Error: eBay order retrieval failed. eBay was very slow responding.

Hi, we are not able to download ebay orders starting this morning. We login to the my.shiprush and it shows:

Error: eBay order retrieval failed. eBay was very slow responding. Please try setting up this store again in a few hours. [ZF Error: 33409]

Can we know if this is a known problem? How can we fix it? Thank you

ShipRush FedEx labels for are printing with incorrect hub codes

I have a customer located in MN that states their FedEx driver is informing them that the ShipRush FedEx labels are printing with incorrect hub codes. They are running v9.6.0.57399.

Order Has Disappeared

I received a new order from ebay and it was showing just fine in myshiprush. I printed a label which was for smartpost and then dropped the package off at dropoff location. A little later I ended up printing a second label by accident but that label was for Fedex home. I voided the Fedex home label but now myshiprush will only show the voided label and will not show the smartpost label. I logged in to ebay and made sure that the home label was removed from there. Tried to redownload/refresh myshiprush but still just shows the voided label. The smartpost label is still active and in transit yet I cannot get it to show in myshiprush. I even tried restoring a database backup from earlier in the day and refreshing agin but no go. I deleted the webstore, created a new one, refreshed and it still will only show the voided label. What happened to the first label (smartpost) and why will it not show both the active label and the voided label. The labels were created for 2 different shipping types and had different tracking numbers. The only difference was the smartpost label was printed through ebay and the home label was printed through your shiprush software. I even tried deleting my webstore, completely uninstalling shiprush software and then reinstalled shiprush software and recreated my webstore and refreshing but it still only shows the voided home label. What the heck is wrong? The home label is voided and removed from ebay and the smartpost is currently active on ebay yet myshiprush will only show the voided and deleted home label.

Does SR Basic for UPS require the same manual download and install of the rates zip file as the pro version?

I have one customer in Canada shipping only in Canada with UPS. The rest of my sites are US Domestic Pro SR.

Mark Up only for UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.

Is there anyway to apply markup only for UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.?

Let's say we have UPS Published Rate in the ShipRush Rate files. However, we want to show the rate with 20% markup on the Published rate if we ship UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. We want to keep the Published Rate if we ship regular UPS Next Day Air.

If my understanding is correct, UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. share the same rate file. Therefore, the above situation is difficult for me to handle.

Is there anyway to handle the situation?

Why Stamps.com is more expensive than ebay re: Priority padded flat rate envelopes?

We have been a great customer of ShipRush/stamps.com for several years. We have always been happy with the service. We had trouble recently printing a label for an USPS priority mail padded flat rate envelope so we went to ebay.com to print the label instead. Rather than the usual $5.70 for a padded flat rate envelope, the cost was only $5.30 on ebay. We do a lot of shipping everyday and use these padded flat rate envelopes on a regular basis. This $0.45 difference can mean a huge savings for us. Why is it that it costs only $5.30 on ebay and $5.70 on stamps.com?

Fedex delivery conf default

I have SR ver. 10.0.0.58364

In SR I set my Fedex delivery confirmation to "indirect signature" and if my shipment is Fedex ground it defaults correctly but if the shipment is Fedex home then it defaults to "service default" which means no signature for the package. Very frustrating to have to have to double check to see it it is going to ask for an indirect signature as eBay wants a signature on my packages. If I don't get a signature I don't get any seller protection (meager as it is) from eBay.

How can I make sure all my packages regardless of shipment service get "indirect signature"? :D

FedEx Home Delivery Showing As Smartpost

I printed a label in Ebay for Fedex home delivery but it is showing as smartpost in both Shiprush software and on My.shiprush.com. How do I correct this? I keep trying to use this software to help with my record keeping but this is my second attempt at using it and the second time it has an issue. I don't understand why if it shows as a certain service in ebay, why it then shows a different service in both shiprush and myshiprush. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Help With Programming a Bar Code Scanner

I am interested in streamlining shipping by adding a Bar Code scanner. I have spent some time reading through the forum, and attempting to comprehend the programming, however it seems over my head. Basically I am looking to scan a "Sage 50 Accounting 2014" bar-coded invoice and have ShipRush automatically;

1. Gather and forward 'Ship To' name, address, and phone number.
2. Open ShipRush and have proper service selected, (i.e. Ground, Next Day Air, etc.).
3. Know and select proper terms, (i.e. Prepaid, Freight Collect, Third Party), and if Freight Collect or Third Party know and enter their UPS account number.

The goal is to place a package on the scale, scan an invoice, enter box dimensions, and print labels. Is this all possible? Is there more detailed instructions on how to program some or all of these actions?

ZP450 Printing partia / jumbledl shipping labels when printing more than 40 in bulk

Hello,

When I print more than 40 bulk labels, It will partially print a jumbled shipping label for every other label. If I print in batches of under 40, it prints fine. I'm auto printing packing lists and they never have an issue. I can look up and reprint the label without any problems. Is this an issue with the printer?

I am using ShipRush 10.2 UPS version in my code.
Is this the same process how I create regular label or different?

Trouble Launching shiprush

I have been using shiprush USPS for over 2 weeks now but i recently couldn't launch my shiprush neither am i able to make any shipment , i have tried all my possible best to make it work but all has proven futile ... Please advice

Getting error in End of day processing

Hi,

I have upgraded shiprush from 8 to 10.2 version. When i am running end of day process, getting error -

02/07/2014 11:10:47 AM 10.2.0.61774 REDIST CLE Import Error: DB table for required CLE object is empty. No "PkgBillWtExempt.txt" file(s) found at "c:\program files\z-firm llc\shiprush v10\upsrates\upsdistributables\softwaredefault\".

This error i am getting on ShipRush server PC, 2 more workshations are connected to this ShipRush server PC.

Can you please help me to resolve this.

Printing issues with Fedex Airbills starting today.

Today on certain orders we starting getting glitches on airbills where they did not print correctly. We have been running shiprush for over 4 years and never encountered this error. I attached a sample of the airbill.

We are using version 9.6.0.51813 with the SDK.

We haven't changed any settings and this happens on multiple machines. It also only appears to affect Fedex non-ground services.

ShipRush won't let me log in

I recently had to master reset my computer and re-install ShipRush. I put in my account number and such and when it takes me to the log in page after I select my stores (Ebay) it tells me my log-in or Password is incorrect. I even had them reset my password and it is still saying it is not valid. Has anyone else have this problem????

Can't login when upgraded SQL Server to 2012

We have been using ShipRush for months connecting to SQL Server 2008 r2. Just changed machines and upgraded to SQL Server 2012. I keep getting invalid user error. Any known issues?
