PR is not a US State/Destination

Yesterday I was able to ship to Puerto Rico via FedEx International Economy with no problems.

Now today, I am getting the error, "PR is not a US State/Destination", and I cannot ship to Puerto RTico.

Can anyone please help?

CP72 form only prints first page

The first page of CP72 form which contains Copy #1 and #2 of Customs Declarations properly prints on letter-sized paper on Laser printer, but page 2 which should contain Copy #3 Dispatch Note and Copy #4 Sender's Copy does not print.

Hello, we use Fedex for most of our international packages.
We generate our own commercial invoices to ship with International packages. We are thinking to purchase the FedEx insurance at a lower value (so the declared value/Commodity price in ShipRush would be lower than on the separate commercial invoice). I'd like to confirm with you guys whether this is OK or there might be potential problems?

Alright I have my script file wrote and everything is working pretty good. Problem I am having is when I do my Lookup if the shipment has 2 or more packages on one order it shows me two line items. When I select one of the line items to do the import it only brings over the package information for that line item. Is there a way when you select the one line item to get it to bring over both packages. All the other information is the same and comes over no problems. I know in WorldShip when I would enter the lookup number that had two or more packages a box would pop up saying there where two records found and you hit okay and it brought in both packages. First Class Letter outputs extra blank label

I'm using shiprush for stamps.com(10.2.0.61774) with Microsoft RMS. When generating a label for first class envelope it spits out an extra blank label in addition to the mailing label. Is there any way to stop this? It only happens with first class envelope. all other domestic and international label print correctly.

I have a client that uses ship rush and he is trying to setup a shipment with customers shipping number. When he goes into settings looks at one of the accounts setup it keeps popping up with Company Account cannot be empty. These accounts were already there and you cannot get out of the loop. It keeps popping up and you have to kill shiprush app to get out of the loop. What is he doing wrong?Name:  shiprush.JPG

Unable to run ShipRush - mistake during new installation

Hello,

I am a longtime user of ShipRush. I am retiring my main workstation, so I needed to install ShipRush on my new computer. During the install process, I accidentally selected that I wanted to connect to the SR database on another server. Now when I try to run ShipRush, I receive the following error:

"DBISAM Engine Error # 11280 A connection to the database server at 'localhost' cannot be established"

I have gone back to try and correct this, but I am unable to do so. I ran both the repair and uninstall processes through the installer to no avail. When I reinstall the software, the issue persists.

I then manually installed the ShipRush service through the "shiprushserver.exe /install" command as Administrator, but that now yields the following error from ShipRush:

"Unable to connect to ShipRush. Unable to start the ShipRush server service."

Manually attempting to start the service through Windows returns this error:

"The Z-Firm ShipRush v10 service on Local Computer started and then stopped."

The ShipRushServer.log file shows the following:

UPS Registration Error in Quickbooks 2012

We use ShipRush on Quickbooks 2012 for our UPS shipping needs. We have our UPS account registered on one computer, but since I will be taking over creating shipments, I need to register our account on my computer. I have tried several times to no avail. I make sure all of the account information entered is accurate to what we have on our UPS account, but everytime I click "next" to register I get the error:

Account Registration Failed

TBoldPersistenceControllerDefault.PMFetchldListWit hCondition: Not Active

^ I have no idea what this error means and I have tried googling it with no results. PLEASE help me figure out what is wrong and how to fix it. I need to start taking over these duties ASAP.

SR USPS - INTL First Class - Not trackable

Hope it's okay to post here. I'm having a similar problem.

Yesterday, try as I may (with three different browsers, yadda, yadda) I could NOT get the USPS.com site to allow me to print a First Class Int'l shipping label. Priority Mail Int'l printed fine. Anyhow, I went into ShipRush and printed the labels (with no postage). I was able to ship these but the postal worker basically said, "Sorry. These won't have "tracking". Low and behold the USPS tracking page does just say that "Electronic Shipping Info Received" and that's it, other than also indicating the delivery method as First Class.

Seems to me I'm meeting this criteria...

"USPS-approved software"
"paid for at post office retail counter"
"mailed to eligible countries" (Australia, Canada and UK)

I did notice that the "tracking" number provided by printing through ShipRush starts with "LJ" and not "LC".

Any suggestions?

Hi,

We provide a browser plugin option for Fedex, UPS, and Stamps.com. One of our customers run both Fedex and UPS, and they noticed that the report in UPS included Fedex shipments. How is this possible? When they tried to void the shipment, they got an error stating "Error: [250005] No Access Identification provided". Please see these three screenshots:

ShipRush running on WordPress WooCommerce site

I am trying to set up ShipRush for our WooCommerce site that is running on WordPress.

1. Is this possible? Does it work on WordPress?

2. I am not sure where to put the ShipRush set files on my WordPress server?

3. I made the required changes to the ShippingZWoo and ShippingZSetting files. Is there any other files I need to modify?

4. Having trouble having the ShipRush setup manager save my WooCommerce settings? If I hit refresh it will check the WooCommerce store (but not collecting orders), but if I hit "save" it won't save the WooCommerce set up details.

Application won't run - says "too many failed jobs" or token expired?

Hello -- my ShipRush program was not uploading current orders from Ebay, so when I clicked on the Settings . Web Stores > Ebay, the following message appears:

"This webstore misbehaved and was disabled. Reason: TooManyFailedJobs. Auth token is hard expired, User needs to generate a new token for this application.
Auth token is hard expired, User needs to generate a new token for this application."

Please let me know how to fix this. I do do not know what "too many failed jobs" means. I've not have any issue in my Ebay store.

Locked out for 24 hours?

Hi,

I have a customer that's using ShipRush and he mistyped his "control number". ShipRush said he's locked out for 24 hours -- is this a ShipRush lock-out or UPS actually does this? The only option is to wait 24 hours?

Ship Rush Stopped Pulling In Orders, Disabled

Good Afternoon Support,

We did shipping this morning and it was working fine, however we went to do our afternoon shipping and no orders were being brought in from our BigCommerce store. I then tried to figure out what was going on and it is giving me an error status stating the following:

Sorry, but few seconds ago we could not connect to this Web Store. So far, we have not been able to connect to this Web Store. Please Edit this Web Store, check settings, and check the help link.
Next order retrieval in about 11 min
(Today, 02:36 PM) Error: Please check the credentials to your ...

However, I checked and even re entered the credentials, and they are correct.

Can you please advise?

Custom Store Codes

I am using a custom store to pull information out of my database and put it into ShipRush. I am a little confused on the names of some of the fields. I am familiar with some of the codes from looking at the examples. I am looking to get information into the following areas:

Under the "More..." tab when you open an order in the Order Manager:
Ship Method Requested
Accounting Record ID
Approval Code
External Transaction ID

On the main screen of the Order Manager:
External #

Does anyone have any ideas on how to address these fields?
I tried:
$this->simulator_orders[$counter1]->order_info["externalTransactionId"]="externalTransactionId";
The External Transaction ID is still blank. I was expecting it to be filled in with externalTransactionId.

USPS Tracking Links Now Wrong Format?

I'm using v 10.2.6.7087 for Stamps.com and the &TrackingURL that gets added to the email message that I send to the recipient no longer works with the USPS website

Example below.

It's been this way for a while and I did upgrade to the latest posted version of SR a couple of days ago in the hope that this had been fixed but there still seems to be a disconnect between the USPS server and the URL that SR produces.

Is a fix in the works?

3rd Party Receiver Account number not pulling in from SQL

We are trying to pull a FEDEX account number in our SQL statement to populate the 3rd party account number field. Our script works with Bill Recipients but not for 3rd party. Is the ReceiverAcct field the correct place to map the account for 3rd party billing?

Add a global Amazon store under shiprush

Dear rep,
We are trying to sell to Amazon Europe and Japan. When I add a amazon store under SR, it will only redirect me to a US seller central, not to Amazon UK, DE, JP seller central.....
I remember in the old time we need to go to different marketplace mws to apply AWS Account Number, Access Key ID and Secret Access Key ID in order to setup a amazon store, therefore I can setup Canada Amazon successfully. But now how do I add a store for amazon Europe and Japan, do I go to amazon europe MWS to register a account like before? I forgot the old steps already, also after I got the key, how do I manually setup a global Amazon store, please help,Thanks,
