I'm running ShipRush v.8.0.0.40023 and ShipRushService.exe keeps crashing. I have to force quit the service from Task Manager and start it back up so my customer can ship UPS. It used to happen once every other month. Now it's happening multiple times a week.

ShipRush v9 and SmartPost
I have heard that an upgrade to v10 will be required in order for SmartPost to work properly after a certain point this month. We are currently using v9 and would like to know if an upgrade is necessary to avoid any issues with this or other FedEx ship methods.

Return Label generated automatically
I noticed on a few orders a return label is being printed automatically with the regular label. I did not want this. How did this happen?

Service Not Available UPS
We wanted to ship UPS Next Day Air Early AM service to zip code 44010, but ShipRush shows error, "Service Not Available to this destination". It can ship UPS Next Day or 2nd Day without the error. If I check UPS website and calculate Time and Cost, UPS offers the Early AM service to the address. How can I fix the issue?

Packing List on Doc-tab
I have customized the packing list with Quantity, Sku and Item Title and it prints correctly when I choose to print a sample, but when I choose label+packing list 1/2" the only thing printed on the doc tab is: "Packing List" and "Order" with no information about the order.

Amazon "Upload Order Related Files" ERROR
things have been working fine with Shiprush for stamps.com ORder Manager, but today when processing and printing my Amazon orders, all the order related files transmitted to Amazon all had errors, and thus, none of them confirmed being "shipped" with Amazon and I had to go in and confirm each order by hand ---
How can I find out what the issue is? How to go about fixing?
my eBay transactions seem to be still processing fine, its just the Amazon ones with the error.
I downloaded the "view processing report" but I'm not sure what to look for. I see it keeps saying "result message code 25"

Xcart CC orders not transferring to Shiprush paid folder when captured
We had this same problem a while back and the only way tech support could offer a solution was for us to refresh our orders in My.Shiprush to push them to our desktop app. Then they would finally go into the paid orders folder. Now it is happening again. All our paid cc orders stay in the waiting for payment folder in the Shiprush desktop app. no matter how many times we refresh. We can manually move them over to the paid folder but there is too much room for error there with some orders getting overlooked. It would be nice if they would just transfer to paid folder like they used to. Any suggestions?

Intermittent vertical line (blank) through thermal label ZP450
Getting blank 3/4" line through label text, top to bottom, sometimes in the shipping label, often through the packing slip. Comes and goes. Restarted printer, computer, Shiprush many times, usually goes away (never sure why), always comes back.
Bought new identical printer to solve problem some months back, same issue. Any idea?

Amazon won't update unshipped orders after we shipped.
ShipRush v.10.2.0.62220
From yesterday, our Amazon won't update the unshipped orders after we shipped out the orders. Right now, there is 185 orders on ShipRush, 357 on Amazon store.
Is this Amazon system error or ShipRush.
We already did the Refesh timer and Re-Download recent orders.
Please help.

Ship rush won't update to Volusion
I see that there were problems with Amazon which show fixed, but we are having a problem uploading to Volusion. FedEx is uploading fine, but the USPS (stamps.com) orders are not. This started yesterday

Wrong carrier uploading to ebay
We have noticed an influx in cases open on eBay recently. The issue is the information that a customer receives when they receive their tracking is incorrect. For instance a shipment may be shipped out FedEx smart post however the information on the eBay screen shows standard shipping so when they go to track it they are not seeing the correct information.

Shiprush for USPS error: it cannot print shipping labels for some orders.

I'm one customer of Shiprush for USPS software, most of the time it works fine; but today, when I use it to print shipping labels, I found it cannot print dozens of the orders (while the other orders just are fine), and it contiuneousely returned the following error message:

I tried to search from Shiprush forum, but I didn't get any threads to talk about this weired errors. For the time being, I cannot use it to print all the left orders, which would affect our customers' shoppoing experience from us.

X cart orders not transferring to Shiprush at all
Related to same problem from last week, except now our orders this morning are not coming over at all, even to MyShiprush. Got a lot of boxes to go out and mailman is coming soon!

Xcart orders still not transferring again
Same thing this morning. Orders will not transfer over to MyShiprush or the paid folder in the desktop app. Please help! We've already tried the reboot.

Xcart orders problem again
We finally got the orders to transfer yesterday using the refresh timer instructions from the link you sent. Today nothing we do makes the orders come over. There is no error message. When we try to update MyShiprush access we never get a pop up window that says Access to myShiprush successfully updated, after we login. Refresh timer doesn't work. We do see a box open when we refresh on the order manager page that looks like orders are downloading, but nothing ever shows up anywhere. Not in the unpaid folder, paid folder or even in MyShiprush.
We can't keep going through this every morning when trying to get our orders out on time. What else do you suggest? We need a permanent solution.

FedEx Multiple Piece Return Shipment
We use Shiprush for our FedEx outgoing shipments primarily because of how easily it handles multiple piece shipments.
Unfortunately, it does not allow multiple piece return shipments. The FedEx website does allow us to create multi piece return shipments, so it doesn't appear to be a FedEx issue, and it would be really helpful if we could do this for our returns.
