Any way to get better than 8% off 1-5lbs ground/home delivery? Disct on res surcharg?

I'm using the eBay FedEx Advantage program. 1-5lbs 8%, 6-10lbs 10%, 11-149lbs 17%. Extra couple percent if I spend enough.

Most of my packages are 1-5lbs Ground & Home Delivery.

Most of my packages go to residential addresses.

Any way to get better rates? Either higher discount for 1-5lbs or even 6-10lbs -- or a discount that lowers the residential surcharge?

ShipRush UPS PRO - Not working

Hello Support,

I have a customer that's Shiprush UPS PRO v9.6.0.55678 stopped functioning totally. Complex setup due to many UPS account numbers. Errors I am seeing are:
11/05/2013 9:02:49 AM 9.6.0.55678 Shipment (IntExecuteShip) Error: [120400] Missing or invalid shipment payment method.

11/05/2013 9:02:49 AM 9.6.0.55678 AUTORET Automatic Return Shipment failed: Error: [120400] Missing or invalid shipment payment method.

Custom Packing list

Hi,

I'm using Shiprush 10.0 for USPS with Stamps for Amazon sales. I wanting to redo my packing list to show the SKU of each product correctly. I'm fine with just one product, but with anything over two it does not show the SKU of the product and shows it on the line with the incorrect product.

I have dropped the existing coding in here if that helps.

Can I use Shiprush with WooCommerce?

Hi,
About 9 months ago I asked if I could use Shiprush with the WooCommerce plugin for Wordpress. I was told them, that Clipboard shipping was mostly likely the only way to make it work with my Stamps.com USPS account.

Has anything changed? Is there a better way to ship now with your product?

Packing Slip - SKU Issues

Hello,
On the packing slip I am using the SKU to show the warehouse which part numbers need to be pulled. Unfortunately, I can not figure out how to make the SKU display more than a certain amount of characters in the "Classic" mode. My part numbers are getting cut off, because some of my orders contain up to 5 part numbers. If I switch to the packing slip via Ship Rush, it prints a blank white page. 2 seperate issues which ShipRush customer service could not figure out immediately. Any suggestions would be appreciated. If you are aware of a post similar to this one, please provide the URL. Thank you!

ShipRush Account Registration Failed

Hi,

I am trying to install UPS ShipRush v9.6 on one of our shipping computers and I am receiving the following error when trying to activate/setup.

Account registration failed

(PLDAccountProcessor.Init) Unable to init UPS Communication API: (Initializing COM interface) OLE error 80049D6D

I have checked all the account information and tried reinstalling multiple times and still no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

Next time you update SR and fix the auto weight update issue, could you fix the issue as seen in the attached image. An example of a proper window as seen in all other programs written for windows is on the left, SR is on the right.

Been waiting for this almost 4yrs now.

Order number column shipment history

This would help a lot for after SR crashes and shipments don't get uploaded, or some do and some don't and you currently have to search each name to get their order numbers to then go see if they were uploaded or not.

Does ShipRush support OS Commerce and if it does can the information be written back into OS Commerce? Also, if I have multiple users that are using ShipRush can OS Commerce also be setup for multiple users?

ShipRush bills FedEx as collect not bill to recipient account #.

When we bill the recipient FEDEX account number, shiprush set charges as collect, since recipient is not setup as collect, charges get sent back to shipper. We have incurred a large amount of FedEx shipping charges and could not figure out why. This does not happen with UPS charge to recipient account number, only FedEx.

ebay SKU

How does shiprush pull the SKU from ebay? I've added an item specific field called "SKU" and put the info in there but nothing actually get's pulled into shiprush. Orders show an empty field in shiprush for SKU. How exactly should I set it up in ebay so shiprush properly pulls it. Thanks.

ShipRush can NOT retrieve older orders

I am using ShipRush with a Magento ecommerce store. I have everything configured and ShipRush seems to be retrieving all the current orders correctly. The problem I am having is ShipRush will only retrieve orders from within the last week. I have orders from October that I need to have downloaded so that I can ship them. These orders were placed in the system before I had ShipRush installed.

Is there a way to force ShipRush to retrieve all old orders, so that it can download orders from a month ago?

ShipRush Extremely Slow Updating

The last two weeks we have been experiencing very slow updating. It is slow to print the label and then even slower updating once the label is printed. It takes approximately 2 minutes from the time the label is printed to the time the order manager comes back up. Any ideas or suggestions?
