to Connect to ShipRush Server:(Licensing) Your License has Expired. Please fully exit and restart ShipRush. I did that - and rebooted - still won't work. please advise.

I'm getting an error in red on all my orders showing in my.shiprush. Error shows as:
Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds
Can't ship, and can't get quotes. Settings on my end look normal, so I'm not sure what could be causing this.
Please help as soon as possible. Thanks!!

We've had this problem in the past and it is happening again. If we have credit card orders that are from more than a few days old, they will not transfer into Shiprush order manager once the orders are captured.
I've tried all the usual things to trouble shoot, but nothing works. So we end up having to type blank labels.
Can you offer some suggestions?

When I choose a 'FedEx Date Certain Home Delivery' date for a shipment in ShipRush v11 FedEx - Ecommerce (v11.0.8.4014), I receive the following error:
Sorry, but Mr. Wells has not yet finished the time machine. Until then, the Home Delivery Date needs to be in the future, not the past. Please adjust the Home Delivery Date.
Despite the truly fantastic error message, it appears to be incorrect. No matter which future date I select, it reverts to the current date and the error appears. Any ideas why this happens or any workaround to get it to function? Thank you.

I have a custom store. I recently made a mistake in the php code that generates the xml for the custom store which modified the order numbers. I have many orders in the Order Manager which now have the modified order number, along with many orders that have the right order number. Is there a way to delete the bad orders? I tried deleting them on my.shiprush but it did not push through to the Order Manager. I tried deleting them in the Order Manager but it did not push through to my.shiprush. We have multiple computers with ShipRush installed so it would be great if I didn't have to individually delete all the orders on each computer and on my.shiprush. Thanks.

I'm using excel to import orders with product information to Shiprush. I'm having difficulty importing orders with multiple items without Shiprush omitting the additional items. How should I setup the Excel sheet for Shiprush to accept the additional items as one order? Is it possible to combine the item info into one cell so it will appear on the packing list?
Attached is a sample Excel sheet with an order with 3 items.

I guess I haven't sorted by "contact nick" with this version of Shiprush
When I did, all of the orders collapsed and just showed "contact nick" for every order. I figured our how to "expand all". However I don't want to have the grey line above each order showing the "contact nick" Then trying to sort by total gave another grey line collapsing the order under total (now there are two grey lines above each order (contact nick, total). What did I click that got these (I want to make sure it doesn't happen again)? How do I get it back to the way it was (just one line for each order (no grey lines above each order)?
