commercial invoice skipping lines and wasting lots of paper

Not sure if I'm the only one having this issue... when we print the commercial invoice, between each line item is about 3-4 lines of blank space... with a high volume export order, we ended up printing 30 pages of commercial invoices!! that's 3 copies of 10 pages per invoice.

What can I do to remove the white lines between the items?

International shipment to Canada address

When I try to ship to this address I get:

FedEx server returned: "International Importer of Record - Invalid Postal Code Format". [ship:3423]

Note tried with and without space in post code same result. Also tried Toronto as city same result

We just upgraded our Sage 50 2013 to Sage 50 2015 this past Saturday. Ship Rush is now giving us a com error and not pulling shipping details from Sage. We had this problem with our last Sage 50 upgrade to 2013 and had to use blank shipment untill the new version was released? Is this the same issue this time around?

Labels are printing squished. Printer is 300 DPI I suspect that is the issue. Are there any options to support these printers

Tracking numbers not being sent to Magento

It was working fine, then yesterday the tracking numbers stopped being sent over. And, the weird thing is that some of the orders that we shipped were updated and others weren't. What can we do?

Web app and Magento Web Store Connector

Hi,

When I do an "Add Magento Web Store" in the web version of the ShipRush application, I am asked to fill out 5 fields:

FTP server
FTP user name
FTP Password

Magento Web Services User Name
Magento Web Services API Key

I have all of these values and I have them working with a ShipRush desktop installation; however, I cannot complete the setup on the web version of ShipRush because of a firewall issue:

My company allows only known-good IP addresses to connect via FTP. From what IP (or range of IPs) will ShipRush's servers be connecting to our FTP server?

Once I know this information, I can allow ShipRush to connect and use the web app.

I am having a problem with updating shiprush. Here is the error that I get when trying to open shiprush.

"The installed product does not match the installation source(s). Until a matching source is provided or the installed product and source are synchronized, this action can not be performed.

Contact your administrator or product vendor for assistance. If there is a matching installation source type it below or click browse toe locate it."

It was working fine about 3 days ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ShipRush with multiple Marketplace Sellers

Hello,

Part of our business is fulfilling orders as a drop shipper for other market place sellers on Amazon and Ebay. I was looking over our options on how to automate this process and make it more efficient. I'm debating on adding multiple sellers that we drop ship for on one Ship Rush computer. I would have the sellers sign up through the My.shiprush portal and provide us with their credentials to pull down and process their orders as they come in.

My biggest concern is if all the accounts could be linked to a suspended seller. If the orders are pulling down from an individual sellers my.shiprush and then the tracking information is sent back to their my.shiprush account, could the other sellers be linked together on Amazon or Ebay. Would our ip address be passed to the sellers my.shiprush and then along to their marketplace? Would you have any suggestion on how to accomplish this efficiently with multiple sellers that we drop ship for?

Trouble shipping with USPS first class mail

Domestic Priority Mail seems to work just fine. I tried to ship several domestic USPS first class parcel and received the following error.

Stamps.com returned an error: All meters in the reseller's pool are in use or there isn't a meter in the pool with adequate balance to service request. Reseller exception Exception with code 0x00000451; module 0, category 4, item 81

Can you help?

Phone numbers not importing from Channel Advisor

Is there a way to get the phone numbers to appear when shipping on ShipRush? We are currently using Channel Advisor for our ebay and amazon orders.

Blank Shipment Problem (Stamps.com version)

When we use the Blank Shipment option we are having a problem.

We need to change the from address when sending a return label out. However, unlike the UPS version, there is no option to swap the address fields.

So, we have to blank out each line of the address field manually. After EACH field is deleted, the entry area hides. We then have to expand the From area and go to the next field. We have to do this for every field.

Ver 10.2.0.60024. Is this resolved in 10.2.0.61774?

Problem adding profile address

UK USER : I need to add a profile address under our user account but I am unable to add a United Kingdom address, it defaults to USA and I cannot change this. We were able to add UK addresses in previous versions as we have a number stored in there already.

Can you please URGENTLY confirm how we can resolve this. I can't add an image of the issue as it won't let me upload anything?

OCL Expression Error

I am contacting you on behalf of one of our clients. We've integrated their OSCommerce Store with the standalone FedEx ShipRush v9 software.

They've had zero issues for almost a year with your software. They love it!

But recently, they setup a new computer and are trying to setup ShipRush following the same instructions they've always followed. Only, this time, they're receiving a crazy error message.



Their correct address is showing up in the From drop down menu(I blurred it for confidentiality purposes). But this information error window will not go away. If you click Ok, it goes away & quickly comes back again?

They've uninstalled & reinstalled the software. The error message is still produced.

They're running Windows 7 Pro. Here is a download link for the installation that we're using http://www.filedropper.com/shiprush

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated!

no shipping label only customs form

Hi Guys,

One of our clients is doing some international testing with stamps.com. They shipped an order but didnt get a shipping label. They only got a laser printout of "Customs Declaration Dispatch Note CP 72". Is this the shipping label and customs invoice combined? I just want to make sure we arent missing anything.

I cant get the manage attachments thing to work so im emailing the form to support@shiprush.com so you can see what im talking about. Thanks

Shiprush Fedex printing to Intermec 3400e

I know that SH can print to several of the small label printers, Eltron, Zebra etc. but can it print to a printer such as an Intermec 3400e or similar "big" label printers?

We are planning a move to a new business location and I want to get away from the 8.5" x 11" half label format that wastes half a sheet of paper for each label.

Is there a list of current production label printers that SH will work well with?

Close Day causes a catastrophic error message

When closing the shipping day, reports no longer print, a catastrophic error message displays and the shipping records display a red icon. What can I do to eliminate the the message and resume printing?

ZP500 with ShipRush FedEx v9.6.0.57399 - Can't Print Label

Hi Sysops,

I have a customer who is running ShipRush FedEx v9.6.0.57399 and the label will not print to their ZP500 unless the printer type in ShipRush is set to Laser/InkJet. They are using FedEx Labels with the doc tab on top. The environment is: Terminal Service connection to a Windows 2012 Server. The printer is a dedicated printer on the Shipper's local PC. ShipRush is running in TS environment. The printer is setup for access via the TS session. A test page works from the printer interface on the server. Yet if the printer is set with Type ZP500 in ShipRush - no test label or real label.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

XML output - not sure how to set up

Hello,

I'm using ShipRush for stamps.com with great success.

After each package label is created, ShipRush puts an XML file on the local PC. My system reads this file and collects the tracking, price, etc.

I want to have the same functionality for the FedEx version, but can't seem to find where the output settings live.

Phone support recommended posting here for assistance.
