save shipping label as pdf instead of printing.

Hi,

I'd like to save shipping label as pdf file or other format instead of printing with physical printer because one buyer request return shipping label to return our product.

If it is possible, plz let me know how to do, otherwise is there any future plan for this?

Dear representative,
I use ShipRush for Stamps.com to print the shipping labels, and today I found I could print the label in the software (I mean there is no error message when I click to print), but the shipping labels did not come out from the label machine and also I found the tracking number cannot be upload to USPS server, because I could not find the tracking information from USPS.com (Usually, when I printed a shipping label via ShipRush for Stamps.com, it will generate a tracking number, and immediately this tracking number would be received by USPS server, and I can verify that from USPS.com, the search resuld would show "Electronic Shipping Info Received"). But each shipping label was charged sucessfully.

In total, I have this issue for 13 orders, which all used the USPS First Class service with tracking number. I will give you two examples here:
1)9400111899560271824845
2)9400111899560271824494

As you can check from USPS.com, it did not uploaded to USPS server, and

This is the first time I met this issue, and cannot find the exact reason. Then I need your help emergently, because I have to ship out the orders as soon as possible.

Amazon will not push orders to My.Shiprush

I have about 100 orders that will not download to Ship Rush. I've attempted to reset the refresh timer, delete the store and re add it, and wait it out for a few days with no luck. It will download a couple orders, but not all of them. There is no other installations or duplications of this web store. The account is listed under Jon.duger@live.com

Any advice would be appreciated.

I keep getting this error message. I have rebooted my computer, I have changed my Norton settings, I have uninstalled ShipRush and am unable to re-install it. Any suggestions?

I get the following error msg in my.shiprush.com when i try to connect for the first time to my website. I have contacted HostGator, my hosting service provider and they can't help. They say this is customized program and they can't help.

ERROR MSG BEGINS HERE
It appears that your hosting provider modified the response from our plugin. Please contact your hosting provider and arrange that advertising and other modifications to responses be removed. and then the status field below this msg says the following:

Search window placement

I am running shiprush for SQL and am wondering if there is a way to move the search window location?

The search window always pops up in the center of my screen (monitor 1). I would like to move it to my other monitor for a smoother workflow. I move the search window where I would like it and after a package is shipped, it pops back open in the default location.

Any settings in window of shiprush that I can tweak to make it stay put after every shipment?

Shiprush handles tracking of multiple-package shipping poorly?

It seems that while it is possible to ship multiple packages, Shiprush only "writes back" to quickbooks one tracking number and only puts one tracking number in your clipboard after processing a shipment. This is a problem if we want to pull up a customer's invoice in quickbooks- our reps are thinking only 1 of multiple boxes went out and end up upsetting our customers with misinformation.
We have the invoice number referenced in Ref Field 2 but the search function in ship history does not search that field so we do not have an adequate speedy process for handling client calls requesting shipment status update when there is more than one package involved in a shipment...
Please help!

FedEx & Stamps.Com simultaneously

Just started using Shiprush so this I may just be overlooking something, but how do you run SR Stamps.Com with SR FedEx? One reason I wanted to switch to shiprush was because I thought I'd be able to compare my rates on a certain package between USPS and FedEx. My computer won't let me run both versions of shiprush though, even side by side. If I need to get a separate computer to run the other version, that wouldn't be too much of a problem, but is there a way to run them both side by side?

How to use handheld terminal with ShipRush to print labels

I'm thinking about use a handheld terminal to scan packages, and ShipRush prints the label automatically. Is this possible? If so, where can I find information/tutorial about that?

Getting the above error message in my.shiprush, the below message in MyWebstore:

Order download finished 3 days ago. Most recent download failed 3 days ago.
Next order retrieval in about 2 min.

Any ideas what the cause is??

Order Notes

I just started using ShipRush with my Volusion store, and everything has gone smoothly, except I just noticed that the Order Notes that customers can add in their order are not importing into ShipRush. Order Notes can have some important shipping information in them. Is there something I've missed, or is there a way to map the order notes into Shiprush?

Hi,
I am getting following error when generating UPS return label using Shiprush 10.2 version.

First time its creating label correctly but when i am trying to create shipment and execute method StartNewShipment(), it is giving this error.

Service Mapping

I am having the worst time getting my service mapping to work. I had it all set up but had to delete my store out of shiprush for a problem with Volusion. Now I can't get my mapping so it works and I can't remember how it was set up before. It should be fairly easy but apparently I am missing something. anyone else have this trouble?

How to change "Reference" Field for Amazon Orders

Hello,

I had originally been using ShipRush on an old computer and today installed it on a newer computer. The previous computer was using OS XP and my current computer uses Windows 7. I read some instructions online and was able to transfer my previous settings by copying and pasting the data files from my old computer to my new computer.

Anyway, I wanted to test and see if it worked and went to ship an Amazon order. All of my settings are there, however the "Reference" field that is automatically filled in is getting filled in with different information. On my old computer the reference field got filled in with what the customer ordered, and now it is getting filled in with the PO number.

How do I change it so that the Reference field goes back to filling in what the customer ordered??

Error message aater printing labels in Order Manager

I have the following error message after printing FedEx and USPS labels in Order Manager:



I have purged both databases to minimum, I have repaired/indexed them as well. ShipRush version: 10.2.0.61774.

Immediately after the error message, SR shuts down without updating database (order still shows not shipped) and eBay is not updated. It doesn't happen all the time but probably 10% of the time.

How to fix it?

Are there any plans to integrate OnTrac shipping into ShipRush? They are becoming a pretty important regional carrier in the West.

Hello, It would be wonderful if there was the option to EDIT the template for pick slips.

Other suggestion would be a repository of templates that have been created for others with screenshots of what they look like.

Discounts Showing On Packing Slip

I'm importing my orders from Volusion. All the coupons and discounts, including Free Shipping, are appearing as Items mixed in with the products on the packing slip. It shows up like this:

Item #1
Item #2
Free Shipping
Item #3
Newsletter Coupon
Item #4

Is there any way to remove those coupons and discounts from showing up on the packing slip, or even just have them at the bottom of the list? It may be an issue with Volusion because they show up on the bottom of the list if I print the packing slip from Volusion, but at least they're always at the bottom of the list.

Upgrading Shiprush from V9

I currently use Shiprush Order Manager for Stamps V9.6
I would like to upgrade to the new V10.2 and am wondering what the best procedure is.
I run on a single PC that holds the program and database, no networking or multiple stations.
Do I simply backup the database from within order manager, under "Settings" "back up now" and then run the 10.2 installer?

Once I upgrade, will my previous order history still be there? to be able to look up old shipments? Or will the new version 10.2 be making a totally new database? If it makes a new one, should/ can I install the 10.2 version separately so I can still go back to 9.6 to find old orders if need be?

I am actually running order manager on a virtual PC on my mac, so I could make a new virtual machine to install 10.2 on if it is recommended to start 10.2 on a fresh system, or if this is necessary to keep V9 databases intact.
