Weigh button for bulk shipping

Hi,
I was wondering if there is any way to weigh packages, via the USB scale, when they are in the bulk shipping list. Ideally, I'd love something like a "Weigh AND Add To Bulk Shipping" button in the order list, as opposed to just "Add To Bulk Shipping"

A little less desirable than my ideal situation would be a button on each order listed in bulk shipping to weigh that particular order and populate the weight section with the proper weight.

We got a USB scale when we signed up, years ago, but ended up buying a separate standalone scale because it was too much trouble to actually open each order to weigh it.

This would speed up shipping immensely, as we ship 30 orders a day.

Getting an "Could not execute batch command [SQL - SQL not available]" when clicking Ship button on a new shipment for ShipRush Web at 12:35pm EST on 9/10/2015. Also, the login and initial page load took longer than it normally does.

ShipRush not pulling all orders from website

It's been pretty hit and miss. Can't find a reason or pattern, but it is not pulling all of our orders and I am doing a lot of copying and pasting. Not sure how to fix it.

We have had three different "stores", but I am only using the current one. Some orders used to populate the older stores, and others the current. Now, they aren't even being pulled into the old stores.

Some help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Shiprush Fedex no longer Free DEC 19 2015

Hello, My fedex rep just informed me that shiprush fedex will not longer be free as of FEB 19th as they will not be renewing the contract.

Can you please let me know what the new cost is going to be for this?

Fedex printing only 1 label from total 4

Fedex printing only first 1 label from total 4. Even on the label there is said that it is 1 of 4. But the other 3 didn't come out.

The printer is ZP 505 ZPL, the driver Zebra ZP 500 (ZPL)

On 2nd comp the same but everything is ok.

Trying to install Shiprush V11 in multi user mode

I am reading the instructions on how to install shiprush in multi user mode so I can access the same database from 3 computers but in the instructions it states that I will be prompted for stand alone or multi user and that prompt never appears during installation. Please advise

Bigcommerce Order Import Erro

Hello,

My.Shiprush has disabled my BC store imports after showing the following error:

Error: Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

I can access the XML file with the credentials and it appears to be correct...I am also using the same creds with my stamps.com software and it isn't having any issues.

USPS Priority Medium Flat Rate Box, going to Puerto Rico. Got this error trying to make label. Went on desktop application, printed just fine.

I have just installed ShipRush to integrate with Quickbooks to deal with our ever increasing Flat Rate Mail requests. However, the menu does not include a Flat Rate option and looks nothing like the menu displayed in the product information on the website. Please advise - thank you!

Customer Name is Propagating to Address, not Name field

Hello again -

I am just getting familiar with this software before loading it on to our shipping dept's PC. The Name Field is not being filled in from the Quickbooks information. It is being placed into the first address line. How may I correct this?

Add more users ShipRush Web

Hi,

I think I may have checked on this before, but I want to make sure on the process.

I need to add a couple more users for ShipRush Web for our other shipping terminals. I would like all account info to be "cloned" on these machines, keeping me from having to enter all the carrier account info, ecom info, etc into each user ID. The only settings that would be different are for the label/scale/printer, which I'll control using the settings that go through the Desktop Toolbox.

At this point, I've registered a new user (email, password, etc). Now what should I do to "clone" the same info as the other terminals?

ShipRush web using old hardware

Ok, before I go and get a new thermal printer and new scale for one of our shipping PCs, I need some help.

I've got a newer PC running Shiprush web and Desktop Toolbox, with an older Zebra 2844 and Mettler Toledo scale (using serial).

I can get a test label to print if I point to that printer and tell settings that it is a Laser/Inkjet. Obviously though, printout is way off. If I set to "Zebra Thermal printer" I get nothing at all. Printer is working fine in other software on PC.

The scale is not showing any weight amount. It acts like it sees it (no errors) and I'm showing "Successfuly connected to the scales server. Current scale value: 0 lbs 0 oz (0 grams). " even when I place an item with weight on it.

I don't see any options to adjust anything in the Desktop Toolbox though, to at least tell it what COM port or anything that it's on. Any ideas, or should I just bite the bullet and replace both?

SCAN form unable to print every day.

Everyday for the last week the SCAN form has failed to print. The message given is "the SCAN form was unable to print. Please log into Endicia.com to reprint the SCAN form." I am able to print the scan form directly from the endicia website. Since I first purchased shiprush several months ago I would occasionally get this same error perhaps once every 2-3 weeks and now it is literally everytime I ship. I am using version 11.0.7.8408 and print USPS/eBay labels. I have contacted Endicia and they believe it is shiprush's issue. Thanks for any help.

Can't ship Priority Mail

We tried printing shipping labels today, but keep getting an error message when trying to print Priority Mail. First class parcel is printing fine. I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Package weight not calculating correctly

No matter what domestic package I put on scale to print label, the shiprush form only shows the weight in ounces, even though most of my packages are over a pound. The only package that the weight was correct on was an International shipment.

Attached is screenshot for an order that weighs 1.54. And "get weight from scale" button does not work.
I checked the scale readings in settings and they are correct. So don't know why it is not showing correctly in the shipping window.

Set Default Fedex Account By Workstation?

Hi, we have Shiprush Fedex set up on a server with workstations accessing the server.

In Shiprush, we have 7 Fedex accounts set up.

It seems on all workstations the same default Fedex account is listed first. Some workstations ship on certain accounts 100% of the time.

Is there a way to set the default account by computer so workers don't have to always pick one from the dropdown list? Their "default acct" would be listed first one their machine?

Is there an ini file or config file on each machine where this could be set or is there another way?

Can't get my thermal labels to print even though the test print works fine

Do I have to do something different? The test label prints perfectly. I am a new subscriber and just joined today. I can get it to ship but no label is generated.

Pay on Use Return Label- Shiprush Error Message

When I go to create a pay on use return label to email to a customer a window pops up saying I can't access this feature unless I use automatic debit payment for my postage. But I already do have my postage deducted directly from my bank account. So how do I get this to work?

I shipped a package to Puerto Rico by Priority Mail. The shipping addresses are loaded into Shiprush by Amazon. I usually get a warning when the address is too long. This time the Suite Number was cut off on the end of the second line of the address when the label was printed. The package is being returned by the post office as undeliverable.

There is no way this would have been caught on our end as the Packing slip with the shipping address is already sealed in the package then it is posted. Is this an issue with Shiprush? Previously I have always gotten a pop up on addresses that were too long and was not able to proceed until the address was corrected.

Shiprush crashes!!!

ShipRush crashed on me. Bulk shipments are fine but when I try to do single shipments in the pop-out window, I get the following message after the label is printed. At first I thought it was no big deal I would just reopen ship rush but I noticed that my shipments and tracking weren't getting transferred to my webstore such as amazon. This is a huge problem because even though it is shipped, Amazon shows it as unshipped. HELP!

Class TbucketItem has no member Order. (Generated code might be out of sync with model)
