Error while printing Packing Slips automaticly

I am receiving the following error right after the label prints while it's saving shipment information

"The file readed is not a valid "Portable Network Graphics" image because it contains an invalid header. This file may be corrupted, try obtaining it again."

Then Stamps.com shuts down, and my packing list doesn't print.

Help?

Orders aren't moving from 'Paid' to 'Shipped' after creating the label

All of my orders are remaining under the Paid screen instead of moving over to the Shipped screen. I double click on a new order on the Paid screen, verify all the details, and hit the Ship button to print the label. All that works fine, but it doesn't get moved to the 'Shipped' status screen.
Any suggestions of what I can do to fix this?
Shiprush version 10.2.6.7087, on Windows 7 PC.

Shipment "designated as Residential Delivery" but Not Checked Residential

Hi there,

The attached error message appears when processing a FedEx Ground shipment with 2 packages (~100 lbs. & ~70 lbs.) that is not checked for Residential. It is a residential address, but the service selected is Ground, because Home Delivery will not allow packages of this weight.

Please if you have any ideas, thanks in advance.

Problem reinstallting Shiprush

My shiprush (latest version) was not updating my Ebay sales for the past few days. Ebay DID force me to change passwords about that time, but Im not positive it was related.

I tried several things after a message on computer #1 about "re-enabling" the service popped up on multiple computers. I couldn't find anything in the settings about re-enabling anything, so I actually revoked the token if you will within Ebay.

I can retrieve orders on computer #1, and process the shipments, but it does not update to Ebay. I still get the original error on that computer..."One or more of your webstore connections is disabled in My.Shiprush. Please log in to your My.ShipRush account and fix the issue (or re-enable the store). I had looked at many options and couldn't find it, so I tried revoking the token in Ebay (hoping it would allow me to re-add the account and fix/sync itself).

The 2nd computer gave a consistent error.

"My shiprush reported error: Invalid security token. (big long alphanumeric code)... Token disabled [0015]

I removed shiprush on this PC and while trying to reinstall, I get the same message.

I don't know what to do on either computer to get them sync'd to Ebay properly again

Greetings forum,

On a brand new installation, single machine, Win 7 SP1 64-bit, we deployed ShipRush for UPS v10.2 but when trying to ship via UPS (test mode) we get the following error:

Unable to save label: Unable to print label(s): No printable data available.

I also want to mention that the ShipRush DBManager has never been run on this machine to clear anything. So, this error is coming from an out of the box installation.

What could be causing the problem?

Packing List Printing Error

My labels are printing, but the packing slip isn't printing afterwards. Is there anything I can do to fix this or is it on the My.Shiprush end? I just started getting this error a little bit ago out of nowhere:

Unable to call My.ShipRush. HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error. Unable to POST to "https://api.my.shiprush.com/packinglistservice.svc/packinglist/get" (Compatible). Timeout waiting for response,

Shiprush UPS Pro V9 service starts & then stops

Had a problem with our server hardware last night, got it straightened out and shipped no problem all day from our workstations.

Went to do end of day and found the service not running on our server (2008R2)

If I start it manually I get an error that says the service started and then stopped. I also get a DBISAM error #10223 , cannot write lock the file for the database.

I did an database repair using the dbmanager no problem but still no joy.

Integrated shipping labels/packing slips

We'd really like to try out the integrated shipping label and packing slip but for the life of me, I cannot find where I can purchase the 8x10 peel off labels. Does anyone know where to purchase these? I've checked FedEx and UPS websites. Thanks. Crystal

I used Shiprush USPS for stamps for several years (stand alone version).

Recently I plan to move Shiprush USPS to a new computer and setup as network version. Please advise how can I move the shipping history from old computer to new one.

Quickbooks and Shiprush

We notice that if Shiprush is running in the background and a user closes their instance of QB, the QB process continues to run (the interface is closed, no errors). Sometimes it runs for hours, sometimes just a few seconds before closing. If Shiprush is not running, we do not see this behavior.

I'm wondering if there is a setting in either QB or Shiprush that is causing this. We run both in a client/server environment so shiprush and QB are both clients accessing the database on another server (although this also occurs if we run both clients on the actual DB server as well, its the same server).

Any insight?

Shiprush pulling wrong address for shipping

I'm currently using Shiprush V.10.2.0.61774 and Quickbooks Enterprise manufacturing and wholesale edition 9.0. I recently created a new company file on QB that I have been using everyday for 1 week. We just noticed that on the invoices with different Ship To addresses, shiprush is pulling the Bill To address for the shipping label. If we immediately close out the shipping window and re-open it, the error corrects itself. How do I make it so that this error does not keep happening?

I am self taught on SQL databases and just got ship rush. With UPS World Ship I set up the Import/Export feature pretty simple. Now that I have to actually write the script I am trying to figure out the light grey part and what I need to do to connect the database tables. I have listed my tables below that what each letter match. I think I have the first part write. Any help would be great. Thanks

ShipRush plus Magento plus M2E for Ebay

We are big fans of ship rush and have been using it for a couple years to process ebay auctions. Everthing has been working great!

Now we got this new shopping cart based on Magento, it connects to ShipRush as well Awesome.

This cart is pretty cool I can actually pull in all my ebay orders via a plugin called M2E Pro and process them through Magento and then send them to ShipRush. Thats right a single place for my shipping staff to go to and every order be it originating on Ebay or our shopping cart or even Amazon all in one place.

Yes there is a But coming...

When we ship an Ebay order from ShipRush (that came to Magento via M2E) the order gets a shipment record created with the tracking number BUT the tracking number does not go to ebay, the listing is not marked shipped. However if I manually update that shipment record with the same tracking number and hit save. This does flow to ebay, the auction gets marked shipped and the tracking number is recorded.

So I suspect the way ShipRush is making the update to Magento is circumventing the process M2E is using to update ebay.

Any tips or if anyone has already solved this issue I would appreciate the feedback.

I ask this question every year, Any chance that ShipRush will get in an agreement for Overstock.com? I really do not like typing in all the shipping information.

Also do some drop shipping for customers that use CommerceHub. Anything for that?

Hi there,

I am trying to install the shiprush desktop app (FedEx ecommerce), and I can't change the coutry in the setup wizard.

We are based in Montreal, Canada, and we'd like to try out Shiprush for our Magento webstore.

Question 2: Is there any add-on to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 so that we could use FedEx and CanadaPost from Dynamics NAV.

Help! None of June's tracking numbers are showing info online!

Hello all!

I started using FedEx and myshiprush for shipments in June and NONE of the packages are showing online, though they've been dropped at a FedEx facility already. When you try and track a number, the response comes back "No record of this tracking number can be found. For more information, please contact customer service." Sometimes, when I track many numbers at once, it will show 3 bars as though the item is in transit, with no other information showing (destination, ship city, etc), but when I click on that individual item, it again displays the message above.

We've tried investigating via FedEx, but they claim no responsibility for 3rd party apps and have no idea what's going on. In fact, my drop shipper has 74 packages being returned to him by FedEx, and we don't even know what packages they are! Additionally, I've had 65+cases opened against me this month for items not received, had to re-purchase and overnight packages to angry customers (EXPENSIVE!!), and gotten 7 negative feedbacks... which I've never had!! I don't know what to do, nor what is going wrong in the process. Can anyone help us?

different fedex rates on different pcs

I have shiprush installed on several workstations and they are giving different rates even though I have the same account on all of them.
I've checked and the contracted rates button is checked and all the other settings are identical. I can't understand why this is happening. Anyone have any ideas?

ShipRush Resource Use on Server

Our customer asked us why ShipRush appears to be writing at more or less the same rate during their peak hours compared to later, when no one is using the system. I've attached two Resource Monitor screenshots they supplied (with 2pm vs. 5pm in the filenames, respectively). Is there some after-hours activity that would explain this resource use? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
