Email Settings for ShipRush: Emails on Outlook Exchange Anywhere.

Hi Folks, i've searched through the forum and haven't found anything remotely similar.

We have a problem in getting our emails to work.

I am in the UK working on the ShipRush installation over at our US branch, and the emails over there connect to the server here using exchange anywhere.

Does anyone have any idea how to succesfully integrate an Outlook client that is set up this way with ShipRush?

Any help would be appreciated.

Problems with combined shipping

I noticed a problem with combined shipping ever since the new postal rates. When orders are combined, the shipping method got changed from first class mail to parcel select. This is causing us a lot of problems. What should we do?

Problems with Zebra TLP 3844-Z

We recently upgraded from a Zebra LP 2844-Z to TLP 3844-Z. The printer selection in ShipRush does not have our new printer so we selected TLP 2844-Z instead. While the printer works, however, the label is now about 2/3 of the normal 4X6 size. What should we do?

Just set up a new computer with ShipRush Fedex, can't get full order list

Hi,
I just set up a new computer with ShipRush Fedex and I can't seem to download the full order list from ShipRush.com to the Order Manager. I tried to set the date to "Past Month", but it only downloads about 10 orders. I also tried to bring the database over from the old computer, but the database path was different, so I get errors. Is there a way to export the list from the old computer then import it into the new? Or is there something buggy going on with the database not downloading...or both?

Trying to print out an international priority flat-rate envelope label and keep getting this error. There's a red X behind the "description" field (on the customs page) but no matter what I put in there, I keep getting this. It doesn't do this with domestic labels.

recurring problem: EBAY ORDERS AND ORDER MANAGER NOT SYNCING ALL THE TIME

Hello-I have several problems with my order manager. I have one order that has been shipped several hors ago through ebay and has not been recorded in the order manager and one that has been paid and is not showing in the order manager. I have refreshed and restarted shiprush. This weekend I had 5 or 6 items paid that were not showing up in order manager. I called shiprush support several weeks ago with the same type of issue. Thank you for your help

Fedex label prints a blank one before shipping label

We're using an LP2844 printer, ZDesigner driver, version 2.6.67 (Build 3539) Printing from Server 2012.

When we print a ship label we get a blank label with the shiprush logo at the top, then the actual shipping label. I've included the settings page as well.

ShipRush is installed, Amazon and eBay are setup, but no open orders are displayed.

I have successfully installed ShipRush, and have linked ShipRush to my Amazon and eBay accounts. I know the Amazon link is good because I can see one previously shipped order (that I shipped from within Amazon Seller Central), but no open orders are displayed. The eBay store displays only the most recent purchase, none of the older purchases are displayed whether marked as shipped or unshipped. Thoughts?

Follow-up: Was able to find the right screen and reset the connection to shiprush.com.

IShipRush is unable to process air shipments. Delivery commitment data is missing.

We received the attached error when trying to create an air shipment.

After the error, we used the service manager to restart "Z-Firm ShipRush v9" service, as indicated. The error persists.

Running on 64-bit Server 2012, using ShipRush 9.6.0.54410 with UPS

Service: UPS Next Day Air
Payment: Freight Collect

How do we troubleshoot this error?

I know its correct as I have shipped to the same location using the warehouse's main FedEx shipping software. Zipcode 64753

Print Tracking Number on Doc Label

I have a ZP 450 using the label + 2"doc. When I print, it doesn't print the tracking number. Is there a way to do this?

Amazon. only part of orders can be download

ShipRush version : 9.6.0.53816
Since 4/9, only part of the orders can be download.
Already tried:
1. Reset Refresh Timer, no luck.
2. Re-Doanload recent orders, then Refresh, no luck.

Only one Web Store.
Is this Amazon's issue or Shiprush Database problem.
We have to muaully input all orders, pain in axx.

Hopefully this is temporarily.

Zfirm Service

The zfirm service on the server just says "starting" I've tried disabling it and restarting the service but just says "starting" I can still use ship rush on all remote machines I just cant run end of day. I've rebooted the server and same result any suggestions??

Is it possible to access the ShipRush database from my own application?

What type of database engine does ShipRush use? Is it something that i could access from my own Visual Studio applications for searching and reporting? I only need read-access. From looking at the data folder I see .DAT, .IDX, and .BLB files which seem to indicate that it is some sort of Btrieve or Pervasive SQL format - is this correct?

Shipping error to an APO address

ShipRush returned an error message from stamps.com saying this address is not valid. I unchecked all the address validation but still to no avail. What can I do?

Cannot get the "y" in Home Delivery to appear on the label...

I am using ShipRush for FedEx with a Zebra GK420d label printer and standard 4x6 labels. I've only printed FedEx Home Delivery labels and they look great except they all say FedEx Home Deliver on the right side or have 3/4 of the "y" cut off. I adjusted both margins to 0 because the ShipRush logo was getting cut off on the bottom too. This current setting looks great with normal FedEx Ground labels, but I just can't figure out how to get it to print Home Delivery completely while keeping the ShipRush logo on the bottom. I've tried checking Print Reverse and adjusting the margins to a negative, which is apparently what I need, but it still hasn't changed anything. No matter what number I set the horizontal margin to, it normally moves it to the right and I need it to move to the left. I'm sure this doesn't matter at all, but it would look more professional if all of the label would print. I haven't sent any FedEx Express shipments yet, so I'm not sure how those labels look. Any suggestions?

My credentials are fine and have not changed. Amazon states "We are currently experiencing an issue that is impacting the availability of our back end feed and report processing systems." Is this related?

Shipr frush froze Tried reinstall and now cycles indefinatly

Ok shiprush froze this morning. Rebooted the main computer and 2ndary

Could not connect

Re downloaded SR and it did a database updated partially. It goes through a cycle and doe not complete

Amazon not getting updated after printing labels. May be an Amazon issue...

Amazon reported this morning that they are having issues with their back end feed and report processing systems.

This may be the cause of not receiving the updates from ShipRush, once a label gets printed. Can some else using ShipRush for Stamps.com (Amazon) confirm this issue?
