International Large Envelope/Flat mail

Currently I have a problem of International Large Envelope/Flat mail service.
Usually the International Large Envelope/Flat labels have tracking numbers start with LK.
eg, LK310043012US. printed on 01/24/2017.
It is trackable on USPS.
https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfi...=LK310043012US

However, since Feb 2017, all the International Large Envelope/Flat mails have custom numbers start with UC.
eg,
USPS Intl First Class, Tracking number: UC000125345US
USPS Intl First Class, Tracking number: UC000126173US
Printed on Feb 17, 2017.
They are not trackable, and there is no update on USPS.com.
Many buyers thought I haven't shipped their orders, and filed complaints.

How can I print International Large Envelope/Flat labels with trackable numbers?

Freight LTL needs PO or Reference field

We are not seeing any place to put a PO# or other reference number on freight shipments. This is showing on small package shipment screen, but once changed to FedEx freight Priority or Economy, the field disappears.

We need this info to show on the BOL for reference purposes.

UPS addresses vs USPS addresses

First, we use both UPS Pro and USPS Discount Postage with Act v17.2 with a 10 user ShipRush license.

We have a large number of customers who have a different address for UPS shipments than for USPS shipments. Most often, in our case, the USPS address is a PO Box address which as you know, UPS can not ship to a PO Box. In Act, we have separate fields set up for UPS shipping address and a USPS shipping address, but obviously ShipRush doesn't recognize the correct fields unless they are in the "default" designated ones for shipping.

I know from prior posts that you can not change the fields ShipRush uses for the shipping label.

However, we print labels from a Dymo label printer for our lightweight flats. In the Dymo plug-in for Act, we are able to completely, 100% choose what fields we want to print on the labels. I understand the label layout has to conform to the carrier, but it would seem that being able to somehow choose the fields to populate the carrier required fields would not violate the carrier's requirements.

Given that you can not ship UPS to PO Boxes, has there ever been any thought to giving ShipRush similar flexibility as in the Dymo plug-in for choosing the fields in Act to use for the shipping labels?

Or, is there a work around that you can think of to accomplish this without compromising any of the default ShipRush functionality?

Will AxInterop.ZRush_ShipRush7.dll keep working with ShipRush USPS

Hi, we have to update to ShipRush USPS now...I'm wondering whether AxInterop.ZRush_ShipRush7.dll (which we've been using for ShipRush-Endicia Visual API) will keep working?

Hi,

We have tested a couple USPS orders.

1. I am quite sure that in Shiprush-USPS settings, I set the printer to be "Thermal" and tested OK. Today somehow the printer settings all got changed...Is it caused by our account not set up correctly on my.shiprush.com?

2. In ShipRush-USPS settings we have "increase ShipDate to the next weekday" checked, but it does not work every time we start a new shipment

3. My 3rd try to test USPS shipping returned error:
My.SR Shipping returned an error: . There is an unexpected problem with your account. (Error ZF-47143)
I tried to call, but the line is busy...I have waited for 10 minutes now...

Is there a way to configure individual shipping accounts with different printing options? We drop ship using several different suppliers and we have a FedEx account for each one configured in SR. Most of them print the label on an inkjet and use an adhesive sleeve and we currently have the default printing set to half-page. One of our suppliers is using a label printer and they have asked if we could provide the labels in the 4x6 format. Is there a way for us to configure this supplier's accts differently than our others?

I use Quickbooks Online connected to ShipRush online.
I keep getting the error "The Saturday Delivery option is unavailable with the requested service. [121045] , though I am not requesting Saturday delivery. This is happening for all locations as of this morning (Monday) and has held up my dispatch today. Any ideas how to correct this? I have tried changing ship dates, but this doesn't have an effect.

Problem Adding Custom Web Store in Ship Rush

Hi,

We have registered for ShipRush free trial and downloaded the codes for PHP browser plugin Installation for a custom e-commerce store.

Based on information from Readme files in PHP package we tried to add Web store in our ShipRush account. When we choose Select Platform as 'Custom' and click Next we are getting the following error "There is an unexpected problem with your account. Please call our customer service at (206) 812-7874 to resolve it. (Error ZF-47143)".

So please let us know what is the issue.

Put email on label - no @ symbol

Is there a way to put our email address on the shipping label? We are running UPS pro 11.08. We tried both the contact row and the second address line. The @ won't print.

I am trying to setup Shipping Carrier with FedEx using my FedEx developer account but ShipRush is throwing me error that "Account Number was not valid".
So, how can we test the FedEx account with ShipRush.

Filter orders from Magento without order status

Hi there,

I'm going to integrate ShipRush with my client's Magento site. My client want to only upload "Invoiced" orders from Magento => ShipRush. However, currently, we have a status of "Processing" which is used for both Uninvoiced and Invoiced orders. So is there any way other than creating new order status, that ShipRush can use to differentiate btw 2 types of orders to only import the Invoiced ones?

Basically, for an Invoiced order, it will have invoice ID #. Can we use this to tell ShipRush to only take this type of orders?

Shiprush errors with Proxifier use

We have a customer who has switched to running all network traffic through Proxifier. They are having issues on an irregular basis with the initial nntp call and the get call to retrieve their tracking number. I could use some help with the technical details of how these calls work. There are exemptions in Proxifier for our web server and also for the myshiprush.api. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

ShipRush Destop V11:
We are trying to ship a USPS package, but it keeps saying the address is invalid (Even after we turn off the address validation in settings).
We are sure the address is valid (as we shipped to this address before with ShipRush Endicia).

The address is :
XX Makaala St
Hilo, HI 96720

Loading Fedex Account along with shipping address using ShipRush Web Kit

I think the term used was indeed Web Kit for the type of integration we use.
Essentially, our web application creates a link with a url that looks something like this:
shiprush://ship?carrier=FEDEX&ShipmentXMLURL=http://www.mywebsite.com/myapp.cgi?order_id=101898&carrier=FEDEX&sid=d79322 df329bbf985d98bec2d5b5f60b&PostBackURL=http://blahblah_etc...

We ship our own shipments and we also do fulfillment for a few other clients.
When shipping for others, we load THEIR fedex account in the console.
Doing that manually is a pain in the ... and very error prone.

Is there a way to pass the account info to ShipRush for Fedex desktop?

If not for desktop, is there a way to pass it to ShipRusb Web (we are considering still using the shiprush link to load the address as above but instead using Shiprush Web.

Where can I find the docs to transfer our integration from using ShipRush Web Plugin
where our web application creates a link with a url that looks something like this:

to an equivalent using ShipRush Web.

In short, we have the bill/ship address, carrier/ship service/ship dates etc... in our web app and we want to open ShipRush Web with
that information pre-populated (**AND** selecting what FEDEX account to use) from a single click in our own web application (much like we currently do with
ShipRush for Fedex desktop and ShipRush Web Plugin).

NOTE: I do have the MyShipRushAPIforWebAndDesktopIntegration (Feb 2016) AND the MyShipRushAPI-PUSHAPI (June 2016) documents but don't see any reference to this type of integration in there.

How to request refund on unused label

Hi,
We issued a prepaid label that the customer never used. We can no longer void it in Shiprush, but it's still within the USPS 60 day refund timeframe. USPS advises that we need to go through Shiprush. Or, if we had the account and transaction number that they may be able to issue the refund.
How do we get this info, or is there another method for requesting refunds of unused labels?
