New to Amazon Intergration

I am new to the Amazon Integration piece - Is there a training Video etc.. that shows the tool working? how it downloads, how you update the shipping weight etc... use of templates etc...

I am also trying to understand how to move the ship date out to the next day, when I have already processed my orders for today - now working on orders shipping our tomorrow.
