New ShipRush user, but otherwise technically proficient.

I'm getting the 33836B error. Full text follows:
The URL provided does not seem to connect to an ecommerce system (or perhaps the web store is not configured properly). Please check the URL and configuration for this web store. (ERROR: 33836B)
I'm running OpenCart
SSL is set up and working
The ShippingZ*.php files are all in place.
This was working 24 hours ago (though getting it running *was* a bit sketchy at first - same errors, eventually they went away)
Running plugin version 3.0.7.4609
I've tried it manually configured, I've tried installing using automatic setup (which goes through, but again gives me a 33836B error). I've tried it with both the domain name and the IP address.
I cobbled together a test URL. I get the XML data that I expect to receive when I test it with this (sanitized for sharing) URL:

I have two questions:
1. Why can't ShipRush see it?
2. Is there anywhere to see advanced diagnostic info - an attempted connection log, for instance - that I can use to diagnose connectivity issues when they occur?
