Shiprush cloud print toolkit - can't change credentials

Hi, is there a way to change the saved credentials in the Shiprush cloud print toolkit? I tried uninstalling the software and re-installing it, and that didn't work. OS is Mac OS X.

Edit: nevermind! I'm dumb - there's a context menu in the notification area while it's running

Cannot get ShipRush Interface Screen to appear in Standalone Mode

I have a customer who has installed Shiprush v11 upgrade for FedEx and UPS on a Windows 7 workstation. The ShipRush interface (label) appears when activated from within our application. However, I can not get ShipRush to start in standalone mode. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Short bar codes

Hi,

I just installed ship rush on new computer- and the label is printing with short bar codes ~0.5" vs. 1.4" -I tried every label type. See attachment.

I am using a ZPL 500 printer and haven't had this problem before.

Any ideas?

Discount USPS rate?

I recently installed new shiprush V11 for USPS. Then, When I estimate the shipping cost(F2), I found there is no difference between shiprush rate and USPS online rate.
It was not the rate that I saw at your USPS shipping rate calculator.
Did I miss something important? Please advise me how to get the discount postage rate.

Stamps vs Endicia

There is a SR for stamps and an SR for Endicia. Aren't these tools identical? What would be the advantage of one over the other?

The support docs indicate that there is a "SCAN Form" and "Request Pickup" button at the top of the main Shiprush Order manager screen.
My version 11.0.7.8408 does not have these buttons

Also, the docs indicate that pressing F8 will run address verification. Pressing F8 seems to do nothing.
The only way I was able to run address verification was to try and print the label. How can I run the verification on the Bulk shipping list prior to printing labels?

I just switched from Shiprush Stamps.com to Shiprush Endicia.
However, I can't print the first class mail for the 13-16oz.
Please advice.

Reference number not populating

We seem to be having an issue where on the web version of ShipRush, the reference number (Ebay order number, or Amazon order number) isn't showing up in the "Reference" field like it did on the standalone Shiprush software.

All orders where we've used the web version are not showing any reference number info on our bills from FedEx, for example. All orders where we used the old software still are.

Are we possibly missing a setting somewhere, or is this a possible glitch?

Serial #'s not working for Log In

We have been getting a notification for the past few months when starting up Shiprush - A requirement to add a serial number. We copy/paste from a list provided and log in successfully.

Today the serial numbers provided are not working (all serial numbers from all sales/accounting channels are the same). We are unable to log into shiprush. What do I need to do to fix this ASAP?

We use shiprush for Stamps.com

I'm currently using Fedex and USPS, and my order manager connects to my eBay and Woocommerce stores. I'm hoping that if I get Shiprush for UPS then it will have the same functionality. Please advise.

Close day/Print SCAN form not working

Since yesterday, we're having issues closing the day and printing the SCAN form for USPS. This feature was working fine as of last week, but suddenly now we're getting an error every time now stating: "Close Day was run, but no documents were generated. (Perhaps there are no eligible shipments?)"

The following keeps resulting in automation error: and I tracked down the problem with 3rd party billing when I supply the 3rd party billing city or state or zip (which is required for UPS) when I leave the company name and the address it works but will crash if I provide the rest (Like city and state) and will crash only in UPS not in FedEx::mad:

Setup for a test instance of Shiprush

Hello
I have a test server with an aspdotnetstorefront website on it. I would like to setup shiprush to be used with this testsite. The testsite has no connection to the internet and can only be accessed from the server as http://localhost:88. How can I setup Shiprush without internet connectivity to my store?

We use the embedded ShipRush inside of Quickbooks for both USPS and Fedex. It would be huge to have int'l capability for the built-in USPS SR (and Fedex).
Currently for int'l shipments we have to use the stand alone USPS SR. And now one is stamps.com and one is endicia so we have to keep a $ balance on both. Also both take about a minute to print the first label of the day.

When I rated the shipment before pressing "Ship" it said $7.90 and now it says $11.68 was charged.

I cannot seem to get Shiprush to align the date and time correctly. As you can see in the image, the computer time is correct but shiprush is several hours in advance.(I refreshed the downloads right before the screen shot was taken) I have also made sure that the correct time zone is selected in the advanced settings on the web store settings. Any ideas on how to correct this issue?

Printing - Not in same order as the on Screen View - when sorting by item

Finding if I sort by Item - I may have 6 orders for the same item - they will automatically sort on screen Alphabetically. I highlight the page and select Print Packing Lists -- When I go and pull my physical packing lists, they are not in the same order. The 6 may have the 3rd order first then the 1st then the 5th etc... We then process the shipments manually (meaning not using the batch process) It causes an issue if the person keying isn't paying attention, we end up matching the wrong label to wrong packing list because they weren't in the same order. ( we are not updating which would cause new orders to fall into view, this is the initial view / print)

how do we make the Packing List Print - match the screen view ?

No tracking #'s for First Class Envelopes

Hello -

We ship many of our products via USPS FIRST CLASS using 'thick envelopes'. These fit the thick/large envelope dimensions that USPS requires.

While using the system with stamps.com, we were able to receive tracking #'s for each first class envelope shipped

We just moved over to endicia.com and now First Class tracking numbers are not available. Also, the label looks much different than priority shipments. A number is automatically uploaded to our sales channels but this is not a tracking number.

How do I fix this and get tracking information for First Class 'thick envelope' shipments?

We configured the NewEgg store sometime ago and everything appeared to be working at the time. We received our first order today on NewEgg but nothing is showing upon ShipRush. What should we do?

Need account set to "Premium"

I noticed the new beta release includes the return label features (Thank you!!). In order to start using them though, apparently we need to have our account changed/activated to a Premium account. I sent an email to info@shiprush.com but didn't hear back as of yet. Do you know the turnaround time usually to make this change? We've been eagerly awaiting these features and will start using them right away once activated.
