I shipped a package to Puerto Rico by Priority Mail. The shipping addresses are loaded into Shiprush by Amazon. I usually get a warning when the address is too long. This time the Suite Number was cut off on the end of the second line of the address when the label was printed. The package is being returned by the post office as undeliverable.
There is no way this would have been caught on our end as the Packing slip with the shipping address is already sealed in the package then it is posted. Is this an issue with Shiprush? Previously I have always gotten a pop up on addresses that were too long and was not able to proceed until the address was corrected.

I posted this over in the UPS forum in error. Maybe you could delete that thread.
