I am at the setup stage, inputting account information. However, the country is locked to the US and the selector is greyed out. I cannot change the country.
Our main HQ is in Asia, although we also have a center in the UK and will probably set one up in the US as well.
The system is fantastic, the program is fantastic, but there doesn't seem to be a way to use our account because we are not in the US.
Using ShipRush downloaded a few days ago, installed flawlessly in Win7 on the computer with the Fedex Label Print machine.
Local Fedex has no knowledge of this fine program. Too bad. Their own ideas on how to solve this very simple problem (printing a label with information from an ecommerce site) is appalling.
