I am working with a third-party back-office application that interfaces with ShipRush via the v10 service. The application is supposed to support multiple carriers, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. How do I install ShipRush for all three carriers on one server and access them through a single ShipRush service?

SR doesnt recognize printer from settings

I am using SR through Quick Books 2013. I have the correct label printer selected in the settings window but when I try to print I get a printer not found error referencing a different printer that is not currently connected. I have attached a couple of screen shots to further explain.

hi,

i connect my shiprush in to my opencart store.
then i got these error.
Unable to connect via FTP to server ' my server'. Please check that this server can be accessed via FTP from any public IP address. See Help for details. 530 Login authentication failed

i have ftp username and password and i am using these password to connect to my store using filezilla

Cannot access export documents for International shipment

I have a customer that running ShipRush FedEx v9.6.50524 and he can no longer access the export document feature. Now the weight for international shipments are incorrect. Please help.

shipped orders stilll marked not shipped

I am using SR for stamps.com for amazon store , When I open SRush I still can see 5 days old orders marked not shipped month old not shipped ether . During 3 years period we trying to use this software but there is always problems -Seems not reliable at all , we are shipping 50000 packages per year and would be nice to automate shipping process with ship rush . May be we have to hire programmer for this integration to use. What am I doing wrong. Are there personal support of this software ?? can anybody teach us to use it so we will not loose money on already shipped orders etc...

Trying to ship Hazardous Materials

I am trying to ship some carbon dioxide canisters but I can't get all the way through the shipping process in shiprush. Whenever I fill out the needed information I get and error that says: FedEx server returned: "Package 1 - Invalid dangerous goods commodity data for commodity 1 in container 1". [ship:7802]



The attached image is to show what extra info it is prompting me for. I called FedEx themselves yesterday and asked what went into each cell and after doing what they said I still got the error. They had no clue what the quantity part was supposed to contain.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding automated emails from ShipRush - wher do you edit the email that is sent?

I am having issues with customers wanting to respond to the automated confirmation emails with the tracking #'s that ShipRush sends. I was wanting to edit a portion of the automated email that says: "This is an automated e-mail. Please do not respond to this e-mail. If you have questions please email xxxxxxx@gmail.com." but I do not know where I can make edits (such as making text bold and red so customers see not to respond to the emails that ShipRush sends)

Address reporting residential when commercial

I got an address that I know it's a commercial address but Shiprush would only work if residential is checked and would not quote the FedEx Ground rate.

If I enter on FedEx's site, it would create a FedEx Ground label.

Hello,
Amazon is not downloading all of our orders onto shiprush, we have tried refreshing many times without success. We have both shiprush for USPS and FedEx. Do we need to delete our Amazon store and reinstall or is there a simpler solution?

Orders Downloading as Waiting For Payment In ShipRush

We currently use BigCommerce for our store platform, and everything seems to be running smoothly with FedEx and USPS ship Rush. However, I had a customer contact me today, saying she logged into her account and it still says "Awaiting FullFillment", and she ordered this last Friday, so it should of shipped.

I see her in our store as being payed up (and checked our gateway as well), however in ShipRush, she is not under Paid, I can not search her order number in the search bar, as nothing comes up. The only way to access her order is go to Waiting for Payment (which she already has paid) and go through the list of names.

Im worried that other payed customers may be sitting in that list, can you please advise how we can fix this issue?

error #11010 and corrupt file

This is not something that I get all the time, but at least once a day I get the following errors and I have no idea what to do.

I have gone into the system and done a purge a repair and a back up on both databases.

1. DBISAM Engine Error #11010 table or back up file "package" does not exist

2. Database has corrupt files

HELP! Anyone know how to fix this?

ALT-5 Reference field showing as #5 on invoice field

ShipRush is correctly pulling the correct reference information from the QB invoice but does anyone know a way to stop appearing on the printed invoice?


To be clear, I want it to continue using "ALT-5" as a reference but do not want it to print on my invoice. Attached is a little snippet showing what prints out and the second is the invoice template setting.

ERROR - Access violation

Huge problem with no NOTES data transferred ?

Updating a computer system that used to get orders from paypal, the old version was shiprush version 7.5.0.34465 and windows xp, worked great for many years.. I am updating to another newer system with windows 7 and shiprush version 10.20.60717

then problem is that the data included in the notes area that used to be transferred in the older version does NOT transfer in the newer version of shiprush. I have included pictures of the old version and new version notes area when opening a transaction, HOW can we get the data in the new version? this is a HUGE problem ...?

by the way the way the notes came in before were always the CUSTOMER NOTES... added...by the customer, and again they still come in with the OLDER VERSION but not the NEWER ONE

GX420D locking up with SR

I am running the latest beta of shiprush v10.2.0.61273 for stamps. For a little while here I have been having troubles with my printer locking up with shiprush only. Details:

If it matters SR with SQL.

I call up the order with the order number in the search window, this opens the shipment screen. I then weigh and hit the print button. The search window pops back up up and no lablel prints, however, in the 'view shimpment' screen there is a valid label.

If hit the feed button on the printer and it does not feed a label. If I hit the re print button it does not print. I have to power cycle the printer and wait until the feed button goes green, then I hit the re-print button and the label will print. I have updated the printer to the latest driver (october 13 date).

At first I though the printer may be the problem, but it doe not lock when I use it for other apps (I also have an endicia account I print through another provider for my international packages without problem).

Sometimes I can print 20 labels without issue, other times I have it lock after each print. I have re-booted my machine countless times.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?
