Problems with Shiprush today

We are unable to use ShipRush for Endicia today. Thought we should do the update to Shiprush 10 but you only list for Stamps and we HATE using stamps as there are too many problems. Is there an update for Endicia?

Follow up, we have it working again, but is there an update?

Fedex problems

Is anyone having any trouble creating FedEx labels today? I am guessing that it is the FedEx website as we can not track confirmation numbers either. But I wanted to check here as well.

ShipRush updating every night

Is this normal?

The same window I get when I upgraded to V10 pops up almost nightly around 1AM and tells me to go get coffee.

Phone number issues

It seems that all of our orders this morning are pulling in with a random 3 or 4 digit number in the phone number field. We can not locate where this number is even coming from.

Shiprush is not open yet so I thought i'd check here first! Anyone having this problem or an idea how to fix it? It is happening on Fedex and Stamps.com

Shiprush setting wrong mail type in RMS

I upgraded to V10 and now the default mail setting is priority. I went into shipping settings and changed it to first class but shipments are still coming up as priority. I've double checked the setting and restarted both Z ship and RMS with no change.

Long Addresses not "wrapping"

Is there a setting/feature/function that will allow the ultra long addresses to auto wrap to address line 2?

You know the customers who have:
Ship To:
John Doe
12345 State College, Department of health and Human Services, 3rd Floor, cubicle 12.
NYC, NY. 10031

Rather than using the 2nd line its all on 1?
And shiprush just cuts it off after so many letters and leaves off 3rd floor, cubicle 12.

Hoping either a "Warning message" or auto wrap feature is available, but I don't know?

Does anyone know how to specifically link ship rush to quickbooks? I have been using Ship Rush for some time to link to my Amazon, Ebay and other stores, but now I have also switched to quickbooks and the system says that I should be able to link to it.

When I search help and get the instructions, the first thing it says to do is go into ship rush settings "ShipRush Settings are reached by right-clicking on the ShipRush icon in the system tray and selecting Settings | Program Settings | CM Settings "

This does not work....when I right click on the icon, I do not get a settings option. When I go into setting from the main screen...there is no mention of quickbooks.

So, How do I set it up and link to it?

I am using ship rush version 9.6.0.55678

Time in Email Wrong

In respect to the email notification that the customer receives when the item has shipped, the time of day appearing when the email was sent is showing 3 hours ahead of the real time....is there a setting to change the time zone I am in?

No Postage Price Displayed on Domestic Mail

Just noticed a change this morning. Once a domestic label is printed, the postage cost is no longer displayed in the confirmation pop-up, nor on the label, and the confirmation pop-up instructs to use a postage meter or go in to the Post Office to add postage.

International labels seem to be operating normally.

I preferred when postage cost was displayed on the label. Can we get that back?

Initial Installation problems

We have just added UPS Pro to our subscription which previously was just FedEX. We use Quickbooks Enterprise version 13. FedEX SR has been no problem for the past year and changing over to SR FedEX version 10 has not been a problem. UPS Pro is another story...finally got partially through the set up wizard and after entering our account info, the following error came up:

(PLDAccountProcessor.Init) Unable to init UPS Communication API: (Creating COM interface) Class not registered, ClassID: {CCA7BBD5-D2A0-11D1-81BB-4000641C258A}

We tried following the instructions in srua-0279 with absolutely no luck. In safe mode, the SR service is stopped and can not be started in safe mode so we can not even try starting SR in safe mode to go through the wizard.
Any ideas? Anyone...

Using a older version of shiprush and for some reason when it tries ot get the transactions form paypal it very slow and hangs,, what cause this is there a cache file or something?

Hi,
We sell on eBay and Amazon, and we also have a custom e-commerce platform. We do all of our shipping via stamps.com.

I found sample xml xml output for the ZenCart module so I built an interface to export our order data that mimics the ZenCart data feed.

Everything seems to work fine initially. And when I first tried it worked fine for a few days. But eventually when I try to export I get the following error:

"Unable to convert Webstore XML to ShipRush TRequest XML. Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Can anyone shed any light on what this means?

Install problem: Error accessing Quickbooks in QBXML mode

I just downloaded ShipRush and tried to install, but I got this error:

Error accessing Quickbooks in QBXML mode. Please make sure that you are using Quickbooks 2002 Pro or higher and <QuickBooks dir >\QBXMLRP.DLL is registered. In order to register QBXMLRP.DLLtype "REGSVR32 QBXMLRP.DLL" in command line. The operation will continue in non-QBXML mode.

Anybody know the solution? I installed on XP machine.

Fedex 4x5" labels setting in ShipRush

I've had shiprush for a while but I've recently got a LP2844 label printer and ordered the only labels fedex has available on their site and they are 4"x5". The only setting in shiprush is for 4x6, so how can I get it to work? Sorry if I'm missing something obvious.

Getting a "Unable to talk to database. Reference number #8e581097-018b-4688-a7ad-1db10e484c9b" after finishing the refreshing process from My.ShipRush, this is only affecting my Amazon Web-stores USA and Canada. I tried refreshing from My.ShipRush but so far I can only see half my orders. Any ideas?

Prestashop Bundle/Packs on ShipRush Packing List

May have inquired before but asking about again. In Prestashop, there is the option to make a product a combination of multiple products or 'Pack'. Just wondering if there has been others that need for the items of a Pack to be on the 'Print Packing List' printout from ShipRush? Desperately needed.

International Shipping

MX South upgrading server from Win XP-64 to W-7-64

We are going to upgrade our company server from XP to W-7 shortly. I will need to migrate Shiprush and all history from one to the other. What are the issues involved with getting this done? Should I just connect with you guys for a support session to make sure we get this done successfully? Thanks. Jeff
