We don't want to use the upic insurance, we want the USPS insurance. I go to settings and change the insurance option from Endicia to USPS but when I try to get a quote, it says:
I can't find anything on google about this error.
Additionally, when I try to save the settings, it says it can't write the ini file, even though it's in the users/public/... directory..
