Text not being displayed in GUI
I've had an issue for a few weeks where text/combo box data is not being displayed in the UI. I have to move the screen down below my taskbar and then up to have it refresh. Anyone know what is causing this?

Low postage warning
Is there anyway to change the low postage threshold? I could not find this in the settings and when just shipping envelopes keeping $50 is kind of silly.

International shipping - third party billing to different country

How do I get a refund for misprinted/unused labels that are over 7 days old?
I am trying to request a refund for misprinted unused label that is over 7 days old and it cannot be voided electronically through shiprush. When I go to stamps it tells me I am supposed to have the option to request a refund and print a mail in form but it does not give me that option. How do I do that with Shiprush?

Label Print for Multiple Boxes
When there are multiple boxes in one shipment, does ShipRush UPS Pro has function to print labels one by one instead of printing them once after scaled all weight. In other words, we want to process like "Scale > Print > Scale > Print > Scale > Print ...".

Tracking URL
I've been reading to solve this myself (the URL isn't documented in the SQL field reference that I'm looking at anyways), and searched the forum, but I can't seem to make the tracking URL from ShipRush come over to our SQL database. Everything else comes over fine. I've used %ShippingURL% and %TrackingURL%, but neither work. Could be I just don't have the name of the field right in ShipRush.
Anyone point me to how this works? For interested parties, we have written our own app to tie into SalesLogix over our SQL db, so we're not using the built-in SalesLogix features of ShipRush. Everything else about this is working fine, just the URL isn't coming across.

Cannot void tracking
We use Fedex as our carrier, and stone edge as our order process software. We got some tracking that cannot void. Shows "Sorry, but the FedEx servers just hiccupped and the Void failed. Please retry the Void operation later.
(FedEx server returned: "Unable to retrieve record from database". [ship:8149])"
We know we won't be charged for the tracking not scanned, but the problem is records showing in the stone edge will confuse other people in the office if she is not the one to know the case.
We are busy and we do not have time to check every info every time when we service a customer, so please help me to delete this in the records. Thanks!!!

My Shiprush problems with downloading orders
We have "custom" webstore in my.shiprush.com
Some of the new orders completely not downloaded by my.shiprush.com, + we can't see that orders in shiprush, i guess because of that. Maybe there is some problems with your service?

USPS Delivery Confirmation?
Starting this year we've not used USPS very often (preferring the convenience and greater reliability of FedEx Ground) but the last few times I've taken packages/envelopes to the Post Office, they tell me they can't accept the e-delivery confirmation printed on the label. In order to get delivery confirmation, they printed a new label (rendering the automated number invalid) and I've had to pay the full counter price (rather than the discounted e-label price).
The clerk explained it had something about the new prices/policies introduced in 2013...? Is the problem with the clerk not knowing what she's doing or is she correct that USPS doesn't accept the ShipRush e-confirmation labels now?

Fetch_DB_Orders modification - fetching Boxes instead of Orders
NOTE: This deals with the ShippingZCsCart.php file exclusively and is technically heavy.
Shopping Cart: CS Cart
Problem:
In order to accurately display the shipping price to the customer, my CS Cart has been modified to determine the number of Boxes each Order will require. The total shipping cost of all boxes for an order are prompted to the customer. Each Box is then stored in the database with all necessary information for it to essentially mimic the appearance of an Order.
The idea is to have each Box pipe into the Shiprush application so I may be able to print a postage stamp for each. Though the Shiprush application has the ability to break an order into multiple boxes, I am breaking the order into multiple boxes before it even makes it into the application to (i) display an accurate shipping cost to customer (ii) make it easier for my vendors to print postage for each box they ship individually.
What I've Done:
I have modified the ShippingZCsCart.php, specifically the "Fetch_DB_Orders" function to retrieve an array of Boxes instead of Orders so ideally when I log into My.Shiprush.Com or open the Shiprush Application, I will see a list of Boxes instead of a list of Orders. I have seen Fetch_DB_Orders currently properly returning an array of boxes while debugging the PHP.
Questions:
Though the "Fetch_DB_Orders" function is now returning an array of Boxes instead of Orders, My.Shiprush.Com and the Application still show a list of Orders, and not Boxes.
1) Where in the code is the list of Orders that is displayed on my.shiprush.com compiled?

Call tags
Very seldom have to do call tags and most are only one box. However I got a request yesterday for multiple boxes. When I tried doing the call tag I could only do one box at a time.
Called FedEx and did a verbal call tag for this one

Batch Shipping sort by Ebay Listing Number
Hello there,
I'm thinking about using ShipRush for my Ebay's USPS shipping after having success with ShipRush for FedEX. I just have one question:
Can I group all the orders by Ebay Listing number; for example: 12345, for batch printing. Then assign custom SKU to be printed on the shipping label: abcd.?
Basically, I want all the orders from listing 12345 printed with SKU abcd on the label with one click. Can I with ShipRush?

I'm guessing that the Tracking URL is generated in ShipRush itself. I understand a work-around would include my pulling the tracking # and writing a script that plugs that into the generic tracking URL. I'd like to avoid that, if ShipRush itself just has a field I can pull over to achieve this.

Custom Reference Field / Separate Billing
For billing purposes we would like our four stores on ShipRush to have four unique reference fields (ex: Company Name or unique identifyer). We have two Yahoo!, an Amazon, and an Ebay store. I was unable to find any merge codes that work in the reference field. Is there one I did not find?
Is it possible to fill the Invoice or PO # on FedEx fields as these can be used for billing also.
The other option we are considering is setting up four different account numbers and pointing each store in ShipRush to it's own account number. Is this option available in ShipRush?

Desktop version wont download orders
Ever since I updated this program a while back it has been nothing but problems. My desktop version wont download my orders. I should have open orders from yesterday but nothing shows up. Yes, I have logged into the site and they show up there. And the whole deal about having to log in once a week to keep it going is a whole different bs issue. The old version worked great, always had all my orders at hand when ever I wanted them. Always seemed to work. This new one is a real pain. WTH is wrong with it? Do I sound frustrated? Yes, I am. Im a busy guy and I dont have time for programs that dont work over and over again....
