FedEx Freight showing error when trying to ship

We started having an issue this morning with FedEx Freight services (Economy and Priority). When trying to ship an order using either service, we're getting an error of "freight collect terms not setup or not supported".

Was there a recent change to this service type, and we're just missing some setting, or is this a possible glitch?
