Ebay and shiprush, but no ebay discount

Hi, I have been an ebay seller for 13 years now. I use ebay for my shipping, and have been using fedex a lot for my heavier packages. I usually print right off ebay and use pouches.

We have been shipping so much these days we picked up a zebra thermal printer for labels. Been saving us a ton on toner and labels.

We couldn't figure out how to print fedex labels direct from ebay. They were printing too small. So we found out about shiprush. Signed up and were about to start using it, but we noticed right away packages shipped and printed direct from ebay were much cheaper than shiprush. The 33% discount or whatever it is that ebay gives us to ship fedex.

We checked and double checked and we do have our fedex account linked in ebay as far as we can see.

An example - a package I have in front of me is $11.94 to ship fedex home from ebay, the same exact package eneterd into shiprush shows $15.61

How can we get our discount to come through using shiprush? And if we can't is there any other way to print fedex labels using a thermal printer (4x6) directly off ebay?

Any help would be great

Upgrading cre Loaded to ShipRush v10

Hello,

Is it necessary to upgrade the shoppingcart API to upgrade the PC Shiprush application to version 10? Currently we are running the cre Loaded version 2.0.0.49231

Upgraded to v10 Lost web stores

I upgraded to ShipRush v10 ecommerce edition and my web stores are gone on one machine. It looks like it has installed as the "stand alone" version.

I've verified that I downloaded the "ecommerce" version and even tried uninstalling and re-installing, but no luck.

Any suggestions?

ShipRush is deleting items on invoices

A few of my orders that i ship thru ShipRush for FedEx have been deleting all of the items in the invoice when it is adding the tracking number. It has happened 3 times now and i have only been using ShipRush for a week. It does not to it to every order just a few for some reason. Please Help!

SR Stamps - Automatic "get email updates" for postal shipments.

With the recent updates to the Postal Priority Mail service, the post office keeps improving their tracking. Now on every "Track & Confirm" page there is an "get e-mail updates" button that enables the user to enter name, and email and request current status, or future status updates for the package.

This is essentially what I Fedex does with a package automatically, and helps level the playing field for the post office.

I was wondering if the post office now offers any way for the customer's email to be passed automatically by Stamps.com to sign up a package for tracking updates.

SR Stamps already has the notification email address and my sender information so transmitting that information to the post office might already be happening, but somehow we just need to tell the post office to "Send Updates" or ultimately "Send Delivered Notice".

I presently tell the customer in the notification email that they could sign up for additional updates, but it seems like an unnecessary step. Is there a setting that I can use to 'turn on' "Get email updates"

No SCAN form - But shipments exist.

This had been happening a couple times a week on SR V9 , and now running SR Stamps V10.0.0.58364 it still happens.
I close the shipping day to print a scan form,
the processing message box appears, then a message box saying
"Shipping day Closed. There are no pending shipments, so there is no SCAN form to print"

But when I pull up "view shipments" today there are 52 packages listed.

I attempt to choose SCAN form from the shipping screen, and whether I choose all accounts or just one the same message appears.

When I log into STAMPS.COM all 52 items are there, and can be selected and a SCAN form generated. But only the manager has access to the STAMPS.com account, so this disrupts the workflow.

Any ideas?

Barcode scanning without SQL

I think it would be great if you could integrate barcode scanning into your basic software. I would love to scan in order #'s and don't want to mess with SQL.

Problems with Amazon shipping options

I recently upgraded to the latest version of ShipRush and found a problem. The Amazon orders now come across as either Generic Standard or Generic Express. This is particular problematic for Generic Express as both Amazon Expedited as well as Next Day got mapped to Generic Express. Can you tell me what's going on and what we are supposed to do?

I Can't Ship With ShipRush Fedex With Ebay... Help?

I'm using shiprush fedex version 9.6.0.53113

I have my ebay account linked with ship rush, and I'm able to see the items in the "paid" folder that need to be shipped on ShipRush. When I click on one of these items the "ship" button on ShipRush does not change to allow me to ship. For the life of me, I can't figure out how to get the darn program to even ship.

I've linked my Fedex account with the program, I can see my Fedex account number within your settings, but that "Ship" button is just greyed out. On top of that your "Est. Charges" is way off compared to the quote that Ebay and Fedex.com gives me.

I'm just really confused, I have a feeling its a really simply solution. I watched your youtube video of ShipRush fedex and the guy just clicks one of the transactions in the "Paid" folder and clicks "Ship". I wish it were that easy for me! :confused:

Shipping Instructions now printing?

I have not changed any settings, but all of a sudden -- as of today, shipping instructions are printing on the bottom half of all labels. I don't want it to print because it uses up ink.

How do I toggle this option to off? (I looked through settings and couldn't find it). Thank you.

I have double checked the address and it is correct, both UPS and FedEx deliver to it. Can't get past this. Help

Tracking numbers starting with LJ are not traceable?

Beginning July 28, the USPS was adding free Electronic Delivery Confirmation to 15 additional countries for First Class Package International Service.
Every time we print a label with shiprush it generates a number starting with LJ (which is not traceable obviously).
When we print the label on the stamps.com website we get a number starting with LZ (which is traceable).
Should not we be able to get traceable tracking numbers from Shiprush?

Product image on packing list

Is it possible to include a product image on the packing list from the Amazon marketplace? It would help us accurately pull items when shipping. Also is it possible to include the ASIN product number on the packing list from Amazon? I didn't see either of those to be an option when customizing a packing list.

ShipRush and Amazon Seller Central Downtime

Today Amazon Seller Central was down for several hours, I was able to retrieve some of the daily orders through ShipRush, however now that Amazon Seller Central is back up I see that the orders I printed this morning haven't posted on Amazon yet.
Should I wait for them to catch up and process the orders from this morning, or should I start confirming the orders I shipped this morning one by one?

We have multiple stores in our ShipRush and have added our multiple FedEx account numbers to the shipping settings.

Is there a way to make Store A use Account A and Store B to use Account B?

Shiprush printing two labels per transaction

We finally got our fedex rates correct on shiprush so woohoo!

Only other issue we have is shiprush prints our ebay fedex label But then a 2nd label prints with just 2-3 lines of info. Item, price, shipping. Like a receipt for the transaction. We would like just the shipping label to print. How can we go about doing that. We don't have the button clicked for shipping invoice (or whatever it was called) auto packing list i think it is - that isn't clicked.

We looked and can't find anything else to get it to only print the shipping label (thermal printer)

Not international shipping either only usa
