We have been using ShipRush for several years and this is the first time we are seeing these problems. We have had this issue for over a week now so decided to write.
1. Ebay order, single payment with multiple items
We typically search the order by enter the ebay record ID for the group and then ship. Lately, after the shipping label was successfully generated, the individual items/records of the group are still showing up as unpaid. For items with a single quantity, we can catch the error very easily as we were not able to locate the item the second time. For items with multiple quantities, this has caused a lot of problems.
2. Combine multiple ebay orders:
We have an instance yesterday where we were able to combine multiple ebay items and ship the order in one combined shipment. Afterwards, ShipRush showed all the items as shipped as expected. Unfortunately, when we check back on ebay, all the items are still showing as unshipped.
We have been these two problems for over a week so hopefully, you can replicate the issue quickly.
