ShipRush has a setting that controls whether it shows your account rates or published rates. Perhaps the issue here is that fedex.com is showing you contract, and ShipRush is showing list.

I guess you are right, no mater what price SH or Fedex.com quotes me I only get charged when my package goes in the (Fedex) system and I expect that I'll be charged my discounted rates.
However back to the beginning. SH is printing a Fedex HD label and gives me no other option but a HD label to "1850 AIRPORT EXCHANGE BLVD STE 200 ERLANGER KY 41018-3157" when it should be printing a ground label.
I entered this address on Fedex.com and it correctly offers a ground label along with the usual expedited services but not Home Delivery.
So is eBay setting the residential flag? Or is it SH that is doing it? I've ruled out Fedex as the cause.
Regardless Fedex will charge me more for using a HD label because they either have to deliver with HD service or hand it off to ground service for delivery.
