Email Template Pulling the Test for USPS for stamps.com

We reinstalled USPS on Stamps.com on a new shipping work station. We have our custom template loaded into the notification but when it sends it to the customer, it is somehow sending the test notification to our customers. We have checked all the settings from our previous computer and everything matches up.

Address not printing with ShipRush V11 for UPS

Hello, We have ShipRush V11 for UPS connecting to GreatPlains. About 3 weeks ago our shipping labels stopped printing the address. If we print a test label in Shiprush it prints fine. I am guessing some setting is wrong.

Any idea's?

Trouble with address in Sage application

I am wondering why when using shiprush for ups it does not pick up a change in the ship to address. when I enter an order for a customer and change the ship to address to something they request ship rush will not pick this up. it will only pickup the address stored in the mass90 program for that customer. it does not look at the ship to address entered into the invoice.

also I have noticed now the hard way that if I am shipping and one of the days shipments is to be next day air, once I select this all shipments after this come up automatically to be next day air. I have to completely close shiprush and reopen to have it get back to the default setting of ground.

Switched web hosts and cannot figure out what is causing the errors. Double checked everything. Running Nginx servers.

Please help!

SR has lost QB connection

ShipRush is not recognizing that QuickBooks is open, so it won't get past the initial error screen. Then, when we try to exit QuickBooks, we're told that SR is still running and connected, so QB can't be closed.

Possible cause: We opened a different QB database yesterday, and when SR attempted to connect to it, we got the error message and proceeded in standalone mode. Other than that, only normal operations with no explanation for error.

Steps taken:
1) Deleted existing SR permissions/certificates in QB Integrated Applications
2) Logged into QB as Admin, launched SR ("Run as Administrator"), and added a new Certificate.
3) Started SR - failed.
4) Forced exit of QB and reloaded QB, then SR - same error.
5) Rebooted machine - SR still failed.

What's next?

Is there an option for printing sheets of stamps with the ShipRush Discount Postage plan?

In addition to my SRDP account I signed up for the Endicia "free" home shipping account but found out at the end of signup that I would have to buy a $100+ Dymo printer in order to print (rolls of) stamps with no mention of how to print sheets of stamps on a laser printer.

It would be nice to be able to print sheets of stamps through the SRDP plan like I could with Stamps.com.

Not getting Repeat option for API created shipment with shiprush web

If we start a shipment from scratch, we see the repeat option.

However, if we create a shipment via the JSON API, we don't get that option. We need that option for shipments created via the JSON API. Is there something we need to do differently?

Shiprush won't open...shiprush server: (Scale Engine)

Can't open shiprush. Get the following and I have never used scale in the past.

Unable to Connect to Shiprush Server: (Scale Engine) Scale "Stamps.com USB Scale (Stamps.com Stainless Steel 5 lb Digital Scale)" is not available. CHeck that the scale is plugged in to the PC. IF the problem persists please reboot the PC.

We're getting this error when shipping Priority International:

The selected customs form is not available for this shipment. Please navigate to Export Documents and change the form selection.

(The error returned by the Endicia server is: "Missing or invalid element: IntegratedFormType. Error encountered (Log ID: 38466)" [1001])

Was eventually able to create a new shipment in web version and get it to at least print out the customs forms/labels, but it did print on 4 separate sheets, which is not normal with our current settings. We usually get the 2 per page layout.

We still can't get it to work at all on the ShipRush standalone version 11.0.8.3356

Service type not valid with commitment... 8336 not in knowledge base

I have a shipment that is set to Third Party as the payment type with a service of Standard Overnight. It is going to Arkansas and shipping out of Indiana.

When I attempt to ship the packages, I receive the error:

The selected shipping service is not available with the options selected. Please select a different service. (Also double check the delivery address.)

(FedEx server returned: "Service type not valid with commitment.". [ship:8336])

What options are required in order to ship a package as standard overnight as I am obviously missing something?

Estimated Delivery Date

We moved from using ShipRush for Stamps.com to ShipRush for Endicia. I noticed that the estimated delivery date no longer shows up when you press F2 to get the estimated rate of a shipment. Is there a way to estimate the delivery date when using ShipRush for Endicia? Thanks for your help.

Need reports with user info

Hi,

It doesn't look like the reports feature shows what user printed the shipping label on orders. I'm in need of a report to show daily shipping productivity for each user on ShipRush web. If this is already possible, please let me know, otherwise, I think this would be a great feature to add in the future in the reports.

Is there a way to save the columns?

It keeps resetting once in a while, and I've had to rearrange them at least 20 times in the last couple years. We need the columns arranged in a very specific order. I'm hoping there's a feature somewhere that I'm missing.

Freight Collect/3rd Party Generates Shipping Charges in UPS Pro V11.0.7.8408

We have an interface customer who routinely gets Shipping Charges calculated on shipments sent Freight Collect and/or Bill Third Party. These charges then import back into our app and when our customer bills their customer, the invoice has those charges included in their totals. How do we help our customer troubleshoot this? I am attaching a PNG of a page from the report they generated for us from 9/1/15 showing this happening. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Label printer settings

Are there any options to print to a label printer rather than a full size laser printer? I have a Wasp WPL305e printer and a Zebra ZP500 printer that I'd like to use, the Wasp for USPS labels and the Zebra for Fedex labels. Because I can't use the Fedex branded labels for USPS.

I also have a RockWest RW-5488 Thermal Label printer that I could make use of.

I cannot find any options other than "print to laser/inkjet" and "4X6 Standard label" and "Wide half page label" which both print similar half sheet 8.5x11 format labels that seem to only differ slightly in size.

What options are there to print to any roll-fed thermal printers like the ones I mentioned above?

Move Shiprush to a new computer

We are on Version 9.5.048348 of shiprush for UPs and we integrate with Microsoft GP. The shiprush was installed on the local machine. I need to move this to a new computer. From what I read in the forum here I can copy the data to the new machine, (Please verify). Then do a complete install on the new machine. If this is correct I am not sure which download version I need to use. I looked at the archived downloads and I don't see anything that matches the version 9.5.048348. So which download should I use for the new computer? Do I need to upgrade to one of the listed version first?

Error from the main shipping computer "unable to start shiprush server"

When we try to start shiprush we get the error "unable to start shiprush server" (see more details of the error on the attached file), the database is on the same computer that we get the error, we already try both types of connection shiprush server or via network and it does not work. The server error log displays the following messages

Delivery Address not loading ShipmentXMLURL

I have the following URL:
nntp://ship?Carrier=FedEx&ShipmentXMLURL=file:///C:/UniPro/ShipRushLabels/15436479.zpk

when I load the file through the ShipRush UI (Via: Load Template Into ShipRush) it loads complete.

But When I try to use it through a browser (Either IE or Chrome.. nntp:// or shiprus://). The Delivery To information is not loading..

I urgently need help..:confused:

Otherwise this product is amazing...:)

Templates not working

We have created several templates as directed by the documentation to add menu choices for our end users. The templates function with the exception of the From Account, it always uses the default account regardless of which from account it's saved with.

We have restarted the server and client, and Server/PCs they are installed on, etc. Still does not auto-pick the From Account.
