how to make packaging templates

I am using the UPS Pro standalone version of shiprush. currently still on the trial version, and we're evaluating it with Quickbooks Online. My question is this. There is a drop down menu that says "package". The only option is package. I want to create options, like "27 inch tube" which would populate the weight and size for that package type.

How do you do that? I've read the files on templates but only see how to add broader templates to the icon tray menu.
