Not printing whole Label

Hi,

When I print my label to my laserjet or inkjet it prints the whole label, works great. When I try to print from my ZP450 it only prints the bottom of the label. Its the barcode and tracking number but no addresses. I did a test print and those come out fine. What am I doing wrong?

I tried to attach a photo but it keeps giving me an error.
