Knowing the USPS rates change on Sunday (1/17/16), is there a link you can email that shows the new discounted commercial rates that go into effect. Looking for the discounted rates not the public rate. Thanks.

ShipRush for UPS - Hundredweight message when shipping via WiSys
My client uses Macola ES ERP in conjunction with WiSys. WiSys interfaces with ShipRush Pro to handle FedEx and UPS shipments. They are trying to complete a shipment in WiSys without having to open the ShipRush UPS screen, but they are met with the message "Hundredweight shipments require a cumulative weight of 200 lbs or more for UPS Ground". When they close that message the ShipRush screen opens and they can complete the shipment.
I have looked at every setting in ShipRush UPS and in WiSys. The only one that references hundredweight is in ShipRush, and I've set the Hundredweight thresholds to zero. However, they still get this message.
I'm trying to prevent the hundredweight message from appearing so they can eliminate one step from their UPS shipping process.

Ebay transactions not synching with Ship Rush
I noticed that no new orders are showing up in Ship Rush since yesterday. I went into settings and found this error:

Signature not working on FedEx Express shipments
We are having issues with Signature options not working for any FedEx Express shipments (Ground is working fine). We have tried both ShipRush for FedEx (standalone), and on ShipRush Web versions with no luck. Had to resort to using the FedEx Ship Manager software for those shipments for now. Label prints without the ISR or DSR notation, and FedEx says they are not showing that Sig options was selected for label, when the label is being generated.
Any ideas??

International labels not printing correctly
When I go to print an international label it does not print correctly. Did a test label and it prints fine. So not sure why when I go to print the label for an international order the label does not print the correct size on the full 8 1/2" x 11 sheet of paper. It only fills up part of the sheet. And looks like the forms overlap.
This is the first time I've seen this.
Any ideas what could cause this? I have not changed any settings anywhere. The only thing different is I've got a new monitor. But everything seems to be appearing and printing fine except this.

Viewing Export Documents data
Is there a way to view the data from an old shipment's export documents? We just got tagged with duties and taxes on a shipment last month and I know that I chose "Recipient" from the bill to drop down and put the customer's account number in the field provided, but I just need a way to confirm that. Any help would be appreciated.

Internation USPS Express label not printing correctly.

How i can work with Fedex test account

ShipRush Close Shipping Day Error 'No Documents were Generated'
I have never closed my shipping day before. I went to do that today at 12:00 noon PST from ShipRush web at my.shiprush.com and I get this error when clicking 'Close shipping day'
! Close Day was run, but no documents were generated.
There are over 25 shipped items that were shipped today, and some for yesterday as well. Close ship day should produce something.
Help me fix this?

ShipRush web not pulling correct rate pricing for FedEx One rate
I use FedEx One Rate, Express Saver, Express Pak (padded envelope).
- Rate on FedEx.com shows $10.00.
- The rate ShipRush has been charging me is MUCH higher at $35.05 and now I feel like I have been getting a bit ripped off. I have called FedEx and they confirmed the pricing should be $10.00 flat rate and NEVER above that.
Why there would be such a HUGE error in difference there and how can I get this fixed and the past shipments refunded that I set up as One Rate that were clearly over-billed?

** Update: Saturday 1/30/2016 12:25 PM PST. I called second level web integration support at FedEx (Yes they are available on Saturday, ShipRush is not) They confirmed that FedEx is not being sent a request for One-Rate pricing for that transaction. FedEx requested I contact/call ShipRush to find out why the FedEx One Rate integration to ShipRush.com pricing/shipping is broken. ***
We ship on weekends. Problems like this one, where ShipRush support is closed on Saturday is a big issue. I didn't know there is no support on Saturday before I signed up. I don't mind that as long as I'm not being charged more than 3 times the One Rate FedEx rate of $10.

Tracking Status Report - FedEx?
We used to use USPS which had a great feature that would show a report on tracking status for past shipments. this was an easy to view/confirm list where our shipments were.
Does ShipRush have a report like this? We use an Amazon webstore linked to ship rush. We ship upwards of 200 - 300 packages a day. It would be very nice to be able to review our 'shipped' list and see which items were not shipped, or shipped, or still in transit. This helps us identify shipping issues.
We love ShipRush, especially cloud printing!!. It's amazing to be able to print 100 labels from my phone while I'm away and they are there waiting when I get back.

Frequent error requiring restart of program
We have been getting a frequent error which seems to happen after ShipRush program has been open for awhile. The error says DBISAM Engine Error #11013. Access denied to table or backup file '27760'. When this occurs, it even prevents closing the program - just causes the error message to pop up again. The only solution is to reboot the computer or the stop the ShipRush process via Task Manager. We are running ShipRush version 11.0.8.1941.

SCAN form for USPS does not print
Having problems printing the USPS SCAN form at end of day. Form is generating on the back end (verified by logging into our Endicia account and viewing SCAN form history), but the form isn't printing like normal. Started having this issue on Friday (2/5). For now, we're going into the Endicia account and manually printing it that way. It's just not showing on screen allowing you to print from within SR web once the "Close shipping day" is pressed.

International Shipping
I was wondering if there is anything different about international shipping that would cause a lockup if the user is not an administrator. Seems fine on domestic shipments. We do have shiprush integrated with another program so not positive yet it is not that program causing the issue. It happens after all the info is filled out and you click on process. Other non-admin user can do international fine so thinking there is a glitch on this particular users setup. Any pointers on what to check would be appreciated.

We got this message: "Unable to connect to Amazon. Please check your Amazon credentials and try again". But we didn't change anything. On amazon side in aws settings that credentials is still active. All other stores in shiprush working fine.
