Anyone Having Problems Recently?

I've been having a few problems with Shiprush the last few days. When I hit 'SHIP', it usually prints out the shipping label and packing slip. Yesterday it was skipping the packing slips, and now today it's just getting stuck right after I click 'SHIP'. Anyone else having similar problems recently?

No Record of a Shipment Created in ShipRush

We love ShipRush and we relay on the database to see what orders were already shipped. Recently, we had several orders where we have crated and printed labels but they are nowhere to be found. They are not in View Shipments and eBay status was not updated to "shipped" or populated with tracking. The only place we can find these shipments is in stamps.com in printed postage section.

Since we relay on ShipRush to print all labels, unless we recognize order as already shipped, we create duplicate shipments and equally importantly, eBay is not updated with tracking or duplicate order updates eBay late.

Smartpost 22 Digit USPS Intelligent Label

We were just notified by our Fedex Rep we need to be printing the 22 digit USPS Intelligent labels on our Smartpost Labels instead of the old USPS 30 digit code. Is there a setting or a different label template that we should be using? We are on Shiprush version 9.6.0.50524

Stamps.com Multiple identical packages to same customer

I am using SR for stamps.com. How do I process multiple boxes for the same customer without having to go to quickbooks and click on SR 10 times. They are all going to the same customer/address through the same order. How can I batch them together where it will print all 10 labels at the same time. This will save me a tremendous amount of labor costs as doing them singly takes a lot of extra time.:confused:

Using ShipRush v10.2.6.7087, I'm trying to create a USPS Intl Priority label going to the United Kingdom and I get the following error message

Code:
Unable to calculate international postage.  No services available.
Invalid Country Name

"Saving Shipment Info" -- long waits

Just today, all of a sudden after I print a label, the message "Saving Shipment Info...Please Wait" appears. The message stays up for about 3-5 minutes, then disappears and I can then process another label, only for the message to reappear for another 3-5 minutes. This repeats itself every time I create a new label. I closed out the program and relaunched, but the problem still persists. Now I'm getting an error that my program cannot connect to My ShipRush. Is this a problem on your end?

Unable to connect to My.ShipRush

Trying to launch ShipRush for FedEx today, but unable to do so. First time encountering this issue in the past year.

The error box message is extremely long, I've added it as an attachment.

Retrieving orders momentarily... Hangs

It is refreshing too long.

Already 17 minutes past. Plus shiprush doesn't send tracking info to our website. Plus in shiprush Shipping Settings -> My ShipRush Account showing next error:
"ERROR: Unable to call My.ShipRush. 301: Interrupted.. Unable to POST to "https://api.my.shiprush.com/shipmentservice.svc/shipments/add" (Windows)".

Do you guys have some issues?

ShipRush Label Printing with Different City

Hi there,

We've got a strange issue where we preview a shipment in ShipRush and one City appears (Sunrise, FL 33313) and the label prints with another (Fort Lauderdale, FL 33326). The latter is accepted in FedEx Ship Manager.

I understand there may be some discrepancies between the two systems, but even when address validation is disabled, we cannot get the Sunrise city to print. Is there some other way to override this change?

DBISAM Engine Error #11013

We are experiencing an error when we try to refresh Shiprush. I have three shipping stations and I'm receiving two different errors. One error is the DBISAM Engine Error #11013. I've uninstalled the program and reinstalled the program however we are still getting the error.

What can be done about this? I will post the other error as soon as I can get a screenshot of it.

Magento: ShipRush marks orders as "Complete" as soon as shipped.

We need to have orders marked as "Complete" only when shipped AND invoiced. Although I have set the configuration to read "define("MAGENTO_SHIPPED_STATUS_COMPLETE_ALL_SHIPP ED_ORDERS",0);" it still completes orders as soon as ShipRush is done with its processes. Does anyone have experience with a similar issue?

Magento Enterprise ver. 1.13.1.0
ShipRush for FedEx as well as ShipRush for Stamps.com, latest versions of each.

USPS International First Class BarCodes not Scannable by USPS

I have been using Shiprush for over a year and have been plagued by this issue since day 1. The USPS International First Class BarCodes are too small and cannot be scanned by the USPS employees. This requires they manually type the package number in order to scan the package. I am using a 4X6 thermal label. I tried using a laser printer but it continued to print in the same size. How can I rectify this? Do I need a larger printer for International First Class Labels?

The problem is even if I insure a package and it never gets scanned at the Miami International Sort Facility I cannot claim the insurance since there is no proof I mailed it.

New Account Not Registering

About an hour ago I added two new UPS accounts. Ran end of day, waited 15 minutes, ran end of day again. Only one of the accounts registered. I just ran end of day again (an hour after the first end of day) and the second account still has not registered.

Where can I find the response from UPS to see why it is rejecting the account (if that is what is even happening)?

Need Help: Using Quickbooks Enterprise & Fedex ShipRush over Terminal

Hello Everyone,

We recently migrated our QuickBooks Enterprise Server to an offsite datacenter (Windows 2012 R2 with Terminal Service). We do have (1) Windows 7 Pro Workstation at our local office connected with a USB Metler PS60 Scale and Zebra 505 Label printer.

We first configured the Fedex machine with local Fedex Ship Manager & local Quickbooks (with fetching data from datacenter). I know this is not the best practice but the scale/printer was not network compatible so we tried this way. Although it worked, loading information from QB Server was very slow, resulting in 2 minutes boot time for QB and 15 second delay for Opening up each Invoice # through Fedex. The lag was too much that we had to look for different solution (Local office has 50/10Mbps Cable , Datacenter has 100Mbps Symetrical Fiber). We talked with Fedex and tried many steps which are the following:

1. Install Fedex Ship Manager on Terminal Server and connect Label Printer/Scale using USB to TCP/IP Software (Eltima USB over Ethernet). Both Printer and Scale worked perfectly, however, the Fedex integration did not work out for unknown reason. We talked with 3 separate Fedex Tier 2 Tech Support and they told me that they don't know why it's not working and it maybe due to the fact that QB Enterprise 14.0 and Windows 2012 R2 is not fully tested?

2. Install ShipRush E-Commerce as advised by Fedex Tech Support. This is our first time installing this software and we followed each step as shown on instruction. Scale and Label Printer worked out perfectly fine but again integration was a trouble. We were unable to receive any information from QB through the ShipRush Order manager. We downloaded QB Integration tool and used the ShipRush password as supplied. All those were "Successful" but we cannot receive any orders.

3. Install ShipRush for Fedex (14 Day Demo, non-ecommerce). Decided to give it a try as we thought the step (2) failed because it was maybe intended for e-commerce only? However, we were unable to install it successfully on the same workstation as for some reason, it keeps installing it as the same Shiprush E-Commerce. We uninstalled Shiprush and tried to clean any left over files but the installation keep ending up as "same e-commerce" version. It doesn't even ask for installation configuration, just goes straight to end and shows us the GUI.

I've already spent well over 2 full days trying to troubleshoot this.... All we want is a clean, fast way to deploy Fedex Shipping connected with QB database. I definitely don't mind paying for full fledge ShipRush as long as it does work.

Any Input will be very helpful...

First Class Parcels over 13oz & under 16oz

I read that ShipRush Stamps.com accounts have Commercial Base pricing and privileges. One of those privileges is to be able to ship first class parcels up to 15.99oz. But ShipRush prevents me from shipping over 13oz. Is there some setting to override this so I can ship 14 and 15 oz first class packages with ShipRush?

UPS Account Not Recognized

i'm working with a client to setup UPS and FedEx shipping via the ShipRush SDK.

i was installing the UPS software and after i filled out the merchant account screen, i received a registration error from UPS. (there was an error code; sorry, i don't have that right at the moment because i'm not on the shipping server.) the FedEx registration worked just fine, which should rule out any kind of network or firewall issue.

i can certainly provide more details on the error code, but wanted to get this question asked in case you guys knew what's going on without it. basically, i put in the UPS World Ship account number and the organizational details, and it failed.

i will also note there's already some Speedee UPS software successfully configured with this UPS World Ship account, and working fine, which should also rule out a wrong, bad or expired UPS account number.

let me know if you have any thoughts on this, and if you need further details.
