Sears Not Porting Email Addresses to Shiprush this AM?

It seems as though about 1/2 of the orders I have to ship this morning don't have the standard sears Email Address that is supplied with the orders on them.

Is this a Shiprush issue or a sears issue?

Question on Customer changing to Shiprush from another product - rates

We have a customer using a different product(World Ship) from ShipRush. Were wanting to change them to ShipRush. They have a special setup with UPS. Special orders to select zip codes get upgraded to Next Day Air Saver, but the customer is charged ground freight + ups surcharge. Can ShipRush handle this situation?

Printing Additional Shipping Label

Greetings to everybody on the forums. New ShipRush user since August 2013 here, and I've got a question. I usually ship internationally (via FedEx Express) and when I print a label via ShipRush, international always prints out 2 labels and a packaging label. I need 3 labels and would like to disable the printing of the packaging label. How would I go about that? Help would definitely be appreciated. I plan on shipping over 100 international packages this month.

Browser Plugin Fedex MVC .net PostBack problem

Email alert message error

We have SR connected to Zen Cart
SR pulls in the order info from Zen Cart
If there is an mistake in an address, we can only correct it in SR as SR will no longer pull the order (corrected) in from Zen. Which is okay.
We correct the error in Shiprush, and then print the label

The problem is that the Email alert generated by SR still has the old incorrect address.

Also, if the address is corrected in SR, it does not trickle down to the Export page. It must be manually changed there too.

FedEx tracking number not working correctly

We have shiprush working with our QB system and it was working just fine until about 2 weeks ago.
When we would make a shipping order, the shipper would take the order and process it through shiprush, during that time the fedex tracking number would print out on the shipping order in QB.
It stopped doing this, so I went into the shiprush system and changed it to put it in the memo field of the shipping order form in QB.
It puts it in the shipping order in QB, so I know it works.
So I changed it back to put it on the line and it wont work.

Any suggestions?

I have been experiencing problems with Shiprush, printing labels. FEDEX express saver labels are not printing shipping barcodes anymore for fedex to scan, thus they are not accepting my packages. How can i fix this issue, it is quite frustrating to deal with

Were trying to use the bar code feature on the packing lists to accept our product sku. Our product skus on Amazon have letters. Is it possible for Ship Rush to create a code 128 bar code with characters?

Does anyone know how to get the automatic email working without having to go through all of the microsoft security stuff everytime a label is printed? I just got a new computer and am having a heck of a time!

Not getting all of my Amazon import data

I switched to a new computer and installed Shiprush for Stamps and am not getting all my orders imported from Amazon. Some are from a few hours ago and I see them in my Amazon account, but not on Shiprush. Please let me know what information you may need to troubleshoot this issue.

I have a client that ships multiple sales orders to international address and needs to combine into one for ITN export number and electronic invoicing purposes, same functionality would be needed in FedEx.

Occasional mis-print of labels on zp450, can live with it for now.

But how do I reprint a packing list. Shipping label no problem, but cannot find a button for the other.

Printed 3 bulk labels per shipment, accidentally.

Hi,

I was sending out a batch of express saver envelopes yesterday, and due to some printer issues I printed out 3 sets of bulk labels for all of my recipients.

I added the contacts to list, setup the shipping options as normal for me and hit print all bulk. they got sent to the printer but did not get printed due to hardware issues.

I cleared the list (this is the part where I might have screwed up) and added to bulk and printed again. Same thing happened once more before I was able to resolve the hardware issues.

Will I get charged for the unused labels? I only sent out the labels that were printed the third time.

Shiprush is removing the dot (.) from sender name

Using Shiprush 9 UPS web service interface and it is reformatting the senders name to remove any formatting.

Sender name should be "Walmart.com"
Shiprush changes this to "WALMART COM"


Is there any way to get the senders name to include the period?

12057 Error

I recently upgraded to ShipRush Version 10.0.0.58589 for USPS stand alone. I cannot get a label to print now specifically using Library Mail. I get an 12057 Error. Please help.

I have tried using the Native & Windows Internet Connection options and neither one will give me a label, although when I click on Test in those dialog screens the test is successful under the "Windows" connection but when I use the "Native" selection connection I get this error. "ERROR: www.microsoft.com, 151: Moved temporarily OK: www.google.com.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
