Shiprush not getting negotiated rates

Hi, I'm new to shiprush but read the guide to getting negotiated rates set up located at: http://www.shiprush.com/product_docu...First_Page.htm . Unfortunately after getting in touch with UPS about configuring the account it seems that shiprush is not pulling down the same rates we get when we enter package data in to worldship. Is there something else I could be missing? It seems fairly straight forward.

Shipment Notification From Different Stores

How do I set it up so that specific stores within our ShipRush send out specific email templates - but only for that one store.

ie from our web store they get x, but from our Amazon store they get y notification

FedEx International Orders

I am not getting our FedEx discount when I used ShipRush for international shipping, but when I go onto the FedEx website, I received the discount. How do I solve this problem? I have already gone into ShipRush and deleted our account and added the account again and it still did not fix the problem.:confused:

I have an ebay order from Monday that was shipped yesterday. it is showing up in my shipments as it should but is still in paid waiting to be shipped in my order manager.worse yet no tracking was uploaded to ebay so I will get another ding on my seller review for not having it uploaded by yesterday. this is the 3rd time this has happened in about a month.
I'm paying $30 a month for shiprush for stamps.com and higher shipping rates than I can get straight off of ebay. It has been worth it for the convenience of your product. If this problem keeps happening I will have to search elsewhere for my shipping services.

Hi Guys,

Here is a link for a printer one of our clients was thinking of purchasing. I just want to be sure its supported:

The reason im asking is in compatibility it says its not compatible with UPS worldship or FedEx software. But the GK420 is in your supported printers list. Please let me know if its supported so i can give the client the go ahead in purchasing it. Thanks

Problem with timestamps when viewing shipments

In a multi-computer environment, one computer is properly time stamping the shipments but the other is not. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello,
We have Amazon and Ebay stores, but none of new orders seem to be updating. We have clicked the refresh button several times, but nothing new appears.

FedEx support for Dimensional Weight

Greetings,

Do you have support to auto-calculate the price of a FedEx shipment based on Dimensional Weight? If so, does this apply to ground shipments only?

We have a customer (that uses your v10 + ActiveX + non-visual SDK) and we want to confirm if ShipRush does that special price calculation when the dimensions are supplied and the service type is set to Ground.

The connection with my Magento store seems to be working fine but when I press "Ship" on an order the browser opens ShipRush and delivers this error message:

"(ApplicationEventsMessage) Unable to import shipment XML. Invalid or missing XML data."

Any ideas?

We're contemplating moving from a desktop QuickBooks configuration to one that is hosted in the cloud by one of the Intuit-certified hosting services.

Will we be able to run ShipRush UPS Pro on that hosted server and continue to use the product?

If not, does Zfirm have an SR version designed for this?

Prostores no longer loading to ShipRush

Our Prostores site is no longer bringing sales data over to ShipRush. I deleted and added the prostores webstore and still no data. When I go to "settings" and select ProStores there is a text box that tells me the store has been deleted from my.shiprush however when I go to my.shiprush the store is there.

This is costing us money so I need to get a solution. I contacted ShipRush but haven't heard anything back.

Any help/guidance will be greatly appreciated.

ShipRush via The Cloud and Multi-Users

Hello Everyone,

The company that I work for has attempted to use this product a few years ago, before I was with them. I have recently attempted to set up the in QB shipping but as it was designed purely for single user mode it is useless for our purposes. I have a few things that I need to know if this product will work well for us.

As the title states I was told that the biggest problem last time was that our QB is located on a cloud server that we all access. First off I need to know if something has been done so that this can now function correctly.

The next few things are more specific. In our company we have many people who answer phones and take orders but only myself in the warehouse has the ability to print the shipping labels. I would need a print later or leave in que for the other accounts.

That is the main issue that I have run into with the basic onboard QB shipping. If someone else takes the order only they can print it. Through some of my research on this product I understand that it can link multi-user QB accounts together but I have not found anything about printing the labels. I would like to use this product because it would cut out many steps that we now have to go through.

Any information would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

Fedex not available for a week?

So I am wondering where the system has failed on this.

I first installed ShipRush just over a week ago. On 5/5 I shipped about a dozen packages via Fedex with ShipRush, and another group with our normal methods. All of the packages I shipped with our normal methods can be seen in my FedEx history.

However the full dozen or so packages that I used ShipRush for have never shown up. I can track those packages, and they have all been delivered. However if I look in the fedex.com website I see no record of me shipping them. I have created reports, I have searched the 'My History' part, nothing. The only place I haven't checked is our billing statements but they come via mail.

I have seen multiple people mention that it can take 12 or 24 hours for data to show up in the Fedex system. But it has not been 12 hours, or 24 hours, or 48 hours, 72 hours. It is now 9 DAYS later. And I did not create these labels all at once, but created them over several hours using the different methods (individual, bulk shipping, etc).

I can live with a short 12 or 24 hour delay. But this is ridiculous. Doe anyone have any suggestions? As I said, the packages did get delivered so something went right. Did I make a mistake? Was I billed, or billed properly? I need something that is reliable, this is a commercial tool not an infant's toy.

My name's Julian, I'm a developer from Pierbridge in the UK.

We're currently updating our system to support international currencies, and Shiprush UPS Pro is a component in our system.

I'd be grateful if you could let me know which international currencies Shiprush UPS Pro support, and how we can find out what currency a monetary value should have when we get an automated response back from you so that we can display the currency correctly in our system.

Alternatively if you could point us in the direction of any relevant documentation you have, that would be appreciated too.

Tracking #'s in fulfillment emails for Shopify

We get a lot of “where’s my package” emails and we want to cut down on the time it takes to research and answer them.

The Stamps tech said their system returns the tracking number information back to the Shopify cart with this app.

How do we make sure that tracking number information is included with the “Your Order Has Shipped” fulfillment email that will be generated by Shopify?

XML Interface Timing Out

After about 2 hours of processing UPS shipments (about 700 labels) ShipRush has stopped responding to XML ship requests. No error is returned, the request simply times out after a minute or so. I'm looking in the "Shipments for Today" screen in the ShipRush and I don't see any shipments past 9:29 AM, so it does not look like any of the requests we've made since then that timed out have been processed.

I've tried re-starting the Z-Firm service. I've tried rebooting the server Z-Firm runs on. I stopped the Z-Firm service after rebooting the server and ran a ShipRushDBManager -purge command (with yesterday's date). None of the above helped.

Are there any log files the Z-Firm service writes I can look at to try and figure out what is happening? We have a lot more packages that need to ship today.

We are using Z-Firm ShipRush v8 on a Windows 2003 server.
