Pending shipping queue in RMS

We are attempting to use the built in RMS shipping queue (ctrl+shift+f8) to process packages via shiprush, but despite having ascending and descending options for transaction/date/account/name the account and name columns do not actually sort in alphanumeric order.

Even sorting by the account field and keying in the customer's account number does not direct you to the right account, we have to scroll through the list, or reference it by transaction number, which is not on our pick lists as it is only generated at the time of invoicing.

Is it possible to customize the pending shipping records menu in any way? Or at least get it to sort account fields effectively?

Can I use shiprush directly to ship invoiced packages out of rms?

Right now we are having to hunt through the list to find each invoiced package which is much slower than using worldship pulling shipping data.

Customer got the error below when processing a Standard Overnight shipment, but there appears to be a Contact name entered under the Account Settings. Is there any other place where it could be missing?

Ordering of items in ShipRush

I'm a web developer working with a ShipRush customer. They recently asked me if there was any way to specify the ordering of items inside orders that are processed in ShipRush. Their reasoning was that if they could specify the order of the items, it would make the pick/pack process easier -- the person packing the order could simply go down the line and pull items from the correspondingly-ordered bins.

To do this, I did some work on our backend to make sure that orders going into the ShipRush plugin had their items listed in the order they wanted. I confirmed that the XML being generated had the <ShipmentOrderItem> elements listed in the proper order, and signed off on it.

However, it appears that the order in which items appear in ShipRush (the shipping software as well as my.shiprush.com) is semi-random. They aren't consistently ordered by item number, or item name, or quantity, or by the order in which the items appeared in the XML.

Is there anyway for us to set the order in which items appear in ShipRush from the XML?

Opencart not notifying customers via email

Hello,

I have ShipRush integrated w/ Opencart.. everything works great.. it pulls orders correctly, updates the orders with the shipping info, and sets the field that it notified the customer to yes, but it never actually notifies the customer. I've watched the mail logs on the server and nada. Not seeing any errors either.

Here's the webserver log - this is the post once I printed the shipping label w/ the Desktop software:

I currently use shiprush for stamps.com in SQL mode. (10.2.6.7087)

Recently I started running into a frustrating problem and was hoping someone could give me some clues as to where to look for a solution.

I run a VB EXE program that checks receipt contents against items being packaged using a scanner. If I get success, I paste the order number into the shiprush search window to process the shipment. Once I hit the ship button I go ahead and start scanning the next receipt. In the past, the VB program would keep the priority and I would scan through the receipt and start the process over.

Now after shiprush completes the shipment and the search window re-appears it takes over priority. This results in my scans being entered into the shiprush search window instead of my VB program. Not sure what I changed in my system (win 7) to make this happen.

Is there any way to stop shiprush from automatically being the active program after shipment is made and the search window re-opens?

This is a recent development. I have tried wiping my system clean of shiprush and re-installing and it still does not help. No changes have been made to my VB program.

Insight is appreciated :)

Does Shiprush support Unicode?

Hi,
I am a longtime Shiprush for stamps user, but recently need to start sending labels that have Japanese Kanji in the data fields. When I try to copy/paste Kanji into shiprush fields, I get question marks " ???" Does Shiprush not support Unicode? ie. will I not be able to use Shiprush to create labels with Kanji Characters?

Woo / My.SR integration, "Error: Consumer Key is missing"

I've enabled the woo api with an admin account and a have inserted both keys into the settings files without any <> characters.

But I keep getting Error: Consumer Key is missing, when I try to enable my webshop on my.sr.

Are there any other fields that require the consumer key besides the woo specific field's in the bottom of the settings php file?

tracking number can not go back to magento

Hello,

I just installed the shiprush on magento.
I can download the oder information and make it shipped from shiprush client.
But after finish shipping, I checked the magento order information, it didn't show me this order has been shipped. and there is no tracking number.
So my question is: Is there any troble shuting proces that I can fallow or I need change some settings in the "ShippingZSettings.php" file?

I'm trying to understand what I need to set in the XML to send Delivery Confirmation with Direct Signature to ShipRush (http://www.shiprush.com/product_docu..._Options.htm)?

I see the following ones but with little documentation as to what each one does? I'm also looking to do the same with UPS, so if you have insight there as well that'd be great. Thanks!

How to stop ShipRush from updating tracking to eBay?

ShipRush updates eBay with tracking information and it is extremely useful.

Sometimes my customer needs an additional item or I have to send a return label and these tracking numbers are sent to eBay again. How to stop ShipRush from uploading consecutive tracking info to eBay? It appears that eBay is considering these new tracking numbers as late in their evaluation. Can you lock ShipRush tracking uploads after the first label is printed?

Uploading Reference field with tracking number

I have a custom store and a Magento store. When I ship an order using the Order Manager either of the store's php scripts seem to be called with a URL with a couple of parameters which causes the tracking number to be updated in our system (either the custom store or Magento). I would like the reference number to be included in this URL so I can include it in my system. Is there any way to include more parameters in the URL that triggers the update?
The URL that is sent looks like:
/MyCustomShippingModule.php?Shipping_Access_Token=X XXXXXXXXXXXX&cmd=updateshippinginfo&OrderNumber=17 &TrackingNumber=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&Carrier=USPS&Servi ce=USPS+Priority&ShippingCost=5.60
(Token and tracking number have been replaced with X's)

I'd like to add "&Reference=refererenceNumber" on to the end of the URL.

Shiprush UPS Label Type Issues

I have recently installed shiprush, and I need to print out shipping labels for check sized envelopes. However, the labels only have two options: 4x6 inch or half page wide. Both are far too large for envelopes. There must be an option for smaller labels for envelopes....?

3rd Party Receiver Account number not pulling in from SQL

We are trying to pull a FEDEX account number in our SQL statement to populate the 3rd party account number field. Our script works with Bill Recipients but not for 3rd party. Is the ReceiverAcct field the correct place to map the account for 3rd party billing?

Commercial Plus First Class Mail, 15.99 ounces

We have Commercial Plus pricing for First Class Mail and are supposed to be able to ship up to 15.99 ounces. However, ShipRush won't process a First Class shipment at 16 ounces, and won't allow us to enter a weight between 15 and 16 ounces. The rate is the same for 15 ounces as it is for 15.99 ounces. What is the correct procedure for shipping a package that weighs 15.9 ounces? If we select 15 ounces, that's what it says on the label. We don't want to invite shipping delays if the postal service decides to take issue with an inaccurate weight, even with an accurate postage (hidden). Is there something that I need to configure in ShipRush to allow us to enter a 15.9 ounce weight?

Misc. Orders Not Pulling Into ShipRush

Good Afternoon Support,

I had a customer call which brought to my attention various orders not pulling in, his being one of them. This had happened before so I went in and refreshed the database and several missing orders dating back to Aug 24th pulled in. However as I was going through the store just to double check I didnt miss any other ones, it seems on the 11th we had a couple orders that are still pending fulfillment, yet will not pull into ShipRush in order for us to ship them out.

shopify orders not loading

I just installed Shiprush for Shopify and it's only pulling down 2 orders, and I can't figure out why it's deciding to pull those 2 particular orders. One is new and unfulfilled and one is old and fulfilled, and there are a lot of orders in different states between those two. This happens no matter what date range I'm using. So I'm wondering how to get all my unfulfilled orders to pull down. Please advise. Thanks.

fedex tracking emails

I've inherited a setup and the guy before me left zero documentation so I'm having trouble figuring out how things are setup here.

Issue:
The Fedex Shipment Notification Email thats sent out has an embarrassing spelling error in the Name and Company Name field . But I cannot find out where to change this.
Does Shiprush software send out these fedex tracking update requests and have this info somewhere, or is this something setup on fedex's side?
