Trying to "merge" accounts

Both myself and someone at my company create a shiprush account to test and review the service, before I found out that you could include multiple users on the same account. After deleting all webstores from one account and attempting to invite that email, I get the message

"'XXX@XXX.com' already has shipping data, so we cannot add XXX@XXX.com right now. We sent a request to 'XXX@XXX' for confirmation.

I checked and could find an email sent. What is the best way to resolve this?

Resend Prepaid Return Label

I've created a prepaid return label and let shiprush email that to the customer. The customer has lost the email. How can I resend that? or reprint a PDF?

One specific BigCommerce order did not import into ShipRush Web, how to troubleshoot?

We import orders from BigCommerce into SR Web. Imports import all the time, except we just had one order that won't import. We can see the order on BigCommerce, and it's status is Awaiting Fulfillment. As far as we can tell, there's nothing special about it.

How can we troubleshoot this? Can we force it to import into SR Web? Can we check a log to see why it's not importing?

Upgraded to V11, Amazon not refreshing

Tried to refresh orders this morning and every time it gave the error message about waiting 10 minutes (even after waiting 10 minutes). Restarted computer and same error. Upgraded to Version 11, same error. Restarted computer again, same error. Ship Rush will not download any new orders today. Any suggestions?

SmartPost Tracking Number missing two digits

Hello,
I'm using Ship Rush for Fedex, version 10.0.0.59197 (in conjunction with Stone Edge Order Manager v7.024) and I just started using Fedex SmartPost. I've got the option checked to "Use the USPS Tracking Number", but I've noticed that the tracking number the program is using is missing the first two digits ("92") that are printed on the label. Without those two digits, the tracking still works on Fedex.com, but not on USPS.com - is there a way to have the tracking number that is sent to Stone Edge (and emailed to my customer) be the correct full 22-digit USPS tracking number?

Shopify Package Weight Not Coming Over to ShipRush

Hello,
I'm using the FedEx ShipRush integration with Shopify. I have all of my product weights in Shopify, along with the Packaging dimensions and packaging weight.

However, when the data for an order is pushed to ShipRush, it is including ONLY the product weight, and not including the weight of the packaging. How do I get the weight of the packaging to come over?

When I use the FedEx integration to do real-time quote pricing for the delivery options, the packaging weight is included. Why isn't it making its way to ShipRush?

Error trying to get new orders

Hey guys, sorry if this is the wrong forum; I use shiprush for endicia.

I have had several cases lately where the lock file is messed up, then I restart shiprush and it won't download my current eBay orders.

Is there a quick fix for this? Change a date in a file somewhere or something? In the past it was just one order so not a big deal.... it's a bigger deal today.

Hi we just got this message today. Apparently we can no longer rate shop with UPS? All this will do is annoy us and we will just rate UPS separately anyway.

Zzfirm v11 Service Start Issues

Nearly every time we apply Windows updates to our server (SBS 2011) which runs ShipRush for the company, we have trouble getting the ZFIRM SERVICE on the server to start up again.

I have checked for a port conflict with ports 3841 and 1124 and nothing else is using those ports.

Rebooting the server does NOT help and the server still starts and stops.

We are running ShipRush UPS Pro v11 on the server (SBS 2011) and the PC's running Win 7.

Is there a definitive way to determine what is interfering with this service and preventing it from starting?

I got it to start tonight by installing the latest ShipRush build from the Zfirm website which I assume has something in it to force or clear out the service which enabled it to start properly.

This has been an ongoing issue for years through various ShipRush versions.

Woocommerce Orders Not Receiving Tracking Numbers

We're running WooCommerce Version 2.3.13 on WordPress version 4.2.4. We're seeing order info sent from our cart to MyShipRush, but were not receiving the tracking number back into the order in Woo once it ships. Is there something that we have to do to enable this? Any info or documentation would be appreciated.

ShipRush v9.5 - Moving Backup Files

Our backup folder is becoming large in size and we need to re-located the backup folder.

Two questions:
1. How do we change the application settings to save new backups to a new backup folder on the network share or from C: to D: drive?
2. If we copy and move the old accumulated backup files to the new backup location, will the application be able to read the backup files we moved?

UPS Pro test installation problems

When installing ShipRush UPS Pro I never did get the Advanced button in the wizard screen. I have tried scrubbing and reinstalling, but always getting the same result:

AccountNumber can not be found in UPS system [9570102]

When I cancel and then restart ShipRush I got the following error:

Error opening service control manager: 5 (SetConnected)

So (per the forums) I restarted ShipRush as Administrator. But I then got the same Account Registration Failed error.

Shiprush not retrieving service or package information from Drupal Commerce

I upgraded an ubercart site to Drupal Commerce and most of it is working, but I am having some issues getting the service and package information to import with the shipment. Is there something I need to add to the ShippingZDrupal.php to make this happen?

I noticed that ShippingZDrupal.php doesn't have the information that is contained in ShippingZUbercart.php from lines 225 - 249. Is there equivalent code for Drupal Commerce? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Print labels on different warehouses

For example let's say, we have 2 warehouse, and 1 order that will have 5 labels for 5 packages. But 3 of this packages will be prepared on 2nd warehouse. So how is possible to print 2 labels of 1 single shipment on 1st warehouse, and 3 labels of the same single shipment on the 2nd warehouse?

I'm not sure you could have done worse if you tried.

Part One - You Broke V9, Without Notice
=========================

First, I was not aware that a mandatory update was coming or needed. Was running V9, everything working, then suddenly, it stops working, and puts me in a continuous loop asking me to input my UPS account details, then proceeding to tell me the details were incorrect. So, search the knowledge base, and it literally says that the error claiming the account details are wrong ACTUALLY MEANS that my shiprush version is too old????

For this first part of the experience, some suggestions
- If you're going to EOL a version, build functionality into the tool that informs your users, ahead of time. "You have 30 days to upgrade" and so forth.
- If an error message should say "Your Version is Too Old", maybe make it say that rather than asking to re-input UPS account details over and over.

Part Two - The Upgrade

So, I decided I should upgrade to V11. Downloaded it, and tried. Another continuous loop, this one regarding downloading and unzipping UPS pro features. Presents a very obscure, highly-techie message about failing to unzip some file, and of course, offers no course of action to resolve it. I happened to find the advanced tab and just told it to skip that part, and moved on. Searching the knowledge base suggests this problem ties back to the Shiprush upgrade process not being able to do something simple...like renaming a folder it might not be happy with.

Anyhow, the upgrade, at this point, succeeds. But...I have to re-enter all of my UPS account details, including an invoice number, reference number, amount, etc? Uh, why? This was working in V9 last week.

And, after the upgrade finishes...

1) All of my shipping history is gone. Just gone. Even though the upgrade process clearly showed it was backing up, and upgrading a gazillion rows of data in the database. So, what's in all those rows if I can't view shipping history?

2) Functionality that used to work, no longer does. My Shiprush browser plugin? Nope, does nothing. So, I tried to re-install it. It's been hung on "Extracting REDIST\Static-HTML-Example\Quick-Start-Static-HTML.htm" for hours now, and earlier, suggested it was unable to install and that I should contact my system administrator.

The worst of all of this is that you did not allow me to pick the time to go through all this mess. You just ground my working V9 setup to a halt, in the middle of a business day.

Ugh.

We have a new user who signed up, but when they try to ship they get a "Web Shipping is disabled for your account" message. How can we enable it?

Not receiving current order downloads - Yahoo Store

Current orders are not downloading from my Yahoo store. I see the following message in Settings under Yahoo Web Stores:

"This webstore misbehaved and was disabled. Reason: TooManyFailedJobs. Sorry! Our access token (aka Partner API Access Token) to your Yahoo store expired! Please update the token. For steps, please see http://my.shiprush.com/pages/yahoo-stores-renew-access
