Postback to Database

Hi, The postback utility for the Browser Plug-in is a wonderful thing.. I have 3 Questions:

1) Is there any way when I cancel a shipment to postback to my database (similar to the postback when shipping)?

2) By the regular postback, it will postback only the tracking for the first package, Even if I have multiple packages in that shipment. is there a way to make the system postback all the tracking for all packages in that shipment?

3) In the regular FedEx and UPS Shipping software provided by them they have shortcut keys (e.g. F10 for Ship, F5 Clear..) Do you have similar shortcut keys?

I would like to repeat, Your product is wonderful, a life saver..

Unable to call My.ShipRush.151:401 Unauthorized

Hi,
I keep getting the following error Unable to call My.ShipRush.151:401 Unauthorized. Unable to POST to "https://api.my.shiprush.com/accountservice.sve/user/get" (Windows).

I have read through the forums and tried to follow some fixes, re-installed/updated still nothing.

editing a created shipping label

How can I edit a shipping label I have already created (i.e., forgot to check notification and want to go back in to fix). I voided it. Can I go into Cancelled and just create a new one?

Possible to not have order automatically marked shipped on Amazon after label create?

We are needing to have our Amazon orders not be marked as shipped until after the package has actually been picked up by FedEx and is considered in transit. Is there a setting I can change to make this happen?

I feel like an easy way to solve this would be to add an option that only sends the tracking data to Amazon after we've 'closed day' which I don't see as an option anymore either. We could make our labels as we ship during the day and then once FedEx has picked up at the end of the day we could simply hit 'Close Day' and then all of the relevant shipping data would get uploaded to Amazon.

Amazon's policy states that the order information is to ONLY be updated when the item has actually been shipped out and this has created an issue for us recently. As long as ShipRush is automatically updating Amazon every time we create a label, ShipRush is having us break Amazon policy.

Is there a way to fix this or to change these settings?

Is there anyway to make the "Mark as Shipped" option update the shipped status on eBay? I don't use ShipRush to print labels but I'd like to use it to mark my orders as shipped

FedEx SmartPost "unavailable" and not all eBay sales are showing up

I have had my FedEx Account Executive activate SmartPost on my FedEx account, and I can see SmartPost pricing if I ship directly thru FedEx.com. However, thru ShipRush, I am unable to get or see SmartPost pricing. I have checked the box to enable SmartPost pricing.

Also, all of my eBay sales and shipments are not being shown in the ShipRush windows. I have tried changing the date range, refresh, exiting and re-opening ... some sales still don't show.

Open to any suggestions for either of these issues!

PayPal import problems.

After recently updating SR, imports from PayPal are not working properly. First Refresh will import a few items, then doing a Refresh again will import a few more. Worse, SR often will not import the very last item, which is where I am stuck now. Well after five refresh attempts it finally loaded the last item. What's going on???

My client has a woocommerce store that up until recently was connecting to the my.shiprush interface correctly, but now I am receiving this message when attempting to connect and download orders:

SHIPRUSH error for FedEx and Stamps.com

Automatically import Customs Document data from Quickbooks invoice fields

Is it possible to have ShipRush for UPS automatically import the data for the Customs Documentation from
a QuickBooks invoice. This would include items like description, price, quantity. It might be necessary to go
to the "Item List" database to fetch fields like weight, commodity code, etc. Does ShipRush do this or is it possible
to setup ShipRush to do this?

If this is not possible, does ShipRush remember entries made in the past (like UPS Worldship) so that the entire entry
must not be redone when the same item is exported?

I saw some steps posted here that may resolve the issue, but I could not run a save state first as it said "the installation of shiprush is not in the directory"

I ran the dbmanager and saw three accounts listed. 1 is our UPS account, another is FedEx, but the third looks like a strange generated account ID.



The problem is with running EOD for UPS but it looks like you want me to delete the UPS account number and leave the other two? Is that correct? Mainly I'm just trying to get EOD working to upload the tracking numbers.

Constantly getting error

For the past few days, I keep getting this error. It was will be constant and I'll keep trying to ship and finally, after 5-20 times of trying, it will finally go through.
Any way to fix this??? Is it shiprush or my system? I am obviously connected to the internet....

ERROR: Unknown Service Type

Searching this gave me no results. On certain shipments when trying to ship, this error comes up and prevents it. what does it mean?

Copy of the text: "Stamps.com returned an error: Unknown service type"

This occurs in USPS & FedEx.

In order manager, manually shipped items remain bold even after marking the item as shipped.

Different Web Store page?

Hello,

I have my SR Fedex setup for eBay and all is well. however I want to set up a separate instance of SR Fedex on a different PC that my partner will use on the SAME ebay account but using a different Fedex account.

I notice a discrepancy in the two instances of SR Fedex.

On my original installation under Order Manager Settings, the first screen highlighted is "eBay: (my ebay name) under web stores. On that screen it says at the top: "eBay User Id" and the page has the relevant options. However on the second instance of SR Fedex on that same page in settings I get a page that says: "My.Shiprush Web Store" with different options.

The second instance seems to point to my ebay same account but I don't have the same options such as "Save Shipping Info to my eBay...." Where I can place my shipping info so I can refer to it later. I wanted to have each instance of SR Fedex place this info on my eBay page with slight differences so later on we'll know which one of us shipped an item. However I can't do that as SR Fedex gives me a different page and not thae same options.

I have installed the web store trying different options and I get the same results.

If you need screen shots I can provide.

How can I correct this? :)

Shipping Manafest: Where is it?

Hi, I am wanting to download the data that details the shipments made, who they where shipped to, when they were shipped and what their tracking number are. So far, I haven't been able to find a way to do this. I have multiple shipping accounts, and I would like to be able to export the data for all of them at the same time, since all of the accounts operate under the same roof. Can anyone help?

Shipping to China - bar code postage area is partially missing

Trying to ship a package to China from the US. The label doesn't show the postage paid and the post office won't accept it. Attached is a picture of the area that normally shows the postage paid but for some reason it's just blank. Any suggestions?Name: scan.jpg Views: 24 Size: 145.9 KB
